Lake Catherine State Park-Bridge No. 2

Lake Catherine State Park is a 2,180-acre (880 ha) public recreation area located on the south shore of Lake Catherine, eight miles (13 km) southeast of Hot Springs, Arkansas. The park was built in the 1930s by the Civilian Conservation Corps. Three stone-and-wood cabins, a former concessions building, and a bridge constructed in the Corps' rustic architecture style are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Lake Catherine State Park Prisoner of War Structures are two structures in the campground area of Lake Catherine State Park in Hot Spring County, Arkansas. One is a stone retaining wall, about 210 feet (64 m) long and 9 feet (2.7 m) tall, built out of native stone on a concrete foundation. It is laid out in a zig-zag pattern just south of the campground's main waterfront building, and is oriented with its faces generally directed eastward to the water. The other is an outdoor cooking area (barbecue pit), also built of stone, located a short way west of the wall. Construction of both of these structures was begun in 1942 by crews of the Civilian Conservation Corps, but was interrupted when work ceased due to World War II. Both were then later completed by German prisoners of war who were housed nearby. They are believed to be unique in the state for this construction history. The structures were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

The Lake Catherine State Park CCC Cabins are a collection of four rustic cabins constructed by crews of the Civilian Conservation Corps in what is now Lake Catherine State Park in Hot Spring County, Arkansas. Three of the four cabins were built for use as tourist accommodations and continue to serve in that role, while the fourth, probably built to house administrative functions, is now used in the state park as a "nature cabin", with exhibits on the history and natural environment of the park. Three of the cabins were separately listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992; the fourth was listed in 1995.

Couchwood is the summer estate of Harvey C. Couch, an industrialist and founder of Arkansas Power and Light in the early 20th century. The estate, located at 601 Couchwood Road, is southeast of Hot Springs, Arkansas, straddling the border of Garland and Hot Spring counties on the north shore of Lake Catherine. The 17-acre (6.9 ha) estate was listed on the National Register of Historic Places for two separate reasons. It was first listed on 1986 for the five naturalistic sculptures by Dionicio Rodriguez that are located on the property; these were commissioned by Couch. The estate was again listed on 2001 for its association with Couch, and for its well-preserved collection of Rustic architecture. Several of the estate's eight buildings were designed by the noted Arkansas architect John Parks Almand. Presidents Hoover and Roosevelt both spent time at Couchwood as guests. There are five red cedar log-houses on the estate: the Big House, Calhoun, Little Pine Bluff, Remmelwood and the Traincar. Today, the estate serves as a retreat for descendants and visitors. The estate is sometimes available for renting for such purposes as weddings, business trips or as a vacation getaway.

Jones Mill (also known as Jones Mills) is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Hot Spring County, Arkansas, United States. It was first listed as a CDP in the 2020 census with a population of 411. Jones Mill is located along U.S. Route 270 7 miles (11 km) northwest of Malvern. Jones Mill has a post office with ZIP code 72105.

The Belding-Gaines Cemetery is a historic cemetery in Garland County, Arkansas, also referred to as Bassett-Belding-Gaines Cemetery. Set on the north side of United States Route 270, the cemetery is about 5.3 miles (8.5 km) east of downtown Hot Springs. The small, wooded lot, about 1 acre (0.40 ha) in size, contains twenty marked graves from the 19th century, and reported unmarked graves.

Humphrey's Dairy Farm is a historic farm property at 1675 Shady Grove Road in Garland County, Arkansas, several miles southeast of Hot Springs. The farm is now a 12-acre (4.9 ha) remnant of a property that was once more than 400 acres (160 ha). The farm complex is set on the north side of the road, and includes a large Craftsman house, built about 1920, a derelict gambrel-roofed barn of similar vintage, and a dairy processing plant built about 1930. The farm was started by Harris Humphrey in 1911, and was for many years an important local supplier to the Hot Springs market. The farm was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2012.

Lakeside High School is a public high school located in Hot Springs, Arkansas, United States. The Garland County school was founded in 1928. For 2010–11, the school enrollment was 1,184 students occupying grades 8 through 12. Its boundary includes Lake Hamilton and a section of Hot Springs.

Cutter–Morning Star High School is a comprehensive public secondary school located in Hot Springs, Arkansas, United States. Cutter–Morning Star serves more than 300 students in grades 7 through 12. Cutter–Morning Star is one of seven public high schools in Garland County and is the sole high school administered by the Cutter–Morning Star School District. Cutter–Morning Star has won two national Quiz Bowl championships and its sports teams have won 18 state championships. Its boundary includes a portion of Hot Springs.

The King-Neimeyer-Mathis House is a historic house at 2145 Malvern Road in Hot Springs, Arkansas, opposite the Hot Springs Golf Club. It is a 1+1⁄2-story Craftsman style house, with a broad shallow-pitch gable roof. Originally built outside the city, the city's growth has brought it within the city limits, but it still stands on more than 7 acres (2.8 ha), along with a number of agricultural outbuildings. The house was built in 1917-18 by D. D. King as a summer house, apparently due in part to its proximity to the golf club.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.

Social Hill is an unincorporated community in Hot Spring County, Arkansas, United States. Social Hill is located near Interstate 30 and Arkansas Highway 84, 6.1 miles (9.8 km) west-southwest of Malvern. The Ouachita River is one mile to the east of the community.
