Dubai Miracle Garden

The Dubai Butterfly Garden (Arabic: حديقة الفراشات بدبي) is a garden for butterflies located in the Dubailand area, Al Barsha 3, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is the world's largest and the region's first indoor butterfly garden.The garden opened in 2015 and has over 15,000 butterflies from 50 species. It includes a butterfly museum, ten climate-controlled domes at temperature of 24 °C, a Koi fish pond in Dome 2, and an educational area. The garden covers an area of 2,600m2. It is located immediately adjacent to the northeast of the Dubai Miracle Garden, with a separate entrance.

F1-X Dubai was a proposed theme park dedicated to Formula One. It would have been the first official F1 theme park and was to be built by Union Properties close to the Dubai Autodrome as part of the MotorCity section of Dubailand. Union Properties obtained the exclusive rights to build such parks, budgeting $360 million for the Dubai site and originally having plans for sites also in Europe and the Far East. The amount that Union Properties borrowed for the whole project was around $1.6 billion.There were to have been three bespoke roller coasters on the site, intended to simulate the experience of driving an F1 car. The theme park area was designed to feel like an F1 paddock. Both of these factors were helped by the fact that several leading F1 teams were involved with the design and development of the park. 270 hours of productions were also planned to form a full schedule of entertainment within the park.In March 2009, it was reported that the site's originally planned opening in the third quarter of that year would be delayed as banks and other investors had pulled funding for the Dubailand project, of which it was to be a part.In July 2010, Bernie Ecclestone stated that the park was "not happening", possibly cancelling the project. As of April 2014, the official MotorCity website still bears a message claiming that the park was scheduled to open in 2010.On December 18, 2016, Union Properties announced that it is reviving the F1-X Dubai theme park.A similar project, Ferrari World, opened in neighbouring emirate Abu Dhabi in November 2010.

The Dubai Autodrome is an FIA sanctioned 5.390 km (3.349 mi) motorsports circuit located in Dubailand, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The architects of the project were Populous and the circuit was designed by Clive Bowen of Apex Circuit Design. Opened in October 2004 with the final round of the LG Super Racing Weekend featuring the final rounds of the FIA GT Championship, European Touring Car Championship and 2004 Formula Renault V6 Eurocup season, Dubai Autodrome was the first part of the Dubai Motor City development that was available for use. The venue hosted the December 2005 A1 Grand Prix and the FIA GT Championship from 2004 to 2006. The track record at the longest configuration was set by Kamui Kobayashi (DAMS) with a time of 1:41.220 in a GP2 Asia car. Since 2006 the Autodrome has been home to the Dubai 24 Hour, a GT, sports car and touring car automobile endurance race open to both professional and semi-professional teams. The circuit has FIA Grade 1 license, which means that it has all the requirements to host a Formula One race (though Abu Dhabi currently hosts F1 races in the UAE).

Dubai Motor City is a property development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, by Union Properties (a UAE based property development company). The development is based on a motor-sport theme and includes residential units, business towers, motor-sports facilities, retail and a theme park. The key components of Dubai Motor City are: Dubai Autodrome - A 5.39 km FIA certified track which opened in October 2004. The first Dubailand attraction to ever open. UpTown MotorCity - A low-rise residential apartment development including recreational areas, parks and schools. Green Community MotorCity - Residential development consisting of family villas, townhouses, and bungalows as well as luxury terraced apartments. Business Park MotorCity - Office space in several high rise towers and retail space including automobile showrooms and other automobile related shops. F1-X Dubai - A Formula One theme park.Apart from Dubai Autodrome which was opened in 2004 the remaining developments within MotorCity were due to be completed in 2009. However, in February 2009 Union Properties announced that the F1-X theme park would be put on hold and delayed due to the global financial crisis and problems with obtaining credit. Handover of UpTown MotorCity to owners started in phases during March 2009 and all residential units are now fully handed over. Dubai Motor City now hosts a range of retail outlets ranging from a large supermarket to a various restaurants and other outlets. Since the Global Financial Crisis decimated Dubai's economy in late 2008 work on some aspects of the project has completely ground to a halt, leaving the Marriott Hotel and The F1-X Theme Park half built.

Dubai Science Park (DSP) was established in 2015 and is home to more than 350 companies from multinational corporations to SMEs employing over 3,600 people.It is the region's first science-focused business community, created to position the United Arab Emirates as destination for research and development, prototyping, creativity and innovation in areas of human, plant, material, environmental and energy sciences. Located in Al Barsha South, it is accessible from Umm Suqeim, Sheikh Zayed and Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed roads. Public bus transport is available via Route F36 from the Mall of the Emirates. It is located approximately 30 minutes from the Dubai International Airport. The company is a subsidiary of the Government of Dubai's holding company, Dubai Holding.

Nord Anglia International School Dubai, also known as NAS Dubai, is an international school located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Nord Anglia International School Dubai is part of the Nord Anglia Education. GEMS Founders School Dubai (Arabic: مدرسة جيمس فاوندرز دبي) is a private school situated in Al Barsha South, Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. The school has 6140 students enrolled over all age groups. GEMS Founders School Dubai is a British curriculum school from FS1 to Year 13. The school is part of the GEMS Education group of schools, an international school business.

The ICC Academy Ground is a cricket ground located in Dubai Sports City, Dubai. ICC Academy provides indoor and outdoor pitches. ICC was used for the 2014 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup. The two cricket grounds are installed with floodlights. The venue hosted warm-up matches ahead of the 2021 ICC Men's T20 World Cup.

The Dubai International Stadium, formerly known as the Dubai Sports City Cricket Stadium, is a multi-purpose stadium in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is mainly used for cricket and is one of the three main cricket stadiums in the country, the other two being Sharjah Cricket Stadium and Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi. It has a capacity of 25,000 spectators, but is expandable to 30,000 spectators. It is a part of the Dubai Sports City in Dubai. The architect of this project was the Canadian architect, Awsam Matloob. The stadium was one of the dedicated venues for the 2021 ICC Men's T20 World Cup, it hosted Semi Final 2 and the Final on November 11, 2021 and November 14, 2021 respectively.

GEMS School of Research and Innovation, also abbreviated to SRI, is a private school in Dubai Sports City, Dubai, following the National Curriculum for England. Following its opening in August 2025, it became the most expensive school in the country.

Dubai Sports City or DSC is a multi-venue sports complex in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, developed by Dubai. It provides a mix of residential, retail, leisure and recreational facilities. It is built around five major sports venues and features a number of sports academies. Located on Mohammad Bin Zayed Road the residential aspect of the project consists of mid-rise apartment buildings, townhouses and villas. Sports City contains three distinct residential districts: Canal Residence, Victory Heights and Gallery Villas.
