Trout Creek (Monument Creek tributary)

Monument Creek is a tributary of Spring Brook in Luzerne County and Lackawanna County, in Pennsylvania, in the United States. It is approximately 2.8 miles (4.5 km) long and flows through Pittston Township in Luzerne County and Spring Brook Township. The creek is considered to be a High-Quality Coldwater Fishery. It has one named tributary, which is known as Trout Creek. The surficial geology in the vicinity of Monument Creek consists of bedrock, Wisconsinan Till, alluvium, Wisconsinan Ice-Contact Stratified Drift, and fill.

Green Run (also known as Green Run Creek) is a tributary of Spring Brook in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. It is approximately 4.7 miles (7.6 km) long and flows through Spring Brook Township, Roaring Brook Township, and Scranton. The watershed of the stream has an area of 4.32 square miles (11.2 km2). It is considered to be Class A Wild Trout Waters throughout its entire length. Numerous macroinvertebrate taxa also inhabit the stream. The surficial geology in the vicinity of the stream's lower reaches mainly consists of Wisconsinan Till, bedrock, and Boulder Colluvium.

The Susquehanna Breakdown Music Festival, formerly known as The Old Farmer's Ball, is a one-day music festival held at the Toyota Pavilion at Montage Mountain in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The focus of the festival centers around the arts and spans musical genres including folk, Americana, roots, and bluegrass. The festival began in 2013 when Cabinet, a prominent regional band in Northeastern Pennsylvania, and Live Nation Entertainment started the festival to bring attention to not only their musical genre, but also to regional artists, farmers and craftsmen, who showcased and sold their wares throughout the festival. To bring further attention to the festival The Weekender and local pub The Backyard Alehouse signed on as sponsors, and thus the festival began. It was renamed in 2014 to reflect the name of a Cabinet song and to further personalize it for not only themselves, but both fans and concertgoers.There was no festival in 2020.

92.1 Fuzz Fest was a small music festival in Scranton, Pennsylvania held at the Toyota Pavilion at Montage Mountain. The event was hosted by local radio station Fuzz 92.1 and was created to raise awareness of genres and styles of music that the general public might not be accustomed with. The festival featured both local bands and nationally known acts, and also features food and crafts from local vendors.

The Pavilion (originally known as the Montage Mountain Performing Arts Center) is an outdoor amphitheater located in Scranton, Pennsylvania, within the Montage Mountain Ski Resort. A temporary fixture was originally built in 1992, known as the Montage Mountain Amphitheater. Due to the venue's popularity, a permanent venue opened in 2000.

The Peach Music Festival is a music festival started by the Allman Brothers Band and Live Nation Entertainment that has been held annually since 2012 at the Pavilion at Montage Mountain and Montage Mountain Ski Resort in Scranton, Pennsylvania. One exception was in 2020.

Founded by Arthur Frothingham in 1886 as a picnic park, it was transformed into an amusement park by engineer and entrepreneur Frederick Ingersoll in 1904. The trolley park was a popular Pennsylvania attraction that featured rides, arcades, and restaurants – even as a "wild west" theme park in the 1970s – until its closure in 1987.

Jazz Railway (sometimes Jazz Railroad) was an early model line of wood roller coasters incorporating a steel-frame structure. These operated at various amusement parks and fairgrounds during the mid to late 1920s. The coaster model is considered to be the first of the Wild Mouse style roller coaster.

PNC Field is a 10,000-seat minor league baseball stadium that is located in Moosic, Pennsylvania in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre metropolitan area that was built in 1989 and rebuilt in 2013. The stadium is home to the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders, the Triple-A affiliate of the New York Yankees. The stadium also hosts high school sports games. It hosts the PIAA District II baseball district championship games for high school baseball. It also hosts high school football games such as the Railriders Bowl for Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area high school football teams, sponsored by the Railriders. PNC Field was formerly known as Lackawanna County Stadium from 1989 to 2006; Lackawanna County sold the naming rights to PNC Bank on February 1, 2007, and the stadium became known as PNC Field.

Covey Swamp Creek (also known as Covey Creek) is a tributary of Spring Brook in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. It is approximately 2.2 miles (3.5 km) long and flows through Moosic. Dams in the watershed of the creek include the Glenwood Lake Dam, the Covey Dam, and the Stark Dam. All three dams have associated reservoirs. The creek is a small mountain stream.

Pittston Township is a township in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. The population was 3,179 as of the 2020 census. The township is located within the Greater Pittston region. As of 2010, the total population of Greater Pittston was 48,020. The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport is located in Pittston Township.
