Kauniainen railway station (Finnish: Kauniaisten rautatieasema, Swedish: Grankulla järnvägsstation) is a station on the Helsinki commuter rail network located in the town of Kauniainen, Finland. The station building was designed by architect Bruno Granholm, and it was built in 1908. The station building was heavily damaged in a fire on 2008-08-30.

Grani is a shopping center located in the town center of Kauniainen in Uusimaa, Finland. It has expanded in three phases, the first being commissioned in 2001 and the third in 2018. Grani was originally owned by NCC, until in 2003 the Finnish company Oy Querenchia Ltd became the new owner and in 2006 the German company Aareal. Of the three parts, two newer are owned by VVT Kiinteistösijoitus Oy. Grani's stores include the grocery stores S-market and K-Supermarket.The shopping center was previously occupied by the office buildings of HOK-Elanto and Helsingin Osuuspankki, which were demolished in 1993 and 2006. Grani's architecture has been criticized, and Kai Wartiainen, the chief designer, does not consider it completely successful. The biggest problem, however, he sees around the building, where too much space is reserved for cars and road areas without reaching a comfortable small scale.

Ring II (pronounced "ring two", Finnish: Kehä II, Swedish: Ring II; also known as Kilonväylä) in the city of Espoo is one of the major highways in Finland. The road runs north–south, connecting Turuntie in the north, to Länsiväylä in the south. Despite its name suggesting a circle, it has not been built as a true beltway yet, unlike the parallel Ring I and Ring III highways.

Lippajärvi (Finnish) or Klappträsk (Swedish) is a district of Espoo, a city in Finland. The district borders Lake Lippajärvi, a small lake with a drainage area of 6.9 km2, which had become heavily polluted due to human dumping since the 1940s. In recent years, the lake has been cleaned substantially and now can now be used for swimming.

FC Kasiysi is a Finnish football club established in 1989 (Kasiysi means 89 in Finnish). The club is located in the city of Espoo and specialises in youth football at all levels. FC Kasiysi also serves as a youth developmental club for FC Espoo. The club's men's team plays in the fourth division, the fifth tier of football in Finland.

Suurpelto (Swedish: Storåker) is an area under construction in Espoo, Finland, between the districts of Henttaa, Mankkaa and Olari. The original plan for the completion of Suurpelto was from 2010 to 2015. There are a total of seven zoning areas, of which some have a confirmed zoning plan. The construction plan includes an overall total of about a million square metres of apartment space. Residential buildings include apartment buildings and one-family houses, the majority being apartment buildings hosting owner-occupied and rented apartments as well as housing cooperatives. The total planned number of residents is between 10 and 15 thousand. Suurpelto has the second-highest proportion of immigrants in Espoo after Suvela. In 2020 36.4 percent of the inhabitants in Suurpelto spoke a foreign language.
