Ain Khaled

Fereej Al Murra (Arabic: فريج المرة) is a district in Qatar, located in the municipality of Al Rayyan.In the 2015 census, it was listed as a district of zone no. 55 which has a population of 283,675 and also includes Bu Sidra, Al Aziziya, Al Waab, Fereej Al Soudan, Muaither, Al Mearad, New Fereej Al Ghanim, Fereej Al Manaseer and Al Sailiya.It borders Bu Sidra to the west, the Doha Industrial Area to the south, Ain Khaled to the east and south-east, New Fereej Al Ghanim to the east, and Al Aziziya to the north.

New Fereej Al Ghanim (Arabic: فريج الغانم الجديد, romanized: Farīq al Ghānim al Jadīd; also referred to as Fereej Al Ghanim Al Jadeed) is a district in Qatar, located in the municipality of Al Rayyan.In the 2015 census it was listed as a district of Zone 55, which has a population of 283,675 and also includes Bu Sidra, Al Aziziya, Al Waab, Fereej Al Soudan, Muaither, Al Mearad, Fereej Al Manaseer, Fereej Al Murra and Al Sailiya.It borders Al Aziziya to the north and east and Fereej Al Murra to the west.

Qatar Turkish School is a Turkish curriculum school based in Ain Khaled. The school is the first ever Turkish school to be opened in Qatar, it officially opened in December 2016. It is the only Turkish school in Qatar. The school is also relatively close to Doha British School, another school based in Ain Khaled. This school is directly controlled by the Turkish Embassy [1] and continues its activities by being integrated into the Turkish Ministry of National Education school system (https://www.meb.k12.tr/index.php).

West End Park International Cricket Stadium (official name) or Al-Arabi Stadium or Asian Town Cricket Stadium is a cricket ground in Doha, Qatar. In June 2013, the ground was opened for cricket with opening of the Grand Mall Hypermarket on its premise. The stadium can seat 13,000.

Doha British School (DBS), established and opened in October 1997, is a co-educational comprehensive International school in the Ain Khaled area of Doha, in the State of Qatar. It offers international education to students from pre-school to Year 13. The students are of over 85 nationalities.

Labour City is a newly opened migrant camp for foreign workers in Qatar. Located on the outskirts of Doha, it is designed to hold 68,640 people. Qatar, responding to intense international criticism over mistreatment of migrant workers constructing facilities for the upcoming 2022 FIFA World Cup, built the camp for an estimated €750 million. It includes multiple facilities, namely a 17,000-seat theatre, commercial centres, markets, four cinemas, a cricket field, two police stations, two mosques, a medical centre and a dedicated maintenance building. The city accommodation phase consists of 55 buildings (G+2). Each building has 312 rooms (24 sqm each), six dining halls, six kitchens and six laundry rooms. There is a very high degree of surveillance and security, which both benefits the workers yet undermines their private lives. Despite the accommodation and amenities it brings, Labour City has been criticised to be part of a broader urban planning strategy to segregate Qatar's low-income workforce from the general population and away from established residential areas in a forced-gentrification fashion.

Aspire Lake is the only lake in Qatar, located in Aspire Park, Doha. The lake serves as a sanctuary for several species of waterfowl and sea-faring birds, both domesticated or wild.

The Democracy and Workers' Rights Center (DWRC) is a Palestinian non-governmental, non-profit organization, not affiliated with any political party. DWRC was established in 1993 by a group of trade unionists, lawyers, academics and political figures in Palestinian society to defend workers’ rights and promote social justice. Founders feature Hassan Barghouthi (General Secretary of the International Federation of Workers' Education Associations in Arab Countries), and Ghassan Khatib (former Planning Minister and longtime journalist). DWRC is centered in Ramallah with a branch office in Gaza City.

The Kuwait Cricket is the official governing body for the game of cricket in Kuwait. It is an associate member of the International Cricket Council, and a full member of the Asian Cricket Council and affiliated to Kuwait Olympic Committee. The Association was founded in 1996.

Qatar Scientific Club is a non-profit organization based in Qatar. It offers training programs, workshops, and activities in a number of scientific fields.
