Santa Cecilia is a Romanesque and Renaissance-style church and bell-tower located in Acquasparta, Province of Terni, region of Umbria, Italy. The church was originally built in the 12th century, to honor Santa Cecilia, patron of the town. In 1581, the Cesi Chapel was commissioned by Isabella Liviani Cesi, great-grandmother of Federico Cesi, founder of the Accademia dei Lincei. The church was associated with a seminary, and the collegiata has various canvases, from 16th to 18th centuries, at independent altars.

Cesi is a frazione of the Italian comune of Terni, in the province of Terni, southern Umbria, Italy. The small borgo, which retains its late-medieval aspect, set among olive groves, lies "stretched out lengthwise along a narrow contour on the slopes of M. Torre Maggiore," about 18 km north of Terni at an altitude of 437 m, one of the southernmost peaks of the Monti Martani. As of 2001 there were 682 residents.

Massa Martana (near the well attested ancient site of the Vicus Martis Tudertium on the Via Flaminia) is an ancient Italian town and comune in the Monti Martani mountain range in the province of Perugia (Umbria). It is 10 km N of Acquasparta, 18 km N of San Gemini and 32 km N of Narni; 14 km S of Bastardo and 27 km S of Bevagna. As of the 2003 census, the town had 3558 inhabitants. It is one of the classic walled towns of central Italy, and in its main gate can be seen several ancient inscriptions, including a Roman one of some interest. The modern town has spread northwards along the road. It is one of I Borghi più belli d'Italia ("The most beautiful villages of Italy").

Viepri, is an Italian village in the Colli Martani of central Umbria, a frazione of Massa Martana, 7 km north of that town and another 7 km SSW of Bastardo. It has about 200 inhabitants. One of the more attractive medieval villages of Umbria, in part because of the almost exclusive use of stone in its construction, it was a fortified outpost much contested by Todi and Foligno during the Middle Ages. It is chiefly known today for the Romanesque abbey of Santa Maria in Viepri, but another medieval church, remains of its walls, and two gates also subsist.
