ESC Clermont Business School is a business school located in France, in the city of Clermont-Ferrand. Established in 1919, the school of management is a Grande Ecole that is recognized by The French Ministry of Higher Education and Research. The business school holds AACSB accreditation since 2005 and its Bachelor programme received the EPAS accreditation in 2018. The school obtained the AMBA accreditation in 2020. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The school is a Grand école and is also part of Conférence des Grandes écoles, the Consortium of Graduate Schools of Management. The school has an alumni network of over 13,000 graduates.

The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Clermont (Latin: Archidioecesis Claromontana; French: Archidiocèse de Clermont) is an archdiocese of the Latin Church of the Roman Catholic Church in France. The diocese comprises the department of Puy-de-Dôme, in the Region of Auvergne. The Archbishop's seat is Clermont-Ferrand Cathedral. Throughout its history Clermont was the senior suffragan of the Archdiocese of Bourges. It became a metropolitan see itself, however, in 2002. The current archbishop is François Kalist. At first very extensive, the diocese lost Haute-Auvergne in 1317 through the reorganization of the structure of bishoprics in southern France and Aquitaine by Pope John XXII, resulting in the creation of the diocese of Saint-Flour. In 1822, in the reorganization of French dioceses by Pope Pius VII, following the restoration of the Bourbon monarchy, the diocese of Clermont lost the Bourbonnais, on account of the erection of the diocese of Moulins. Since the reorganization in 2002 by Pope John Paul II, there are now four dioceses in the Province of Clermont: Clermont, Le Puy-en-Velay, Moulins, and Saint-Flour.

The Hôtel d'Aubière is a historic hôtel particulier in Clermont-Ferrand, France. It was built in the 15th century, with extensions in the 18th century. It has been listed as an official historical monument since September 1, 1967.

The Basilica of Notre-Dame du Port is a Romanesque basilica, formerly a collegiate church, in the Port quarter of Clermont-Ferrand, between Place Delille and the cathedral. The Jardin botanique d'Auvergne (9 hectares), also known as the Jardin botanique d'essais de Royat-Charade, is a botanical garden located in Charade, Royat, Puy-de-Dôme, Auvergne, France. The garden was established in 2007 as a joint undertaking between the Jardin en Herbes association and the town of Royat. It has been planted with more than 150 types of local flora, and in 2008 began a collaboration with the Conservatoire botanique national du Massif central. As present the garden's main areas include: a reception area, jardin d'altitude (plants of the Massif Central or sub-Alpine areas), reconstruction of an open and a closed environment, meadows and hedgerows, stream valley areas, space reserved for scientific study of plant species, ethnobotanical garden, magical garden based on popular beliefs, shrubs, and forest garden.

Clermont-Ferrand Cathedral, or the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Assumption of Clermont-Ferrand (French: Cathédrale Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption de Clermont-Ferrand), is a Gothic cathedral and French national monument located in the town of Clermont-Ferrand in the Auvergne. It is the seat of the Archbishops of Clermont (bishops until 2002). It is built entirely in black lava stone, which makes it highly distinctive, and visible from a great distance. Its twin spires are 96.1 metres tall, and tower above the town's rooftops. It has been listed since 1862 as a monument historique by the French Ministry of Culture.

Clermont Auvergne University (French: Université Clermont Auvergne) is a public research university with its main campus in Clermont-Ferrand, France. It was created with the merger of Blaise Pascal University and the University of Auvergne on 1 January 2017. Clermont Auvergne University comprises 22 components, divided into Training and Research Units (UFR, formerly faculties), Schools and Institutes (IUT).

The University of Auvergne (Université d'Auvergne), also known as “Universite d'Auvergne Clermont-Ferrand I” or Clermont-Ferrand I, was a French public university, based in Clermont-Ferrand, in the region of Auvergne. It was under the Academy of Clermont-Ferrand. It was the head of PRES Clermont Université consortium; PRES being the league of elite universities of France. On 1 January 2017, the university merged with Blaise Pascal University to form the University Clermont Auvergne. The Université d’Auvergne was founded in 1519 and as such in 1806 as a medical school. It became the Université d’Auvergne Clermont-Ferrand 1 on March 16, 1976. The university has a status of EPSCSP, which is the highest French accreditation. This leads to high emphasis over the professional and research areas of the university. A comprehensive institution, it offers more than 60 national degrees in Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Law and Forensics, Economics and Politics, Management and Administration, and Technology. The university was constantly ranked as a leading academic institution by various French academicians and newspapers, most notably Le Figaro.

The Bibliothèque du Patrimoine de Clermont Auvergne Métropole is a public library in Clermont-Ferrand, France. Among the sixteen libraries of Clermont Auvergne Métropole Library System, this library is dedicated to Auvergne. Classified for its old, rare or precious collections, the library is also a regional documentation library which works in conjunction with the Bibliothèque nationale de France to ensure the collection by legal deposit and the conservation of books and periodicals printed in Auvergne.

Jaude Centre is one of the most prominent shopping malls in Clermont-Ferrand, France. It is located in extreme south-East in the Jaude Square, in the city centre.
