Ontario–East station is a Metrolink train station in Ontario, California, United States. Metrolink's Riverside Line trains between Los Angeles Union Station and Riverside–Downtown station stop here. Originally opened in 1993 as simply Ontario, the station was one of the original five stations on the line opening in Summer of 1993.Ontario–East station is served by 11 Metrolink Riverside Line trains (6 westbound and 5 eastbound) each weekday, running primarily at peak hours in the peak direction of travel. There is no service on weekends.The station is owned and operated by the City of Ontario. Omnitrans Route 81 also operates to the station. Ontario–East is the closest station to Ontario International Airport. Airport passengers can take Omnitrans Route 81 to the consolidated rental car facility on Haven Avenue, where a free airport shuttle will deliver them to the terminal. The connection is free with a Metrolink ticket. There are 656 parking spaces available at the station.

The community is located south of E. Riverside Drive, between Euclid Avenue and Milliken Avenue, 2 miles west of Interstate 15 (the Ontario Freeway) and south of State Route 60 (the Pomona Freeway).

Patriot High School is a high school in Jurupa Valley, California, and is part of the Jurupa Unified School District. It accommodates students of the 9th to 12th grades. It is one of four high schools in the Jurupa Unified School District along with Jurupa Valley High School, Rubidoux High School and Nueva Vista.

Jurupa Valley Valley High School is a public high school in Jurupa Valley, California. The school was established in 1989, as part of the Jurupa Unified School District, and the first class graduated in 1992. Located near the junction of the Ontario (I-15) and Pomona (State Route 60) freeways, it is one of four high schools in the district, the others being Rubidoux High School, Patriot High School, and Nueva Vista High School, a continuation school. As of the 2014–15 school year, the school had an enrollment of 1,608 students and 65.46 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student-teacher ratio of 24.56.

Ontario International Airport (IATA: ONT, ICAO: KONT, FAA LID: ONT) is an international airport two miles east of downtown Ontario, in San Bernardino County, California, United States, about 38 mi (61 km) east of downtown Los Angeles and 18 mi (29 km) west of downtown San Bernardino. It is owned and operated under a joint-powers agreement with the city of Ontario and San Bernardino County.The airport covers 1,741 acres (705 ha) and has two parallel runways. It is the West Coast air and truck hub for UPS Airlines and is a major distribution point for FedEx Express. As of September 2018, ONT has more than 64 daily departures and arrivals. Since Ontario's longest runway (runway 8L/26R) is longer than three of the four runways at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), it is an alternate landing site for large aircraft destined for LAX.

Guasti, formerly known as South Cucamonga and Zucker, is a formerly unincorporated community in the Cucamonga Valley region of the Pomona Valley, in southwestern San Bernardino County, California.

Eastvale is a city located in northwestern Riverside County, California, in the Inland Empire region of Southern California. The area transitioned from a dairy farm enclave to a developed community starting in the 1990s and was incorporated on October 1, 2010. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 69,757. The city's name is derived from "East Vale" as a listed school district in 1893 by the Riverside County Board of Commissioners. The current mayor of Eastvale is Christian Dinco. City boundaries extend from Hellman Avenue to the west (the San Bernardino County line), State Route 60 to the north (also the San Bernardino County line), the Santa Ana River and Norco to the south, and Interstate 15 to the east. It is surrounded by the cities of Chino, Ontario, Jurupa Valley, Norco, and Corona. The city is served by the highly accredited public school system - the Corona Norco Unified School District. According to the 2020 United States Census, Eastvale has a median household income at one of the top earning percentiles in the country at $119,213.

Ontario Motor Speedway was a motorsport venue located in Ontario, California. It was the first and only automobile racing facility built to accommodate major races sanctioned by all of the four dominant racing sanctioning bodies: USAC (and now IndyCar Series) for open-wheel oval car races; NASCAR for a 500-mile (800 km) oval stock car races; NHRA for drag races; and FIA for Formula One road course races. Additionally, several motorcycle races were held at the track. Constructed in less than two years, the track opened in August 1970 and was considered state of the art at the time.The first full year of racing included the Indy-style open wheel Inaugural California 500 on September 6, 1970; the Miller High Life 500 stock car race on February 28, 1971, the NHRA Super Nationals drag race on November 21, 1970 and the Questor Grand Prix on March 28, 1971. Each of these inaugural races drew attendance second only to their established counterparts, the USAC Indianapolis 500, the NASCAR Daytona 500, the NHRA U.S. Nationals, and the U.S. Formula One race at Watkins Glen. The track was purchased for real estate development by Chevron Land Company in late 1980 and demolished at a cost of $3 million in 1981. It is estimated that the 800-acre (3.2 km2) facility, with 155,000 permanent seats and an air-conditioned private stadium club would have a replacement cost in 2009 of over $350 million.

Toyota Arena is a multi-purpose arena in Ontario, California, United States. The arena hosts local sporting events and concerts and is suitable for indoor events, including basketball, ice hockey, ice shows, boxing, graduation ceremonies and concerts. The arena's basketball capacity is 10,832; 9,736 for hockey; and has a full capacity configuration for 11,089 spectators. The 225,000-square-foot (20,900 m2) venue also has 36 luxury suites on two levels. Construction officially began on March 7, 2007, and the arena was opened on October 18, 2008. It is the largest and most modern arena within the Inland Empire region of Southern California.The arena's construction cost was US$150 million; however, it was debt free due to the city of Ontario selling different properties throughout the city. It was constructed on the old Ontario Motor Speedway property. The arena is public property and owned by the city of Ontario. From 2008 to 2016 the facility was operated by AEG Worldwide, and has since been operated by successor ASM Global, which took over operations on July 1, 2016. The arena is home to the Ontario Reign of the American Hockey League, the Empire Strykers of the Major Arena Soccer League and the Ontario Clippers of the NBA G League.

Pal Recording Studio (1957–1964) was an independent recording studio that operated in Cucamonga, California, an unincorporated community in San Bernardino County that later merged with the communities of Alta Loma, and Etiwanda to form Rancho Cucamonga. The studio was started by engineer/innovator Paul Buff. It was known for its instrumental Surf music recordings such as "Wipe Out" and the original demo recording of "Pipeline." It was located first at 8020 North Archibald Avenue and later moved a few doors down to 8040. Pal was also the training ground for a young Frank Zappa who worked at the studio starting in 1961. Zappa learned basic recording techniques at Pal. He recorded his first rock n' roll record, "Breaktime", by the Masters, which consisted of himself, Paul Buff, and Ronnie Williams. In 1964, Zappa bought the studio and renamed it Studio Z. Zappa lived at the studio building for a few months before it was closed in 1965. The building had to be torn down in order to widen North Archibald Avenue. Zappa made many other recordings at the studio. Some were released by small Los Angeles record companies, such as Original Sound. Other recordings were kept in his vault and released on albums such as Lumpy Gravy (1968), Mystery Disc (1985), The Lost Episodes (1996), Cucamonga (1998) and Joe's Xmasage (2005). Paul Buff engineered the original demo recording of "Pipeline" by the Chantays and "Wipe Out" by the Surfaris using his unique custom built recording machine, which recorded 5 tracks on 1/2 inch recording tape. Buff went on to invent the Kepex, an acronym for KEyable Program EXpander (the opposite of an audio compressor). Paul Buff's Allison Research studio processors became common on pop recordings (Alan Parsons would use a Kepexed drum sound to create the 'heartbeat' heard on Pink Floyd's The Dark Side of the Moon.) In 2012, Crossfire Productions (in partnership with Buff) released a five CD collection containing 156 of Buff's PAL recordings entitled 'Paul Buff Presents: Highlights From the Pal And Original Sound Studio Archives'. The collection featured 58 Zappa-involved recordings including an early version of Why Don't You Do Me Right? (which later appeared in 1967 as the A-side of a Mothers Of Invention single) and the previously unreleased Zappa novelty song, "Masked Grandma".
