Danquah Circle

Ring Road East is an urban arterial road in Accra, the capital of Ghana. It forms the eastern section of the city’s broader “Ring Road” network and links key nodes including the Danquah Circle, the NSC/GBC area, the Tetteh Quarshie Interchange and the coastal neighbourhood of Osu. The corridor features dense commercial frontage, public transport termini, and remains one of the busiest urban traffic routes in the city.

Oxford Street is a major commercial and entertainment avenue located in the Osu district of Accra, the capital of Ghana. Often described as the "heart of Osu", the street is famous for its vibrant nightlife, restaurants, boutiques, banks, and open-air craft markets, making it one of Accra's busiest and most cosmopolitan areas. Oxford Street stretches from the Ring Road towards Independence Avenue, cutting through the core of Osu. The area is lined with a dense mix of retail outlets, hotels, restaurants, and cafes. It is sometimes compared to London's Oxford Street because of its mix of local and international businesses and its bustling pedestrian activity.

The Nigerian High Commission in Accra is the primary diplomatic mission of Nigeria in Ghana. It is on 20/21 Onyasia Crescent Roman Ridge in Accra. The previous High Commissioner was former Senator for Lagos Central Musiliu Olatunde Obanikoro, appointed by President Umaru Yar'Adua in May 2008.The High Commissioner in 2012 is Hon. Ademola Oluseyi Onafowokan.

East Ridge is a neighborhood of Accra, Ghana bounded to the south and East by Sir Charles Quist Street. Independence Avenue serves as the district's western boundary. Castle Road separates East Ridge from the northern neighborhood of Osu. Originally planned as an extension to the historic Victoriaborg neighborhood, East Ridge is being transformed into a commercial and leisure district of Accra with the siting of the National Theatre and Efua Sutherland Children's Park in the neighborhood. East Ridge also hosts an entire area of government offices known as the "Ministries." With the recent plans to redevelop the racecourse into a mixed-used commercial area anchored by the new Kempinski Gold Coast City hotel, provision has been made to relocate ministries to be affected by the development. The area of East Ridge, North Ridge, and West Ridge is collectively referred to as "The Ridge." This area is populated by several major embassies, including those of Germany and the United Kingdom. In addition, several of Accra's upmarket hotels, and several Ghanaian administrative offices are located in this neighborhood.

Labone Senior High School (popularly known as L-A Bone) is a public senior high school located in Labone in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. It is noted for its success in the National Science and Maths Quiz, athletics, music and cultural activities.

The Ghana Planetarium is located behind the Ghana Police Headquarters in Cantonments, Accra. It is open throughout the year. The planetarium of Accra was founded by Dr. Jacob and Jane Ashong and was constructed from their pension in 2009. It was officially opened on Thursday January 22, 2009 by the British High Commissioner, Nicholas Westcott. Also attending were The British Council Director, The French Ambassador and the Chief of Nungua and his entourage.

The Ako-Adjei Interchange is a flyover in Accra, Ghana. Until 2005 it was known as the Sankara Interchange. The construction of interchange started in September 1997 and ended in December 1999. It was constructed during the Jerry Rawlings administration and was the first interchange to be built in Ghana.

The Kingdom of the Netherlands has an embassy in the Republic of Ghana. It has a role in promoting trade between the countries.

Open University of West Africa (OUWA) was founded in Ghana in November 2011 by John Roberts and Patrick Steele. With the goal to break the poverty cycle in West Africa through online education, John Roberts and his co-founder were inspired by a simple but contradictory observation: at the moment, higher education penetration in Africa was very low, many of the best universities around the world were beginning to put their courses online through platforms like Coursera, edX, Udacity etc.The two founders became driven by the idea of harnessing this “perfect storm” of free Open Educational Resources (OER), cheaper access to mobile technology, and the profound need to spur development through higher-ed in West African countries.

Job 600 is a Government building in Accra, Ghana. The post-independence structure, which is just behind the Parliament House, was commissioned by Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, the first President of Ghana, in 1965. The building underwent massive renovation to serve as an office complex for Members of Ghana's Parliament and was completed in 2016.

The Accra Ghana Temple is the 117th operating temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church).

The Ebenezer Presbyterian Church, formerly known as the Basel Mission Church, Christiansborg, is a historic Protestant church located in the suburb of Osu in Accra, Ghana. The church was founded by the Basel Evangelical Missionary Society in 1847. Previously near the Christiansborg Castle at a hamlet called Osu Amanfong, where a commemorative monument now stands, the church relocated northwards to its present location near the Salem School when a new chapel was constructed and consecrated in 1902. The church is affiliated to the Presbyterian Church of Ghana. Liturgical services are conducted in English and the Ga language.
