The Cleveland Arms Apartment Building is a historic residential building at 2410 Central Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It is an L-shaped three-story building, finished in brick veneer. Its entrances are framed by a simplified Art Deco surround, and the Oakwood Street facade is adorned with the words "Cleveland Arms" in Art Deco lettering. It was built about 1945 through the effort of Thomas Cleveland, owner of a local insurance company, and was built using funding support from the Federal Housing Administration as housing for returning war veterans. It was designed by I.D. McDaniel, a local architect.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2018.

The Dr. Albert H. Tribble House is a historic house at 100 Trivista Right Street in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It is a 3+1⁄2-story brick building, with a gabled roof and Classical Revival styling. Its main facade is symmetrical, with tall ground-floor windows flanking the main entrance, which has an arched transom and sidelight windows. It was built in 1938, and is possibly a design of Hot Springs architect Iven Donald McDaniel. Albert H. Tribble, for whom it was built, was prominent local physician.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2019.

The Kraemer-Harman House is a historic house at 513 2nd Street in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It is a 1+1⁄2-story wood-frame structure, originally built in 1884 with vernacular styling, and embellished in the 20th century with Craftsman and Classical Revival elements. It has a hip-roof porch extending across its front, supported by square columns mounted on short brick piers. The interior features particularly elaborate Craftsman style, with carved plaster ceilings, and a buffet with ornate woodwork and leaded glass doors.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.

The Forest Service Headquarters Historic District of Hot Springs, Arkansas, encompasses a collection of six historic government buildings on the south side of the junction of Winona and Indiana Streets. These six vernacular stuccoed wood-frame structures were built by crews of the Civilian Conservation Corps in 1933 to serve as the headquarters of the Jessieville district of Ouachita National Forest. They later served as the headquarters for the entire Ouachita National Forest.The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.

The George Klein Tourist Court Historic District, also known as Green Elf Court, is a historic tourist accommodation at 501 Morrison Street in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Now an apartment complex, it consists of seven single-story cabins, an elaborate American Craftsman style manager's house, and an octagonal central residence unit with a cantilevered second floor and a bellcast roof. The complex was built about 1940, is one of the city's finest example of a Craftsman style tourist court, a popular form of traveler accommodation prior to World War II.The property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.

The Jones School is a historic school building at Linwood and Hobson Avenues in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It is a three-story masonry structure, finished in red and beige brick, with concrete trim elements. The building is an eclectic blend of Classical Revival and American craftsman styling, with Craftsman style window groupings and a Classical entrance portico. It was built in 1913, and now houses the Hot Springs School District administrative offices. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

The First Lutheran Church is a historic church building at 1700 Central Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It is a single story structure with a stuccoed exterior and a long gabled roof. Its main facade, facing east, has a centered entrance set in a stepped back rounded arch, with flanking windows that have ornamental ironwork on the outside. An open belltower rises at the peak of the gable above the entrance. Built in 1937 to a design by St. Louis architect Carl F. Schloemann, it is a distinctive late example of Mission Revival architecture in the city. The Lutheran congregation for which it was built was established in 1915; the building was sold into private ownership in 1985.The church was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.

Hot Springs is a resort city in the state of Arkansas and the county seat of Garland County. Downtown Hot Springs is preserved as the Central Avenue Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The city also contains dozens of historic hotels and motor courts, built during the Great Depression in the Art Deco style. Due to the popularity of the thermal waters, Hot Springs benefited from rapid growth during a period when many cities saw a sharp decline in building; much like Miami's art deco districts. As a result, Hot Springs's architecture is a key part of the city's blend of cultures, including a reputation as a tourist town and a Southern city. Also a destination for the arts, Hot Springs features the Hot Springs Music Festival, Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival, and the Valley of the Vapors Independent Music Festival annually.
