Saint Ignatius' College is an independent Catholic pre-school, primary and secondary day school for boys and girls, located in Adelaide, South Australia. The school is part of the international network of Jesuit schools which began in Messina, Sicily, in 1548. The patron saint of the College is the founder of the Society of Jesus (the Jesuits), Ignatius of Loyola. The College has two campuses: the Junior Campus in Norwood, containing the Junior School (Reception to Year 6 students) and Early Ignatius Learning Centre (3 to 5 years old), and the Senior Campus in Athelstone, located across some 16 hectares (40 acres), home to the Senior School (Year 7 to 12 students).

Paradise is a northeastern suburb of Adelaide in South Australia. It is bounded on the north side by the River Torrens. Amongst its neighboring suburbs are Highbury, Dernancourt, Athelstone, Newton and Campbelltown. Paradise is in the City of Campbelltown local government area. It was split across the South Australian House of Assembly electoral districts of Morialta (south-east part) and Hartley (north and west parts of Paradise) but has since all been incorporated into Hartley, and is in the Australian House of Representatives Division of Sturt.

Newton is a suburb of Adelaide, South Australia, situated in the Adelaide foothills northeast of the city centre. The area features a significant population of people of Italian origin. Part of the City of Campbelltown, Newton is surrounded by the suburbs Paradise, Rostrevor, Athelstone and Campbelltown. Newton is home to such public schools as Thorndon Park Primary School and Charles Campbell College and the private St Francis of Assisi School. The area is also home to chain supermarkets and small shops, most notably Newton Village.

Dernancourt is a north-eastern suburb of Adelaide, located in both Tea Tree Gully and Port Adelaide Enfield council areas. It is approximately 10 kilometres from the Adelaide CBD.

Athelstone is a suburb of Adelaide in the City of Campbelltown. It was established in the 19th century but only became part of suburban Adelaide in the second half of the 20th century. It is approximately 10 km east of Adelaide's central business district. The main arterial road, Gorge Road, runs through this suburb in an east–west direction. The River Torrens, one of Adelaide's major water supplies, borders the suburb. This water source runs its way from Mount Pleasant to the sea. Gorge Road leads up into the Adelaide Hills, joining the gorge of the Kangaroo Creek Dam, and the Torrens' source. Fifth Creek (a tributary to the River Torrens) also runs through the suburb as an intermittent stream, prone to flooding in late Spring (October–December). Athelstone is bounded by the River Torrens, Black Hill Conservation Park, Montacute Road, Stradbroke Road, Hamilton Terrace, Schulze Road and River Drive.

Rostrevor is a suburb of Adelaide within the City of Campbelltown and the Adelaide Hills Council. It is located about 10 kilometres east-north-east of the Adelaide city centre. Rostrevor has a creek running through the middle of it, called Fourth Creek, which runs into the River Torrens. Rostrevor is in the State House of Assembly Electoral district of Morialta and is in the Federal Division of Sturt. It was named after the village of Rostrevor in Northern Ireland. Some of the facilities in Rostrevor include Stradbroke School, Foodland, Rostrevor Baptist Church, and a nature playground in Morialta Conservation Park.Campbelltown City Council has an active boundary change proposal in place to incorporate the Adelaide Hills Council part of Rostrevor along with part of neighbouring Woodforde into its boundaries. This is despite an overwhelming 65% majority of residents and ratepayers opposing it in a survey conducted in 2019.

Influencers Church is a Pentecostal church affiliated to the Assemblies of God with congregations in the state of South Australia, Australia, and in the southern United States. Founded in Adelaide, the church was formerly known as Paradise Community Church.

The Dickson House (1950) is the residence of architect Robert Dickson and his partner Lilian, located at Wandilla Drive in Rostrevor, South Australia. The house design commenced in 1949, three years into his architectural studies and in 1951 he took a year off to build it.: 14  Situated on a sloping side opposite the Morialta Conservation Park, the site characteristics, topography, orientation, views and approach dictate the planning arrangement, while responding to local materials and a limited budget. In 2009 the house was listed as a state heritage place on the South Australian Heritage Register, a gratifying achievement for Dickson as a simple contemporary, student-designed house built in 1950 is not commonly associated with heritage listing.: 33  Its significance is reported as follows:Dickson House at Rostrevor has unique and significant associations with the life and work of Robert Dickson, and demonstrates a high degree of creative, aesthetic and technical accomplishment as well as being an influential representative of modern organic design and construction. In particular, the way in which the place relates to its site, its outstanding quality and integrity, and the fact that it has been internationally recognised as one of Australia's most architecturally-notable mid-20th-century houses provide it with outstanding significance in the context of South Australia's architectural development. Highbury is a suburb of Adelaide South Australia in the City of Tea Tree Gully in the Adelaide foothills. It is eastwardly adjacent to the suburbs of Hope Valley and Dernancourt. The River Torrens forms southern border of the suburb, with the suburbs of Paradise and Athelstone lying adjacent across the river. The eastern end of the suburb lies in the Adelaide Hills Face Zone

Charles Campbell College is divided into three sub-schools which cater for the specific learning needs of each cohort: Junior School (Reception to Year 6) Middle School (Years 7 to 9) Senior School (Years 10 to 12)The Senior School is a Special Interest High School of over 1100 students ranging from Years 7 to 13, and admits adults through a re-entry programme. It is located in the Eastern suburbs of Adelaide, the capital city of the state of South Australia in Australia. Charles Campbell College has a specialist sport programme for football, The Australian Football Academy. The AFA is sponsored by the likes of the Newton Jaguars Netball Club and the Norwood Football Club. There are a large number of extra-curricular activities which support students to succeed in high achieving academics as well as chosen electives. Charles Campbell College regularly participated in numerous competitions and events that are held locally and nationally; allowing students opportunities for success and achievement.The school amalgamated with the Campbelltown Primary School in 2012 to form the Charles Campbell College.

The Division of Sturt is an Australian electoral division in South Australia. It was proclaimed at the South Australian redistribution of 11 May 1949. Sturt was named for Captain Charles Sturt, nineteenth century explorer.

Kildare College is a student-centred Catholic secondary day college for girls in Years 7-12, located in the Adelaide suburb of Holden Hill, South Australia, Australia. The school works under the governance of Kildare Education Ministries and was established, based on an invitation by the Archbishop of Adelaide, in 1966.
