Rancocas Woods is an unincorporated community located within Mount Laurel Township in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey.The community was developed on the site of an amusement park. Houses in Rancocas Woods were first built in the 1930s. There were problems with the community when first developed. No sewers were installed, because of limited drainage, which caused floods to occur during heavy rainstorms. The water pressure from fire hydrants was unsubstantial—the volunteer fire department had to pump its water from the nearby Rancocas Creek.On July 11, 2018 the Mount Laurel Zoning Board voted to allow a section of commercial property to be zoned residential to allow the building of an apartment rental complex. This developer proposal will bring sewer and fire hydrants to this area, but will change the makeup of the shops at so-called Main Street Mount Laurel. The proposal was met with public backlash.

Masonville is an unincorporated community located within Mount Laurel Township, Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. Located east of Moorestown, the community of Masonville was developed when a highway was built in 1794. Major roads in Masonville include County Route 537 and Route 38. Masonville once had a post office with ZIP Code 08054. It was eventually replaced by the Mount Laurel post office, which was assigned the same ZIP Code and designed to serve a larger area.

Hainesport Township is a township in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2020 United States census, the township's population was 6,035, a decline of 75 (-1.2%) from the 2010 census enumeration of 6,110, in turn reflecting an increase of 1,984 (+48.1%) from the 4,126 counted in the 2000 census. The township, and all of Burlington County, is a part of the Philadelphia-Reading-Camden combined statistical area and the Delaware Valley.

Rancocas is an unincorporated community located within Westampton Township in Burlington County, New Jersey. The name derives from the Native American word Rankokous, which was used in the name of the Powhatan Lenape Nation Indian Reservation located in Westampton Township. The name was also known as a sub-tribe of the Ancocus. The Reservation was a popular tourist destination for visitors from the Philadelphia area, New York, and local residents, before the Reservation became Rancocas State Park.

Rancocas State Park is a 1,252 acres (5.07 km2) protected area designated as a state park located in Hainesport Township and Westampton Township, Burlington County, New Jersey in the United States. Established in 1965, it is overseen and operated by the New Jersey Division of Parks and Forestry. The park is located along the North Branch of the Rancocas Creek and an extensive freshwater tidal marsh.

The Hainesport Township School District is a community public school district that serves students in pre-kindergarten through eighth grade from Hainesport Township, in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey.As of the 2021–22 school year, the district, comprised of one school, had an enrollment of 553 students and 56.0 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 9.9:1.The district is classified by the New Jersey Department of Education as being in District Factor Group "FG", the fourth-highest of eight groupings. As of the 2021–22 school year, the high school had an enrollment of 2,048 students and 140.3 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 14.6:1. The school is located in Mount Holly Township.

The Burlington County Institute of Technology Westampton Campus (more commonly known as Westampton Tech) is a four-year countywide vocational-technical public high school serving students in ninth through twelfth grades from Burlington County, New Jersey, United States, as part of the Burlington County Institute of Technology. Located in Westampton, the campus is one of two high schools in the district, along with the Medford campus. As of the 2021–22 school year, the school had an enrollment of 1,254 students and 84.3 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 14.9:1. There were 274 students (21.9% of enrollment) eligible for free lunch and 95 (7.6% of students) eligible for reduced-cost lunch.

The South Branch Rancocas Creek is a 21.7-mile-long (34.9 km) tributary of Rancocas Creek in Burlington County, New Jersey in the United States. The South Branch Rancocas Creek drains an area of 144 square miles. Much of the upland agriculture within the Rancocas Creek basin lies inside the South Branch Rancocas Creek basin. It is also among the least developed parts of the Rancocas Creek watershed.

Willingboro High School is a four-year comprehensive public high school that serves students in ninth through twelfth grades from Willingboro Township in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey, operating as the lone secondary school of the Willingboro Public Schools. As of the 2021–22 school year, the school had an enrollment of 746 students and 54.0 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 13.8:1. There were 326 students (43.7% of enrollment) eligible for free lunch and 77 (10.3% of students) eligible for reduced-cost lunch.

The Burlington County Library (BCLS) is a public library system that serves 37 out of the 40 municipalities of Burlington County, New Jersey. The central headquarters is in Westampton. The library collection contains approximately 770,000 volumes, and its annual circulation was 1.8 million in 2005. The libraries of Moorestown, Mount Laurel, and Willingboro are not affiliated with the Burlington County Library System. The mission of the Burlington County Library System is to enrich lives by providing opportunities for learning, growth and personal development.

Timbuctoo is an unincorporated community in Westampton Township, Burlington County, New Jersey. Located along the Rancocas Creek, Timbuctoo was settled by formerly enslaved and free Black people, beginning in 1826. It includes Church St., Blue Jay Hill Road, and adjacent areas. At its peak in the mid-nineteenth century, Timbuctoo had more than 125 residents, a school, an AME Zion Church, and a cemetery. The key remaining evidence of this community is the cemetery on Church Street, which was formerly the site of Zion Wesleyan Methodist Episcopal African Church. Some current residents are descendants of early settlers.

Westampton is a township in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2020 United States census, the township's population was 9,121, an increase of 308 (+3.5%) from the 2010 census count of 8,813, which in turn reflected an increase of 1,596 (+22.1%) from the 7,217 counted in the 2000 census. The township, and all of Burlington County, is a part of the Philadelphia-Reading-Camden combined statistical area and the Delaware Valley.Westampton was incorporated as a township by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 6, 1850, from portions of Northampton Township (now known as Mount Holly Township). Portions of the township were taken to form Eastampton Township on February 11, 1880. Its name derives from its original location in the western portion of what was Northampton Township.The township is the home of the National Weather Service Weather Forecast Office serving the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
