First National Bank Arena (originally called the Convocation Center until 2017) is a 10,038-seat multi-purpose arena located on the campus of Arkansas State University, and is home to their college basketball team, the Red Wolves.First National Bank Arena has three separate public venues including a 217-seat Auditorium, a banquet/meeting room that can be divided into 3 smaller meeting rooms, and the main arena, which has permanent seating for 10,475. First National Bank Arena hosts hundreds of events each year in these three venues, and well over 100,000 people walk through its doors each year.

Tomlinson Stadium–Kell Field is a baseball venue located in Jonesboro, Arkansas, United States. It has been home to the Arkansas State Red Wolves college baseball team of the Division I Sun Belt Conference since 1993. The venue has a capacity of 1,200 people.The stadium is named after former Arkansas State baseball coach and athletic director J.A. "Ike" Tomlinson, who coached ASU baseball from 1944–1976. His tenure set a record for longest-serving athletic coach in Arkansas State history which still stands today. The field is named after brothers George and Skeeter Kell, both of whom played baseball at Arkansas State and went on to play in the Major Leagues.In 1996, lights were added at the facility, allowing night games to be played there for the first time. In 2003, a new batter's eye was constructed past the center field fence. A deck and picnic area, Barton's Baseball Deck, was added in 2007. In 2008, new chairback and handicap seats were added behind home plate, moving the backstop closer to the field.A record 1,143 people attended Arkansas State's May 13, 2014, game against the Ole Miss Rebels. The Rebels defeated Arkansas State 16–9.

Centennial Bank Stadium is a football stadium located in Jonesboro, Arkansas, on the campus of Arkansas State University that is home to the Arkansas State Red Wolves football team. The stadium opened in 1974 as Indian Stadium named after the old nickname of the school, the Indians, until the 2007 season when it was renamed ASU Stadium. The venue was renamed Liberty Bank Stadium in September 2012 after Liberty Bank of Arkansas donated approximately $5 million to the university. In 2013, Liberty Bank was bought by Home BancShares, whose trade name is Centennial Bank. Since 2015, the stadium has a seating capacity of 30,406.

Indian Mall was an enclosed shopping mall located at the intersection of Highland Drive and Caraway Road in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The location was close in proximity to the junction of Interstate 555 and Arkansas Highway 1. For more than thirty years, Indian Mall was the only shopping center serving Northeast Arkansas. The nearby opening of The Mall at Turtle Creek in 2006 drew many tenants away from Indian Mall, including the Dillard's and JCPenney anchors. Indian Mall then became a dead mall, losing all of its tenants except for Sears, an insurance office and a GameStop which remained for nearly two years. As of February 2008, the mall has been closed off except for Sears, and was demolished for a Kroger in 2012.

The Mall at Turtle Creek is an enclosed shopping mall in Jonesboro, Arkansas, that closed in 2020 due to tornado damage. Currently, the only stores in operation at the property are JCPenney, Dillard's and Target. All four bus routes of the Jonesboro Economical Transit system serve the location.

The Home Ice Company was a historic industrial building at 700 Cate Avenue in Jonesboro, Arkansas. A two-story wood-frame building was erected here in 1907 to house a wagon factory, which in 1920 was enlarged with a Mission Revival facade designed by Henry Lesmeister. From 1929 until 2013 the building was used to house an ice-making operation, and was a rare surviving example of an early ice manufactory.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2017.The Home Ice Company name began being used again in 2019 by a craft ice company in Houston, Texas. The Home Ice Company building was demolished in early 2021 after being condemned by the city due to environmental concerns. It was delisted from the National Register in 2022.

St. Bernards Medical Center is a 440-bed acute-care hospital in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The hospital, established on July 5, 1900, is the flagship facility of its nonprofit parent, St. Bernards Healthcare, serving as a regional referral center for 23 counties in northeast Arkansas and southeast Missouri. St. Bernards Medical Center is the only Level III trauma center in the region and houses the only Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in the eastern part of Arkansas.

Jonesboro Municipal Airport (IATA: JBR, ICAO: KJBR, FAA LID: JBR) is located three miles east of Jonesboro, in Craighead County, Arkansas. It is mostly used for general aviation and is served by Southern Airways Express through the federally subsidized Essential Air Service program. The National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2021–2025 categorized it as a non-primary commercial service airport.The first airline flights were Ozark DC-3s in 1950–51; Ozark left in 1954–55. Trans-Texas DC-3s appeared in 1961, and Texas International's last Convair 600 left in 1976.

The Community Center No. 1 is a historic government building at 1212 South Church Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas, USA. It is a single-story building, faced in buff brick, with a stylish Art Deco entrance area consisting of towers and projections made of smooth white concrete. The entrance is flanked by large flat-roof sections which house recreational facilities, while the center section has a low-pitch gable roof. The community center was designed by Elmer A. Stuck, and built in 1936 with funding from the Public Works Administration. The center has undergone several name changes, and is now known as the Earl Bell Community Center, after the Olympic pole vaulter and Jonesboro native.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.

The Jonesboro U.S. Post Office and Courthouse is a former federal building located at 524 South Church Street, in downtown Jonesboro, Arkansas. It is a three-story masonry structure, built out of brick and limestone. The ground floor is visually presented as a basement level clad in red brick, while the upper levels are finished in stucco with brick trim. Although the building lacks rounded-arch openings normally found in the Renaissance Revival, it is laid out along lines typical of that style, with the courtrooms on the second floor in the piano nobile style. The building was built as a courthouse and post office in 1911–13 to a design by James Knox Taylor, the Supervising Architect of the United States Treasury. It was used as a federal courthouse until 1977, and has seen a variety of commercial uses since then.The courthouse was listed on the National Register of Historic Places for its architecture in 2019.
