Central Philippine University Junior High School (formerly Central Philippine University Development High School and Central Philippine University High School), also referred to as CPU Junior High School or CPU JHS, is a private high school located in Jaro, Iloilo City, Philippines, constituting as one of the academic units of Central Philippine University.Central Philippine Junior High School at present maintains its Level III accreditation status, the first high school in the Western Visayas to attain the said level of accreditation and one of the first three high schools in the Philippines to do so. The school is also one of the fifteen Network High Schools in the Philippines serving as a division leader school of the Engineering and Science Education Project to implement instructional leadership in science education in Western Visayas region. The high school offers 2 classes: the special science class and the regular class. The university's establishment of Senior High School department in accordance with the K+12 program of the national government led to the CPU High School being renamed as CPU Junion High School in 2016.

The Central Philippine University Church (officially University Church, Central Philippine University), commonly referred as University Church, UC or CPU Church, is a Protestant church located on the campus of the Central Philippine University in Jaro District, Iloilo City, Philippines. Founded in 1913 by the missionaries under the auspices of the American Baptist Foreign Mission Society, the present church structure was built and completed in 1970 under the chaplaincy of Kenneth Losh, an American Baptist missionary. The church which is notable for its Malay architectural style, is a famous landmark in Iloilo City. A distinct unit of the university, it is independent from it and is a member of the Convention of Philippine Baptist Churches (CPBC), the oldest Baptist churches union in the Philippines. The church seats almost 1,000 people. A denominational church, it hosts Sunday and mid-week Congregational Christian Protestant worship services. It functions also as a venue for several annual special events and convocations such as baccalaureate services, hooding ceremonies, health sciences ceremonies (nursing candle lighting, pinning and capping), and commencement exercises of the university's colleges and schools of graduate studies, law and medicine.

Founded in 1935 as the College of Commerce, it is one of the leading business schools in the country on the national performance of accountancy, real estate and civil service board exams; designations; accreditations; and notable alumni it produces.The CPU College of Business and Accountancy has been designated by the Commission on Higher Education (Philippines) as National Center of Excellence in Business Administration.An undergraduate degree granting school, the academic programs it offers include Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Advertising, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, and Real Estate Management.The school's programs has been accredited Level III and IV by the Association of Christian Schools, Colleges and Universities (ACSCU-ACI). The Central Philippine University College of Computer Studies, also referred to as CPU CCS, CPU College of Computer Studies or CPU Computer Studies, is one of the an academic units of Central Philippine University, a private university in Iloilo City, Philippines. Founded as a department under the Central Philippine University - College of Business and Accountancy (College of Commerce) in 1995 and a separate college in 2003, the college confers four undergraduate degrees and one graduate degree. CPU College of Computer Studies has been accredited Level II by Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU) in the academic programs of Computer Science, Information Systems, and Information Technology.

The Central Philippine University College of Theology, also referred to as the CPU COT, CPU College of Theology or CPU Theology, is the theological seminary and one of the academic units of Central Philippine University, a private university in Iloilo City, Philippines. Founded in 1905 as the Bible School for the training of men Christian workers and missionaries through a grant of the American industrialist and Northern Baptist, John D. Rockefeller, it is the oldest college and academic unit of Central Philippine University and the first and oldest Baptist theological seminary in the Philippines (first Protestant theological seminary outside Luzon). It was later folded and became as the theological department, a year after when Jaro Industrial School (the second predecessor of Central Philippine University), became a junior college in 1923. In 1938, the Baptist Missionary Training School for women, a separate seminary for women, merged with it when Central Philippine University became a senior college. In 1953 when Central Philippine College became a university, the department became as the College of Theology. The seminary at present maintains sisterhood ties with Silliman University Divinity School as both were founded by Protestant American missionaries, affiliated with the Convention of Philippine Baptist Churches and is accredited with the Association of Theological Education in South East Asia (ATESEA).

The Central Philippine University College of Nursing, also referred to as CPU CON, CPU College of Nursing, CPU Nursing, is one of the academic units of Central Philippine University, a private university in Iloilo City, Philippines. Founded in 1906 as Union Mission Hospital Training School for Nurses, it is the First Nursing School in the Philippines.In 1932, it was renamed as Iloilo Mission Hospital Training School for Nurses when Union Mission Hospital changed it name to Iloilo Mission Hospital. Post World War II resulted for the school being folded into Central Philippine University becoming Central Philippine University College of Nursing. In 2014, it was re-organized as the College of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences when it absorbed the Pharmacy and Medical Laboratory Science programs of the university. The Medical Laboratory Science program of the college separated in August 2017 and became the College of Medical Laboratory Science. It was followed suit with the Pharmacy program that became the College of Pharmacy, resulting for the college to revert its name back to the College of Nursing.The CPU College of Nursing at present offers undergraduate nursing program, while its graduate studies programs are offered through the university's School of Graduate Studies. It is one of the leading nursing schools in the country, ranking seventh (7th) based on the school's performance in the Philippine Nursing Licensure Examination, producing topnotchers in annually in the said board exam. The College of Nursing maintains affiliation with CPU–Iloilo Mission Hospital as its base hospital for college's clinical training program and off campus academic classes.

The Central Philippine University (also referred to as Central or CPU) is a private research university in Iloilo City, Philippines. Established in 1905 through a benevolent grant of the American industrialist and philanthropist, John D. Rockefeller, as the Jaro Industrial School and Bible School under the auspices of the American Baptist Foreign Mission Society, it is the first Baptist founded and second American and Protestant university in the Philippines and in Asia (after its sister institution Silliman University (1901) in Dumaguete). In 1913, women were first admitted to the school and it was later converted into a junior college in 1923 as Central Philippine School and as Central Philippine College in 1924. In 1953, the college attained university status.Central's founding however is predated four years earlier in 1901, when CPU–Iloilo Mission Hospital, the university's hospital, was established by the Presbyterian American missionary doctor, Joseph Andrew Hall, as "the first and oldest American and Protestant founded hospital in the Philippines".Central pioneered nursing education in the Philippines through the establishment of Union Mission Hospital Training School for Nurses in 1906 which later became Central Philippine University College of Nursing, the first nursing school in the country. It is also the first institution in Southeast Asia to establish a student council, the CPU Republic, the first to pioneer the work-study program in the country, and the first to established an agricultural school outside of Luzon, the CPU College of Agriculture, Resources and Environmental Sciences. CPU is organized into eighteen schools and colleges that provides instruction in basic education all the way up to the post-graduate levels. In the tertiary education, the undergraduate level consists of the colleges of Agriculture, Resources and Environmental Sciences, Arts and Sciences, Business and Accountancy, Computer Studies, Education, Engineering, Hospitality Management; Medical Laboratory Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Theology. Central's main campus on the other hand, is a registered National Landmark by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines and a Philippine Registered Cultural Property by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts.Since its founding in 1905, it maintains mutual ties with Silliman University as its sister school, an institution of higher learning in Dumaguete City founded by the Protestant Presbyterian Americans in 1901, the first American and Protestant university in the country and in Asia. CPU also maintains overseas academic programs in Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese universities through linkages. In Vietnam, it offers undergraduate and post-graduate business courses jointly with Thai Nguyen University (TNU) and Thai Nguyen University of Economics and Business Administration (TUEBA).Central alumni, faculty and affiliates have been recognized in a wide range of fields. The Rose Memorial Auditorium (Rose Memorial or Rose) is a large multi-purpose theater (auditorium) on the campus of Central Philippine University in Jaro, Iloilo City. Rose is the largest auditorium and theater in Western Visayas with a seating capacity of 4000 and has hosted several international and local concerts, conventions and events from known from music groups and singers, and as well as conventions and summits of known public servants and organizations. It was built as a memorial in honor of Francis H. Rose, one of American founding fathers of Central Philippine University along with the Hopevale Martyrs who died during the World War II. The present day structure was built in the 1990s after the old one was burned down by fire. Recently, the Cultural Center of the Philippines has designated the Rose Memorial Auditorium for three-year Memorandum of Understanding, as one of the first batch of nine Cultural Center of the Philippines Regional Art Centers or Kaisa sa Sining Regional Art Centers in 2014.With exception to the concerts that Rose hosts, it is also the venue for religious convocations of Central Philippine University and an biennial convention of the Convention of Philippine Baptist Churches.

The Central Philippine University Library (commonly referred to as CPU Library) is the library system of the Central Philippine University in Iloilo City, Philippines. Established in 1910, it is one of the largest academic and research libraries in the Philippines (largest library in Western Visayas) at present with more than 250,000 volumes or holdings it has, including special collections categorized into sections which include the 40,000+ United Nations Documents, American Studies Resource Center (American Corner), Meyer-Asian Collection, Food and Agriculture Organization and Elizabeth Knox Sacred Music Collection. Rare collections of Second World War documents and Asian archaeological artifacts are also found in the collection of the main library. The Henry Luce III Library, the main library which encompasses the library system's departmental libraries, was constructed in 1991 through the Henry Luce Foundation in honor of Henry Luce III, the elder son of the founder and editor-in-chief of Time Inc.The Central Philippine University Library has been designated by the Philippine National Statistics Office as National Statistics Office (Philippines) (NSO) Information Center for Western Visayan region, and a depository of the United Nations and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). The library is also a regular recipient of library materials from international and local organizations and centers such as the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), Population Council in New York, National Library of the Philippines in Manila, Australian Centre for Publication Acquired for Development (ACPAD), Population Information Network, and the International Rice Research Institute (in Los Baños, Laguna, Philippines). Through the library system’s American Studies Resource Center (ASRC) or American Corner, the first of its kind in Visayas which is located in the main library (Henry Luce III Library), is also a regular recipient from the: Thomas Jefferson Information Center in Manila (one of the 13 such centers in the Philippines), and the United States Information Service. The Henry Luce III Library's American Studies Resource Center (ASRC) helps/assists students who want to study in the United States through its Educational Advising Program. A Knowledge for Development Center for Western Visayas, donated by the World Bank in consortium with the university was launched in 2008. The CPU–World Bank Knowledge for Development Center is one of such centers which are hubs for dialogue and research on development issues established by the World Bank in key cities around the country in partnership with leading state and private universities.The library system at present, maintains accord with the libraries of Silliman University, the sister institution of Central Philippine University, and the Trinity University of Asia.

The Central Philippine University College of Agriculture, Resources and Environmental Sciences, also referred to as CPU CARES or CPU Agriculture, is one of the academic units of Central Philippine University, a private university in Iloilo City, Philippines. Founded in 1951 by the American Agriculturist Burl Alba Slocum as the CPU College of Agriculture, it is the first agricultural school established outside of Luzon, and one of the leading schools of agriculture in the Philippines. The college has been recognized as a National Center of Excellence for Agriculture by the Commission on Higher Education (Philippines) (CHED) and has been designated as a Provincial Institute for Agriculture in Panay Island by the said government agency under its arm, CHED-NAFES (National Agriculture and Fisheries Education System). The college's strong research and academic foundations in agricultural sciences, has received numerous citations and awards notably in the fields of invention and development through its affiliated people as alumni. Currently, the CPU CARES has been accredited by PAASCU as Level III and offers undergraduate programs in Agriculture, Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering and Environmental Management. It likewise offers post-graduate academic programs under the CPU School of Graduate Studies.

Angelicum School Iloilo is a private, Catholic school run by the Philippine Dominican Province of the Order of Preachers in Iloilo City, Philippines. It is one of the three Angelicum Schools established by Fr. Rogelio B. Alarcon, O.P. in the 1970s that pioneered in a non-graded, open-classroom education system in the Philippines. The school is also known for the Lizares Mansion, former heritage house turned school building which stands in the school's campus. It is one of Iloilo's imposing landmarks. The school grounds and the mansion lights up during the Christmas season with a grand opening called "Daigon Slash Sigaboom."

It is the 8th SM Supermall built by Henry Sy Sr. It is located along Senator Benigno Aquino Jr. Avenue (formerly Jaro West Diversion Road) in the district of Mandurriao in Iloilo City. It has a land area of 170,000 m2 (1,800,000 sq ft) and a total gross floor area of 181,657 m2 (1,955,340 sq ft).
