Kwanti Racecourse was a racecourse in Kwan Tei, in the northern New Territories of Hong Kong, which was active from 1926 to 1950. It was managed by the Fanling Hunt and Race Club. On September 5, 1940, a Junkers Ju 86 (M-213) of Manchukuo Airlines (MKK) made an emergency landing at the racecourse during a passenger flight from Taihoku to Canton due to engine trouble. All 3 occupants were injured, one seriously. The plane was written off. The following day, an unspecified aircraft of Nippon Airways on the same route flew into trees nearby attempting the same after another engine failure, and was too written off.

Formerly Queen's Hill Camp for British Forces Overseas Hong Kong, the site was originally planned for a private university, but later used for public housing due to declining numbers of secondary school graduates. It consists of seven residential blocks completed in 2021. Shan Lai Court (山麗苑) is a Home Ownership Scheme court in Kwan Tei, near Queen's Hill Estate. It consists of six residential blocks completed in 2021. The site occupies about 13.65 hectares (33.7 acres) and comprises seven Public Rental Housing (PRH) blocks and six Subsidised Sale Flats (SSF) blocks, with the provision of retail facilities, car parks, community and social welfare facilities, educational facilities, bus terminus and ancillary transport facilities. It will provide in stages a total of 8,865 PRH flats and 3,222 SSF flats for a population of around 34,500 people.

Tang Chung Ling Ancestral Hall

The Tang Chung Ling Ancestral Hall (Chinese: 鄧松嶺祠堂) is the main ancestral hall of the Tang Clan of Lung Yeuk Tau and one of the largest ancestral halls in Hong Kong. It is still used for worship and celebrations of traditional festivals and ceremonies, as well as a meeting place for the Tang Clan of Lung Yeuk Tau. It is located in between Lo Wai and Tsz Tong Tsuen in Lung Yeuk Tau, Fanling, North District, in the New Territories of Hong Kong.
