The QSI International School of Yerevan (QSIY) is an international school in Yerevan, Armenia, part of the Quality Schools International group. It is an independent, coeducational day school that offers an education to children of all nationalities ages 3 to 18. QSIY was founded in 1995.At the beginning of the 2012-2014 school year, enrollment was 158, and there were 35 full-time and 5 part-time faculty members. QSI International School of Yerevan is the most elite school in Yerevan accepting only a small number of students every year. The school is accredited by the MSA/CESS since 2000.

Statue of Zabel Yesayan (Armenian: Զաբել Եսայանի հուշարձան), a life-size monument dedicated to famous Armenian writer, novelist, translator, public speaker, literary critic Zabel Yesayan. It is located in the village of Proshyan, Kotayk Province of the Republic of Armenia, in the area of the International Center for Agribusiness Research and Education (ICARE): 5th street, 12th lane, 1. The project was implemented by the Armenian Artists Project charitable online gallery, under the initiative and sponsorship of Diaspora Armenians Victor Zarougian and Judy Saryan.

Davtashen (Armenian: Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջան, romanized: Davtashen varch’akan shrjan), also known as Davitashen or Davidashen, is one of the 12 districts of Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. Located on the right bank of Hrazdan River, Davtashen is bordered by the districts of Ajapnyak and Arabkir from the south, and the Kotayk Province from the north.

Ajapnyak (Armenian: Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջան, romanized: Ajapnyak varch’akan shrjan), is one of the 12 districts of Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. Located to the northwest of the city centre, Ajapnyak has common borders with the districts of Arabkir from the east, Davtashen from the north, Kentron from the southeast, and Malatia-Sebastia from the south. Hrazdan River forms the natural border of the district from the east. Ajapnyak has also common borders with the provinces of Armavir and Aragatsotn from the west, and Kotayk from the north.

Buenos Aires Park (Armenian: Բուենոս Այրեսի այգի (Buenos Ayresi aygi)) is a public park in the Ajapnyak District of Yerevan, Armenia. It is located at the northeastern corner of Halabyan-Margaryan intersection, near the Armenia Republican Medical Centre, on the left bank of Hrazdan River. The abandoned park near the Armenia Republican Medical Centre was renovated during summer 2012 and named after Buenos Aires which is twinned with Yerevan since 2000. With an area of around 4 hectares, the park was officially opened on 30 October 2012. The park has a half-circular central pool with fountains and an area of 3,000 m³ of water surface. The park is also provided with a small space for outdoor sporting events. The park is the regular training venue of the Street Workout Armenia.

The A.I. Alikhanyan National Science Laboratory (Armenian: Ա.Ի. Ալիխանյանի անվան Ազգային Գիտական Լաբորատորիա) is a research institute located in Yerevan, Armenia. It was founded in 1943 as a branch of the Yerevan State University by brothers Abram Alikhanov and Artem Alikhanian. It was often referred to by the acronym YerPhI (Yerevan Physics Institute). In 2011 it was renamed to its current name A.I. Alikhanyan National Science Laboratory.
