Soviet Wings Universal Sport Palace (Russian: Универсальный дворец спорта «Крылья Советов») is an indoor sporting arena located in Moscow, Russia. The capacity of the arena is 5,670, it was opened on December 2, 1980. It is the home arena of the MHC Krylya Sovetov ice hockey team.

Mozhaysky District (Russian: Можа́йский райо́н) is a territorial division (a district, or raion) in Western Administrative Okrug, one of the 125 in the federal city of Moscow, Russia. It is located in the west of the federal city. The area of the district is 17.526 square kilometers (6.767 sq mi). As of the 2010 Census, the total population of the district was 132,373. Mozhaysky District takes its name after Mozhayskoe Highway, the district's major road, which in turn was named after the old Mozhayskaya road which lead to Mozhaysk town, located 110 kilometers (68 mi) to the west of Moscow, which was protecting west approach routes to Moscow since 13th century.From 1 July, 2012, the district also includes the territory of the Skolkovo Innovation Center. As a municipal division, the district is incorporated as Mozhaysky Municipal Okrug.

Setun is a railway station of Line D1 of the Moscow Central Diameters in Moscow. It was opened in 1932 and rebuilt in 2020.

Rostec is the largest shareholder, controlling 39% of the institute.The VILS Scientific Production Association consists of the All-Russian Institute of Light Alloys, the Light Alloy Works, and the Zubtsov Engineering Plant. It is one of several metallurgical organizations which developed and manufactured semi-finished products from steel, aluminum, magnesium, titanium, nickel and super alloys for the Soviet Ministry of the Aviation Industry. VILS markets extrusions, forgings and semi-finished metallurgical products as well as laminated and composite materials, special coatings for tools, and designs for metallurgical equipment.

Church of Righteous John the Russian in Kuntsevo is an orthodox church in Moscow, Russia, in Kuntsevo district of Western Administrative Okrug. The church belongs to the Deanery (Blagochiniye) of St. George, Western Vicariate, Urban Diocese of Moscow of Russian Orthodox Church.

Setun River's Valley (Russian: Долина реки «Сетунь») is the largest wildlife sanctuary within the Moscow bounds. The sanctuary territory is located along the course of the Setun River. The Setun River's flow is entirely within the Western Administrative Okrug of the city. The fauna is represented by the least weasel, stoat, Eurasian water shrew, and muskrat. It was founded in 1998.

The Kuntsevo Cemetery (Russian: Ку́нцевское кла́дбище, kúntsevkoye kládbishche) is a cemetery servicing Kuntsevo, Moscow. It is located on the bank of the Setun River, to the south of the Mozhaisk Highway (the continuation of the Kutuzovsky Prospekt). The local five-domed church was commissioned in 1673 by Artamon Matveyev. The cemetery is administered as part of the Novodevichy Cemetery complex.

The Troyekurovo Cemetery (Russian: Троекуровское кладбище, romanized: Troyekurovskoye kladbishche), alternatively known as Novo-Kuntsevo Cemetery (Russian: Ново-Кунцевское кладбище, romanized: Novo-Kuntsevskoye kladbishche), is a cemetery in Moscow, Russia. The cemetery is located in the former village of Troyekurovo on the western edge of Moscow, which derives its name from the Troyekurov princely family, a branch of the Rurikid House of Yaroslavl, that owned the village in the 17th century. Troyekurovo Cemetery includes the Church of Saint Nicholas, built by Prince Troyekurov in 1699-1704, which was closed during the Soviet era but reopened in 1991. Troyekurovo Cemetery is administered as a branch of the Novodevichy Cemetery and is the resting place of numerous notable Russian and Soviet figures.

Konstantin Vasilyevich Frolov (Russian: Константи́н Васи́льевич Фролов; 22 July 1932 – 18 November 2007) was a Soviet and Russian academician, engineer, and scientist. He primarily worked in the field of mechanical engineering, specifically with oscillations and biomechanics. He served as vice president of the Russian Academy of Sciences from 1985 until 1996.

Anastasia Yuryevna Zavorotnyuk (Russian: Анастасия Юрьевна Заворотнюк; 3 April 1971 – 29 May 2024) was a Russian actress and television presenter. She was best known for her lead role on My Fair Nanny (2004–2009). Zavorotnyuk also starred in over 30 films and television series.

The modern name of this university is «MATI» – Russian State University of Aviation Technology (Russian: Российский государственный технологический университет). It is named after the Russian aeronautics and rocketry pioneer Konstantin Eduardovich Tsiolkovskii.
