Charles de Cazanove is a Champagne producer based in Reims in the region of Champagne. The house was founded in Avize in 1811 by Charles Gabriel de Cazanove, and was further developed by his botanist son Charles Nicolas de Cazanove who was a leader in the efforts to fight phylloxera.The house produces approximately 3,000,000 bottles annually.

The Hôtel de Ville (French pronunciation: [otɛl də vil], City Hall) is the town hall in Reims, France. Previously housing a museum, the city archives, a savings bank, a library, the city police, a tribunal and the chamber of commerce, it now only houses municipal services.

Louis Roederer is a producer of champagne based in Reims, France. Founded in 1776, the business was inherited and renamed by Louis Roederer in 1833. It remains as one of the few independent and family-run maisons de champagne (champagne houses). Over 3.5 million bottles of Louis Roederer champagne are shipped each year to more than 100 countries.

Krug Champagne is a Champagne house founded by Joseph Krug in 1843. It is based principally in Reims, the main city in France's Champagne region and is one of the famous Champagne houses that formed part of the Grandes marques. Today the house is majority owned by the multinational conglomerate LVMH Moët Hennessy – Louis Vuitton S.E. whose portfolio includes other well known wine brands such as Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, Château d'Yquem and Ruinart. Despite LVMH's majority ownership, the Krug family is still actively involved in all the key decisions of the house but does not manage the day-to-day operations.

Les Salons Degermann is an Art Deco building located on Rue Buirette in Reims, France. Originally constructed starting in 1922, the building was inaugurated on March 26, 1923. The building is named after Eugène Degermann, a caterer who commissioned its construction. It currently serves as a bar and reception hall.

The 1958 UCI Road World Championships was the 31st edition of the UCI Road World Championships. It took place from 30-31 August 1958 in Reims, France. The course partly ran over the Reims-Gueux circuit. For the first time, a women's world championship was on the program. The race, with a course of 59 km (3 rounds), was won by Elsy Jacobs from Luxembourg with almost a three-minute lead. There were 29 participants. The world title among the amateurs, who also rode on Saturday, went to the East German Gustav-Adolf Schur. He was the first German to become world amateur champion. The men's professional road race had a course of 276 km (14 rounds). It was won by Italian Ercole Baldini. In the same period, the 1958 UCI Track Cycling World Championships was organized in the Parc des Princes, Paris, France.

Reims ( REEMZ, US also , French: [ʁɛ̃s] ; also spelled Rheims in English) is the most populous city in the French department of Marne, and the 12th most populous city in France. The city lies 129 km (80 mi) northeast of Paris on the Vesle river, a tributary of the Aisne. Founded by the Gauls, Reims became a major city in the Roman Empire. Reims later played a prominent ceremonial role in French monarchical history as the traditional site of the coronation of the kings of France. The royal anointing was performed at the Cathedral of Reims, which housed the Holy Ampulla of chrism allegedly brought by a white dove at the baptism of Frankish king Clovis I in 496. Reims Cathedral, the adjacent Palace of Tau, and the Abbey of Saint-Remi were listed together as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1991 because of their outstanding Romanesque and Gothic architecture and their historical importance to the French monarchy. Reims also lies on the northern edge of the Champagne wine region and is linked to its production and export.

The 1947 UCI Road World Championships was the twentieth edition of the UCI Road World Championships. It took place on 3 August 1947 in Reims, France. The championships were held on a 7.8-kilometre circuit for the amateurs and professionals. In the same period, the 1947 UCI Track Cycling World Championships were organized in the Parc des Princes in Paris, France.

Reims station (French: Gare de Reims) is the main railway station in the city of Reims, Marne department, northern France. Since 16 September 2011, the train shed is labelled "20th century heritage". The station was opened in 1858 by the "Compagnie des chemins de fer des Ardennes" (lit. 'Ardennes's Railway Company'). Services are provided by SNCF under its branded TGV inOui and TER Grand Est network.

Its borders were modified at the French canton reorganisation, which came into effect in March 2015. Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin (French pronunciation: [vœv kliko pɔ̃saʁdɛ̃]) is a Champagne house founded in 1772 and based in Reims. It is one of the largest Champagne houses. Madame Clicquot is credited with major breakthroughs, creating the first known vintage champagne in 1810, and inventing the riddling table process to clarify champagne in 1816. In 1818, she invented the first known blended rosé champagne by blending still red and white wines, a process still used by the majority of champagne producers. During the Napoleonic Wars, Madame Clicquot made strides in establishing her wine in royal courts throughout Europe, notably that of Imperial Russia. She played an important role in establishing Champagne as a favored drink of high society and nobility throughout Europe. The house has borne its distinctive gold-yellow label since the late 19th century.The company was purchased in 1986 by Louis Vuitton (now part of the LVMH group formed in 1987) and continues to expand worldwide.

The Familistère des Docks Rémois is an Art deco building located in Reims, France. Constructed between 1925 and 1927, it originally served as the headquarters, store, and permanent exhibition space for the Docks Rémois department stores. In 1928, the building was occupied by the Reims Management School and later became the headquarters for the newspaper L'Union. Today, it houses shops and offices, including a Monoprix store that relocated there in 1978.
