Pleasant Street Historic District (Hot Springs, Arkansas)

The Old Post Office is a historic former post office building on Convention Boulevard in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It is a steel and masonry structure, two stories in height, finished in brick and stone, with Renaissance Revival styling. Its main facade is five bays wide, with a center entrance set in a round-arch entrance with an elaborate keystone. The interior lobby area has its original red marble finish, with quartersawn oak trim. The former post office was built in 1901, and is one of the city's best examples of Renaissance Revival architecture.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

The Woodmen of Union Building is a historic commercial building at 501 Malvern Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It is a four-story structure, built mainly out of brick and ceramic blocks, although its southeastern section has upper levels with wood framing and finishing. Its main facade has an elaborate projecting entrance portico, with the entrance set in an elliptical-arch opening supported by fluted pilasters. The interior retains significant original features, including a bank vault, marble wainscoting, and a 2,500-seat auditorium. It was built in 1923-24 for the Supreme Lodge of the Woodmen of Union, an African-American social organization, which operated it as a multifunction bathhouse, hotel, hospital, bank, and performance venue. It was purchased in 1950 by the National Baptist Association.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.

The Martone House is a historic house at 705 Malvern Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It is a 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame structure, with a hip roof, clapboard siding, and a stone foundation. It has Queen Anne Victorian styling, with a gabled projecting window bay, rounded turret projecting at one corner, and a wraparound porch. It was built in 1907 for Thomas and Nina (Cascoldt) Doherty, and is notable as one of Hot Springs' first motel properties, as it was where the Dohertys not only let rooms in the house, but also built cabins to the rear of the property to house more visitors.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

The Bank OZK Arena, formerly known as Summit Arena and Bank of the Ozarks Arena, is a 6,300-seat multi-purpose arena in Hot Springs, Arkansas, USA. It hosts local sporting events, concerts, and assorted other engagements such as the Miss Arkansas Pageant. It was opened in 2003 with a concert by Tony Bennett. The arena can seat 6,050 for sporting events and circuses. It has hosted the Arkansas Activities Association's High School Basketball Championships since 2012 and the Great American Conference's Women's Volleyball Championship since 2013. It has been the site of the Forrest L. Wood national bass fishing championship three times and will host the event again in 2015. The arena, with a 47-foot (14 m) ceiling height and 30,750 square feet (2,857 m2) of exhibit space, is the newest facility in the Hot Springs Convention Center complex, which also includes a 72,000-square-foot (6,700 m2) exhibit hall which is used for trade shows, conventions, and other events (maximum capacity: 8,000), has a 30-foot (9 m) ceiling height, and can be divisible into four smaller halls; and fifteen meeting rooms, including the 15,950-square-foot (1,482 m2) Horner Hall ballroom with capacity of up to 1,850 and capable of hosting banquets, meetings and other special events, along with 13,735 square feet (1,276 m2) of meeting space in the other 14 meeting rooms. The complex is also home to a permanent art collection. Prior to the 2014 acquisition of Summit Bank of Arkadelphia, Arkansas by Bank of the Ozarks, Summit Bank was the arena's naming sponsor.

The Visitors Chapel AME is a historic church building at 319 Church Street in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It is a Three story brick building, designed in a distinctive combination of Classical and Gothic Revival styles by J.H. Northington and built in 1913. The church has a Greek cruciform plan with a dome at the center, with a Classical gable-front flanked by towers with Gothic windows. An African Methodist Episcopal congregation is believed to have existed in Hot Springs since the 1870s; this building is the fourth it is known to have built. It is named in honor of the many outsiders who come to worship with the regular congregants.The building was listing on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.

The Hot Springs Railroad Warehouse Historic District encompasses three early 20th-century brick warehouses in Hot Springs, Arkansas, United States, which serve as a reminder of the importance of rail transport to the economic success of the resort community. Located at 401-439 Broadway are three single-story utilitarian brick buildings, constructed between 1900 and 1920. 421 Broadway, at the center was originally built by the Missouri Pacific Railroad in 1915 to serve as its main freight depot in Hot Springs.The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.

The Missouri-Pacific Railroad Depot-Hot Springs is a historic former railroad station at Broadway and Market Street in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It is a single-story masonry structure, roughly V-shaped due to the triangular parcel, with a tile hip roof with broad eaves supported by Italianate wooden brackets. A Tuscan tower rises above the station, and its walls consist of bays of compound round-arch windows. The station was built c. 1917 by the Missouri-Pacific Railroad, and is a major reminder of the importance of the railroad to the growth and success of Hot Springs as a resort community.The station served as the main gateway for visitors who connected to the national rail network at nearby Malvern, Arkansas. Passengers changed trains at the St. Louis, Missouri to Texas mainline station at Malvern for the approximately 20 miles trip to Hot Springs along a spur line which terminated at the station. This route entered/exited downtown Hot Springs from the northeast along what is today's Convention Boulevard, then named Benton, before turning east-southeast after circling the nearby ridges much as Business US 70 follows presently.It is now used as the transportation hub for Hot Springs Intracity Transit, as well as a Greyhound Bus Station. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

The Plaza Apartments are a historic residential building at 610 Spring Street in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It is a two-story wood-frame structure, with a front-facing gable roof, stuccoed exterior, and a single-story gabled front porch. The stucco has been painted to resemble stone blocks. The roof eaves are decorated with large Craftsman style brackets. The building was constructed about 1915 as a rooming house, and is a good local example of Craftsman styling. The building's interior has also retained significant period woodwork, including trim, doors, and stairs.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.

St. Luke's Episcopal Church is a parish of the Episcopal Church located in Hot Springs, Arkansas, in the Diocese of Arkansas. The congregation was established in 1866. The Rev. Mark Nabors has served as rector since August 2023. It is noted for its historic parish church located at Spring and Cottage Streets, completed in 1926 to replace the previous structure, which had been destroyed by a tornado. The church is a stone Gothic Revival building designed by Thompson and Harding. Its gable-roofed nave is dominated by a massive buttressed stone tower at the front, topped by a tall parapet. A stained glass window is set in the tower, just above the projecting gable-roofed entrance vestibule. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Langston High School was an American segregated high school for African American students, active from 1913 until 1970 and located in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It was one of the leading schools in Arkansas for African Americans, and was accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools. It was established in 1913, the first high school for African Americans in Hot Springs. The Hot Springs School District struggled with racial integration for some 14 years, before this school was shut down in 1970 for failure to integrate. The building was eventually torn down.

The W.H. Moore House is a historic house at 906 Malvern Street in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It is a 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame house, with a hip roof, weatherboard siding, and a brick foundation. It has asymmetrical massing typical of the Queen Anne period, including projecting gables and window bays, a wraparound porch, and a corner turret. The porch details, however, are distinctively Colonial Revival, with heavier clustered posts supporting its roof. The house was built in the late 19th century for W.H. Moore, owner of the Valley Planing Mill, the city's only business of that type.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

The Riviera Hotel is a historic hotel building at 719 Central Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It is a five-story brick-faced structure, its main facade divided into two sections flanking a central panel. The outer sections are each topped by a rounded arch with carved foliate panels in the corner sections outside the arch. Bands of windows are separated by horizontal panels at the lower levels, and it has a commercial storefront on the ground floor. The building was designed by Charles L. Thompson and built about 1930. It is a locally significant architectural work reminiscent of the Chicago school.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
