Hünkar (Turkish: Hünkar Lokantası) is a restaurant in Istanbul, Turkey, founded in 1950 in Fatih and moved in 2000 to Nişantaşı, an upscale living and shopping neighborhood. At the same time, a branch was also opened in Etiler, another upscale quarter.

The Cemil Topuzlu Open-Air Theatre (Turkish: Cemil Topuzlu Açıkhava Tiyatrosu, also called simply Açıkhava Tiyatrosu) is a contemporary amphitheatre located at Harbiye neighborhood of Şişli district in Istanbul, Turkey. It is situated across from the Istanbul Lütfi Kırdar Convention and Exhibition Center, and behind the Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus on the European side of the city. As the city's most popular summertime outdoor venue, the theatre primarily hosts music concerts in various genres of local and international performers. It also hosts cultural activities for several festivals held in Istanbul in the summer.

On the evening of 10 December 2016, two explosions caused by a car bombing and suicide bombing in Istanbul's Beşiktaş municipality killed 48 people and injured 166 others. 39 of those killed were police officers, 7 were civilians and 2 were perpetrators. The Kurdistan Freedom Hawks (TAK) assumed responsibility, claiming that their members killed more than 100 police officers.

Teşvikiye is one of the four neighbourhoods (together with Maçka, Osmanbey and Pangaltı) within the Nişantaşı quarter of the Şişli district in Istanbul, Turkey. According to the 2000 census, the population of the neighbourhood was 11,598. The neighborhood of Teşvikiye and its historical center near the well known Teşvikiye mosque is a upscale area which has many cafes, stores, artwork exhibitions, and creative works of fashion. The area is also home to many beautiful Art Nouveau style buildings built at around the years of 1900-1920.

The Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus (Turkish: Hilton İstanbul Bosphorus) is a five star hotel in Istanbul, Turkey. It is the longest operating Hilton Hotel outside the United States. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and opened in 1955 as the Istanbul Hilton, it was the first modern hotel in Europe built from the ground up following World War II. In 1955, the opening of this Hilton had led to a turning point when it came to Istanbul's tourist establishments.

Taşkışla (pronounced [taʃˈkɯʃla]) is neighborhood and building complex in Istanbul. It takes its name Stone Barracks from its use as a military establishment in the Ottoman period also known as Mecidiye Kışlası. It is located in close proximity to Beyoğlu and home to the Architecture faculty of the Istanbul Technical University and today serves as a terminus for the Maçka Gondola cable car line.

Vodafone Park is an all-seater, multi-purpose stadium in the Beşiktaş district of Istanbul, Turkey. It is the home ground of Beşiktaş JK. The stadium was built on the site of Beşiktaş's former home, BJK İnönü Stadium. It has a capacity of approximately 42,590 spectators, after initially being planned for 41,903. The stadium hosted the 2019 UEFA Super Cup. Vodafone Park houses 144 executive suites, and one "1903 Lounge" which can entertain up to 1,903 spectators in total. The "1903 stand" has a capacity of 636 spectators. VIP seats in the stadium are equipped with the FUNTORO Stadium & Arena solution – high definition interactive monitors which provide a live TV broadcast, advertising systems, player information etc. The new stadium also has 2,123 square metres of restaurants, 2,520 square metres of terrace restaurants and a VIP parking capacity of 600 vehicles. The ground is a 'smart stadium', where fans enjoy StadiumVision and high-speed Wi-Fi technology, planned in conjunction with Cisco.Demolition works on BJK İnönü Stadium started on 2 June 2013, following the end of promotion play-offs for the TFF First League. The estimated cost of the project at the time was around $80 million. The new stadium was designed by Bünyamin Derman of DB architects. The old stadium was demolished, except for the Eski Açık stand, since this stand and its towers are considered historical monuments by the government. The Eski Açık stand was re-arranged to resemble the look of an antique amphitheatre. The new stadium was designed to be "in harmony with the natural and historic landscape of the Bosphorus" when seen from the sea.

İnönü Stadium (Turkish: İnönü Stadyumu) was a football stadium in Istanbul, Turkey and the home ground of the football club Beşiktaş J.K. Previously, the ground had also been shared with Galatasaray S.K. and Fenerbahçe S.K. The ground was located in Dolmabahçe, close to Dolmabahçe Palace in the district of Beşiktaş, on the European side of Istanbul. The stadium was demolished except for the walls of the Eski Açık stand and its historical towers in order to build a new stadium for Beşiktaş J.K. at the same location - Vodafone Park. The all-seater stadium had the capacity to host 32,145 spectators.

The Cemal Reşit Rey Concert Hall (Turkish: Cemal Reşit Rey Konser Salonu) is a concert hall located in the Harbiye neighbourhood of Istanbul, Turkey. It is one of the country's major concert halls, being the first one designed for classical music. Named after the Turkish composer Cemal Reşit Rey (1904–1985), the hall is owned by the Metropolitan Municipality of Istanbul and operated by its subsidiary, the Kültür company. Opened in March 1989, it has a seating capacity of 860.The concert hall hosts concerts, ballet and dance performances every year between October and May. It is also home to CRR Istanbul Symphony Orchestra, Turkish Musical Ensemble, CRR Big Band Jazz and CRR Instrumental Soloists.The concert hall underwent an overhaul of its stage, stage and auditorium acoustics, foyer and auditorium design, heating and air conditioning facilities beginning in August 2007. The renovation works cost around ₺4 million (approx. US$3 million at that time), and were completed before the start of the new concert season.
