Bermondsey is an neighbourhood in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It covers a rough triangle with the Don Valley to the west, Eglinton Avenue to the northeast and O'Connor Drive to the southeast. It straddles the border of the former cities of North York and East York. The area is named after Bermondsey Drive that runs through the centre of the district and named after Peek Freans' head office location at Bermondsey.

O'Connor–Parkview is a neighbourhood in the East York area of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. While the name is taken from the definition used by the city of Toronto, local residents are more familiar with the niche areas that define the larger neighbourhood. It is a very diverse neighbourhood that includes English-speaking and Greeks in the west, to the Tamil speakers in the east and Bengali people in the south. It includes low-income highrises, to huge property lots. The smaller areas included inside the neighbourhood are Topham Park, Woodbine Gardens and Parkview Hills. Located southeast of the Don Valley, the neighbourhood is bordered on the South by Taylor-Massey Creek (which flows west into the Don), to the east by Victoria Park Avenue and to the north by Holland Avenue.

Epitome Pictures Inc. (later known as DHX Studios Toronto and WildBrain Studios) was a Canadian film and television production company based in Toronto, Ontario. Founded by Linda Schuyler and Stephen Stohn in 1992, the company is best known for producing Degrassi: The Next Generation and Degrassi: Next Class, the fourth and fifth respective entries of the Degrassi teen drama franchise, of which was co-created by Schuyler. Other television series produced by Epitome include Liberty Street and Riverdale, and The L.A. Complex. In 2016, Epitome was absorbed into DHX Media (later WildBrain), and the Epitome name and branding ceased.

Sloane is a surface light rail transit (LRT) stop under construction on Line 5 Eglinton, a new line that is part of the Toronto subway system. It is located in the Victoria Village neighbourhood at the intersection of Eglinton Avenue and Bermondsey Road/Sloane Avenue. It is scheduled to open in 2022.The stop is located in the middle of Eglinton Avenue East on the east side of its intersection with Bermondsey Road and Sloane Avenue. The stop will have a centre platform. Access to the platforms will be via the pedestrian crossing on the east side of the signalized street intersection. East of the stop, between the two mainline tracks, there is a double-ended siding for trains to enter and exit from either direction on either main track.: 1:28–1:35 During the planning stages for Line 5 Eglinton, the stop was given the working name "Bermondsey" after Bermondsey Road on the south side of Eglinton Avenue. On January 14, 2016, the Metrolinx board of directors approved changing the stop name to "Sloane" after Sloane Avenue on the north side.

Eglinton Square Shopping Centre is an enclosed shopping mall in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, located at Eglinton Avenue East and Victoria Park Avenue in Scarborough's Golden Mile neighbourhood. It opened in 1954 as a strip plaza, like most retail space at the time, and was later converted to mall. It was notable for having a parking garage attached to Morgans department store, with a steep winding ramp. Morgan's was bought by the Hudson's Bay Company and eventually became a Bay. The garage was demolished. The main shopping centre still has two 1960s style ramps that provide two levels of parking on top of the stores. The top most level is the roof of the building and also provides open air parking spaces. It is owned by Kingsett Capital and under the management of Bentall Kennedy (Canada) LP. It has approximately 279,000 sq ft (25,900 m2) of retail space with over 80 retail outlets. The mall is located on what was once the site of James Neilson's farm. The shopping centre is slated for major redevelopment, with high density condo buildings as part of the mix, due to the Eglinton Crosstown LRT that is being built along Eglinton Avenue.

Wynford is a surface light rail transit (LRT) stop under construction on Line 5 Eglinton, a new line that is part of the Toronto subway system in Ontario, Canada. It will be located in the Flemingdon Park neighbourhood at the intersection of Eglinton Avenue and Wynford Drive just east of the Don Valley Parkway. It is scheduled to open in 2022. The stop is located in the middle of Eglinton Avenue East, just west of the bridge over Wynford Drive. The stop has parallel side platforms accessible by a signalized pedestrian crosswalk across Eglinton Avenue at the east end of the platforms. In addition to the existing stairs from Wynford Drive, there will be wheelchair-accessible pedestrian walkways along the curved ramps connecting eastbound Eglinton Avenue to Wynford Drive, and from Wynford Drive to Eglinton Avenue westbound.

Old East York is a district of the city of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It consists of the southern, urban, portion of the former borough of East York. Old East York is continuous and functionally integrated with the old City of Toronto, bounded by the old municipal boundary between East York and Old Toronto on the south (which runs variably a few to several blocks north of Danforth Avenue), by the Don River Valley on the west and northwest, by Taylor-Massey Creek on the north, and Victoria Park Avenue in the east. Most of Old East York, particularly south of Cosburn, was constructed before World War II in a traditionally urban, pedestrian-oriented block pattern. Originally populated by immigrants of predominantly British and Irish descent, Old East York is now home to a wide range of ethnicities, including people of Greek, Bangladeshi, and Chinese descent. Old East York can be divided into several smaller neighbourhoods.

Pharmacy is a surface light rail transit (LRT) stop under construction on Line 5 Eglinton, a new line that is part of the Toronto subway system in Ontario, Canada. It will be located in the Golden Mile neighbourhood at the intersection of Eglinton Avenue East and Pharmacy Avenue. It is scheduled to open in 2022.The stop is located in the middle of Eglinton Avenue on the east side of its intersection with Pharmacy Avenue and has parallel side platforms which will be accessed from the pedestrian crossing on the east side of the signalized street intersection. Between this stop and the Hakimi Lebovic stop to the east, there are two separate crossovers, one trailing point and the other facing point.

Flemingdon Park is a middle-class district and community in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, located in the city's North York district. It is part of the Don Valley East federal and provincial electoral districts, and Ward 26: Don Valley East (South) municipally. In 2011, its population was 22,205. The average income was $66,784.It is bordered on the north by Eglinton Avenue East, on the west by the Don River (west branch), and on the east and south by the Don River (east branch). The two branches of the river join at the neighbourhood’s southwest corner. The south border is a parkland access road that used to be known as Old Lawrence Avenue. Flemingdon Park is separated from neighbouring communities by river valleys on three sides, and a light industrial area, now mostly used as corporate offices, next to several railway lines on the north side. The community is named after its original owner, Robert John Fleming, the Mayor of Toronto in 1892–1893 and 1896–1897, and the nearby Don River.

The Noor Cultural Centre is an Islamic cultural centre located in the Don Mills neighbourhood in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, on the east side of the Don Valley Parkway just north of Eglinton Avenue.

Clairlea is a neighbourhood of Scarborough, in the city of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The neighbourhood is located in the western part of Scarborough just east of Victoria Park Avenue. To the north it is bounded by Eglinton Avenue and to the south by Taylor-Massey Creek and the railway tracks. The neighborhood is served by Warden station and the Don Valley Parkway. A large portion of Clairlea-Birchmount is taken up by shopping centres, the Eglinton Square Shopping Centre and other large retail developments along what was once Scarborough’s old Golden Mile of Industry on Eglinton Avenue.
