Lung Kwu Chau

Sha Chau and Lung Kwu Chau Marine Park (Chinese: 沙洲及龍鼓洲海岸公園) is a marine park located on the west waters of Hong Kong, China. With an area of 1,200 hectares (3,000 acres), the Sha Chau and Lung Kwu Chau Marine Park has a variety of sea life due to the richness of nutrients in the water. The islands of Lung Kwu Chau, Sha Chau and Pak Chau (Tree island) are located within the boundaries of the park.

Pak Chau (Chinese: 白洲) or Tree Island is an island at the northwest water of Hong Kong. It is offshore of Lung Kwu Tan near Tuen Mun in the New Territories.

Sha Chau (Chinese: 沙洲; lit. 'Sand Island', formerly transliterated as Saw-Chow) is an island in the northwest waters of Hong Kong. It is off the shore of Lung Kwu Tan near Tuen Mun in the mainland New Territories, separated by the Urmston Road waterway.

Shangchuan station (Chinese: 上川; pinyin: Shàngchuān; Jyutping: Seung6 Chyun1) is a metro station on Line 12 of Shenzhen Metro, located at the Xi'an Subdistrict of Bao'an. It was opened on November 28, 2022.

The Castle Peak Power Station (Chinese: 青山發電廠) is the largest coal-fired power station in Hong Kong. It is situated in Tap Shek Kok, Tuen Mun District, on the north shore of Urmston Road. It was named after the nearby Castle Peak. The station consists of four 350 MW and four 677 MW generating units, with auxiliary facilities.It was commissioned in 1982 with its newest generation unit installed in 1990, currently one of the three power stations that CLP operates in Hong Kong. In 2007, Castle Peak burned 9 million tonnes of coal of which, according to CLP, 4.6 million tonnes was low-sulphur coal from Indonesia. The power station has been undertaking a range of programmes to improve emission performance, including refurbishing burners to reduce emission of nitrogen oxide, SCR (Selective Catalyst Reduction) and BOFA (Boosted Over Fire Air) has been installed, and Flue-gas desulfurization for sulphur removal. This power station is a major contributor to non-motor-traffic pollution in Hong Kong.

EcoPark (Chinese: 環保園) located in Tuen Mun Area 38, on west side of Hong Kong, is similar to an industrial park exclusively for waste recycling and environmental engineering. This is the first of its kind in Hong Kong.

Black Point Power Station (Chinese: 龍鼓灘發電廠) is a gas-fired power station in Lung Kwu Tan, New Territories, Hong Kong. The power station is operated by CLP Group.

Pillar Point, also known in Chinese as Mong Hau Shek (Chinese: 望后石; lit. 'Peeking Rock for queen') is a coastal area of Tuen Mun Town (Tuen Mun), Tuen Mun District, in the New Territories, Hong Kong. Pillar Point is located west of the Butterfly Bay (蝴蝶灣), south of the hill Castle Peak, east of Tap Shek Kok (踏石角) and north of Urmston Road.

Nim Wan (Chinese: 稔灣) was a bay between Tsang Tsui (Chinese: 曾咀) and Ha Pak Nai (Chinese: 下白坭) in Tuen Mun District, New Territories, Hong Kong. It approaches Deep Bay with Shekou, Shenzhen at its opposite. The bay was reclaimed to become a landfill site, "West New Territories Landfill" (Chinese: 新界西堆填區). The landfill site covers the area of 110 hectares. It can handle more than 6,500 tonnes of waste per day and is expected to be used for 25 years.Nim Wan is a recognized village under the New Territories Small House Policy.

Urmston Road (Chinese: 龍鼓水道, literally 'Dragon Drum Channel', also named as 暗士頓水道) is a broad body of water between Lantau Island and Tuen Mun in Hong Kong. It forms an inshore passage between the northwest end of Victoria Harbour and the mouth of the Pearl River. At its eastern end it connects to the Western Working Anchorage through the Ma Wan Channel and the narrower Kap Shui Mun channel to the west of Ma Wan.
