Derrytrasna

High Moss Sarsfields Gaelic Football Club (Irish: CLG Sáirséiligh na Móinte Arda) is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in Derrytrasna, County Armagh, Northern Ireland. In addition to having numerous Gaelic football teams it is also a centre for Ladies' Gaelic football and other sports and activities. Sarsfields currently play in the Armagh Senior Football Championship and other Armagh GAA competitions. Owners Cathal Weldon and Jamie Gallagher

Derryadd (from Irish Doire Fhada 'long oak-grove') is a hamlet and townland in County Armagh, Northern Ireland. It is within the Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council area, on the southern shores of Lough Neagh. In the 2001 Census it had a population of 201 people. Ardmore Primary School closed in 2006 due to low pupil numbers.

Selshion (from Irish Soillsean 'brightness') is a townland in County Armagh, Northern Ireland. It is within the Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon District Council area, on the western edge of the town of Portadown.

Bannfoot (Irish: Bun na Banna) is a small village in the townland of Derryinver, County Armagh, Northern Ireland. It sits where the Upper Bann flows into Lough Neagh.

Drumcree Parish Church, officially The Church of the Ascension, is the Church of Ireland parish church of Drumcree in County Armagh, Northern Ireland. It sits on a hill in the townland of Drumcree, outside Portadown. It is a site of historic significance and is a listed building.There has been a church on the site since the Middle Ages. The foundation stone of the present church was laid on Ascension Day in 1855, and the church was consecrated the following year. The current rector is the Reverend Gary Galway, previous curate of St. Marks Parish in Portadown. The Church of Ireland parish of Drumcree has the same boundaries as the Roman Catholic parish of Drumcree. For several years in the 1990s, the church drew international attention as the scene of the Drumcree standoffs. Each year, the Protestant Orange Order marches to-and-from a service at the church on the Sunday before 12th July. Residents of the nearby Catholic district prevented the march from continuing through their neighbourhood. Thousands of Orangemen and loyalists gathered at Drumcree and violently tried to force their way through, but were held back by the security forces, who built large steel and barbed wire barricades. These yearly "sieges" of Drumcree ended in the early 2000s.

Derrymacash (from Irish Doire Mhic Cais, meaning 'Oakgrove of MacCash') is a small village and townland in County Armagh, Northern Ireland. It is about four miles west of Lurgan, between the M1 motorway and Lough Neagh. It had a population of 629 in the 2001 Census.A Catholic church and primary school (both called St Patrick's) are in neighbouring Aghacommon. Many people mistake the townlands of Derrymacash and Aghacommon. Derrymacash starts after one crosses the Closet River, just beyond the M1 bridge, heading towards Lough Neagh.

Drumcree College was a Roman Catholic secondary school located in Portadown, County Armagh, Northern Ireland. It officially opened after the amalgamation of St Brigid's Girls' High School and St Malachy's Boys' High School in 1985 becoming Drumcree High School. In 1997, the school was officially renamed Drumcree College due to the provision of Post 16 courses which were available at the time. However, pupil numbers continued to decline and it was decided in 2016 to close and to become a junior high (11–13 years) school. Drumcree College closed in August 2017 and the renamed St John the Baptist's College opened the following month.

St John the Baptist's College is a non-selective, co-educational, secondary school located in Portadown, Northern Ireland.

Seagoe Station which was opened on 31 January 1842 by the Ulster Railway Co. and closed on 12 September 1842 when the railway line was completed as far as Portadown and Portadown railway station was opened to passengers on the 12 September 1842 The former station is on the mainline between Lurgan and Portadown on the Belfast-Newry and Dublin Connolly line, located in County Armagh, Northern Ireland.

Scotch Street is a village in County Armagh, Northern Ireland. It is within the townland of Timakeel (from the Irish Tigh Mhic Caoil) and part of the Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council area. In the 2001 Census it had a population of 120 people. Currently there is estimated to be around 1000 people living there. Within the village there is a post office, gospel hall, primary school and a filling station/mace shop. There were recent additions to the village when outlets for five new shops were built. Moved in were; a chip shop, hair salon and a butcher. Since then the butcher has been very successful becoming one of the most popular around County Armagh. Matthew Feeko Fegan keeps a firm grip on the area. Although he is from The glen in Newry he has close connections with the area. Richmount Primary School has grown in numbers since the building of new estates on either side of Scotch Street. Scotch Street is mainly a unionist area, with a majority population of Protestants living in the area. There has been an increasing number of foreign nationals who also live in the area. The village is the only significant settlement between the large town of Portadown in County Armagh and the village of Moy in County Tyrone. Rapid growth in the population of the settlement has come about with the development of many new housing estates including Keelmount Grange and Timakeel Close.

Seagoe parish or St Gobhan's parish is an ecclesiastical parish of the Church of Ireland that is located in Portadown, County Armagh, Northern Ireland. It is on one of the oldest recorded sites of Christianity in Ireland. Christian links to the area date back to the early 500 AD's. It was founded by St. Gobhan.The current rector is Terence Cadden, having been installed in 2006. The current rector's predecessor is David Chillingworth, Primus of the Scottish Episcopal Church. Another previous rector was Jack Shearer, who later became the Dean of Belfast.
