Tashkent State Agrarian University (Uzbek: Toshkent davlat agrar universiteti, Russian: Ташкентский государственный аграрный университет) or TSAU is an agricultural university located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Tashkent Economics College was first established in 1998 on 24 February by the 77th edict of "Cabinet of Ministers" of Republic Uzbekistan, which was about "Creating and establishing colleges and academic lyceums". It was the first step on creation of new college. In 1998 May 18 there was another edict with number 204, and again in 1998 May 27 there was the next edict number 147 of the "Cabinet of Ministers" of Uzbekistan about creation of new college. After this edict college was opened officially under the name of "Tashkent Economics Professional College". In 2003 "Cabinet of Ministers" of Uzbekistan made the edict number 473 on 29 October which said to change the name of college to "Tashkent Economics College". Nowadays the main building of the college if located in Tashkent city, Yunusabad district, block 19, house 37. The main building of the "Tashkent Economics College" was reconstructed in the years 2008 and 2009. From the year 2010 it continued fully functioning. There are 33 classes, 3 lab rooms and 2 computer classes in the main building of the college. There is canteen which can serve 60 students at one time. There are three faculties at the college, which are: "Finance and Economics Faculty", "Banking" and "Accountanting and Economics faculty".

Lokomotiv Stadium, is a multi-use stadium in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home of football club, Lokomotiv Tashkent. The stadium was built on the site of the Traktor Tashkent Stadium. The construction work started in 2009 and finished in 2012. The stadium holds 8,000 people. The stadium was opened on 11 May 2012 with the 2012 Uzbek League match between Lokomotiv and FK Andijan.

The Zangiota Complex is a historical and architectural monument (15th-20th centuries) in the Zangiota district of Tashkent region. The complex consists of the mausoleums of Zangiota and Anbar Bibi, a portal, a madrasa, a mosque, a khanqah, a minaret and a pool. The mausoleum of Zangiota is adjacent to the madrasa and the mosque, and is accessed through the gates on the north-east and north-west sides of the courtyard. The minaret is also located in the center of the courtyard, closer to the mausoleum of Zangiota, the mosque and the mausoleum. The complex is reached by a two-sided arcade. The complex is surrounded by a cemetery, which is enclosed by a wall. The mausoleum of Zangiota faces the portal to the courtyard, while the other three sides are adjacent to the cemetery.

Inha University in Tashkent or IUT (Toshkent Shahridagi Inha Universiteti in Uzbek) is a branch of the Korean Inha University in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Inha University in Tashkent has two departments - School of Computer and Information Engineering, and the School of Logistics. Inha University in Tashkent was established according to the resolution of the first president of the Republic of Uzbekistan. IUT is the result of cooperation between Inha University of Korea and the government of Uzbekistan with the goal of developing IT leaders. Inha University in Korea is oriented toward engineering, IT, management, logistics, etc. The curriculum and academic programs of Inha University in Tashkent are similar to those of its Korean counterpart.

Kuksaroy Presidential Palace (Uzbek: Ko'ksaroy, Russian: Куксарой), meaning the Blue Palace in English, is currently the official workplace of the President of Uzbekistan. It is located in the northeastern Mirzo Ulugbek District of Tashkent.

Mirzo Ulugbek (Uzbek: Mirzo Ulugʻbek tumani, Russian: Мирзо-Улугбекский район, romanized: Mirzo-Ulugbeksky rayon) is one of 12 districts (tuman) of Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. It was named after the astronomer, mathematician and sultan Ulugh Beg. The urban-type settlement Ulugbek is part of the district.

The Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan (Uzbek: O'zbekiston Respublikasi Ichki ishlar vazirligi akademiyasi), also known as the Tashkent Police School (Uzbek: Toshkent politsiya maktabi) is the main educational institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan. Its purpose is to prepare highly qualified officers for service in the interior ministry and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Ural Tansykbayev Museum, also known as the House-Museum of Ural Tansykbayev (Xalq rassomi akademik Oral Tansiqboev uy-muzeyi in Uzbeki) is a historic house museum dedicated to the Uzbek artist, Ural Tansykbayev located in Mirzo Ulugbek district in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. It also houses some of his paintings.

French School in Tashkent (French: École Française de Tachkent, Russian: Французская школа в Ташкенте, Uzbek: Toshkentdagi Fransuz maktabi) is a French international school in Mirzo-Ulugbek, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, serving preschool through grade 12. French parents opened the school in 1997. The AEFE accredited the primary school in 2001. Students taking the Diplôme National du Brevet examination do so in Tashkent. Students taking the baccalauréat travel to the Lycée Français Alexandre Dumas de Moscou in Moscow for their exams.

The State Museum of the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan (Uzbek: Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi Qurolli Kuchlari markaziy muzeyi) is an institution located in northern Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. It is under the direct control of the Ministry of Defense and serves as one of its cultural institutions. The museum has over 10,000 pieces of Uzbek military memorabilia, dating back from Great Patriotic War era equipment to military artifacts from the Timurid dynasty. The total area is 3,000 square meters.

Tashkent University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, previously known as Tashkent Architectural Construction Institute was organized by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (No. 400, May 6, 1991) as part of Tashkent State Technical University. The institute offers architectural and construction. The institute has the faculty of Architecture, Department of Building and Construction, Civil Engineering and Construction Management, as well as the department of International Relations. Full-time and part-time faculty train more than 3,000 students from 16 educational areas, which include 20 specialties. During training, students have the opportunity to develop theoretical knowledge and research skills. Scientific and educational work is done by more than 200 highly qualified professors. Specialised unions offer doctoral and master's theses in architecture and construction. The institute's research is included in the State Science and Technology Plan of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The institute's specialists design public and residential buildings, industrial and agricultural waste disposal facilities, develop and organize the production of efficient building materials and construction, and ensure earthquake resistance.
