Porto Sant'Elpidio (Italian pronunciation: [ˈpɔrto santelˈpiːdjo]) is a coastal town in the province of Fermo, Marche, Italy. The commune has a population of 25,071.

The river flows east near Corridonia and forms the border between the province of Macerata and the province of Fermo before flowing into the Adriatic Sea near Civitanova Marche.
