The Institute of Public Administration (IPA) is a recognised college of the National University of Ireland. It was founded in 1957 at a meeting in Newman House where Tom Barrington became the first director and John Leydon its first president. It was established to be the main provider of education, training and development services for the public service in Ireland, as well as research services. Until 2018 it was a recognized college of University College Dublin.The Whitaker School of Government and Management brings the IPA’s education and research activities together, and offers more than 30 qualifications accredited by University College Dublin. Named after the public servant and economist T. K. Whitaker, one of Ireland’s most eminent public servants, the School provides a wide range of part-time third-level programmes in, among other areas, public management, local government, healthcare management, HRM, finance, and business studies. These programmes have flexible delivery methods and are of different duration. Lansdowne Road Stadium (Irish: Bóthar Lansdún, IPA: [ˈbˠoːhəɾˠ ˈl̪ˠan̪ˠsˠd̪ˠuːn̪ˠ]) was a stadium in Dublin owned by the Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU) that was primarily used for rugby union and association football matches. The stadium was demolished in 2007 to make way for the Aviva Stadium on the same site, which opened in 2010. The stadium took its name from the adjacent street, Lansdowne Road.

Aviva Stadium (also known as Lansdowne Road or Ireland's stadium; Irish: Staid Aviva) is a sports stadium located in Dublin, Ireland, with a capacity for 51,700 spectators (all seated). It is built on the site of the former Lansdowne Road Stadium, which was demolished in 2007, and replacing it as home to its chief tenants: the Irish rugby union team and the Republic of Ireland football team. The decision to redevelop the stadium came after plans for both Stadium Ireland and Eircom Park fell through. Aviva Group Ireland signed a 10-year deal for the naming rights in 2009.The stadium, located adjacent to Lansdowne Road railway station, officially opened on 14 May 2010. The stadium is Ireland's first, and only, UEFA Category 4 Stadium and in 2011, it hosted the Europa League final. It also hosted the inaugural Nations Cup, as well as the regular home fixtures of the national rugby team, national football team and some home fixtures for Leinster Rugby from August 2010 onwards. Unlike its predecessor, which was solely owned by the Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU), the current stadium is controlled by the IRFU and the Football Association of Ireland (FAI) through a 50:50 joint venture known as the Lansdowne Road Stadium Development Company (LRSDC). The joint venture has a 60-year lease on the stadium; on expiry the stadium will return to the exclusive ownership of the IRFU.

The Tánaiste, Micheál Martin said, "The continuation of the war in Gaza and the loss of innocent lives is simply unacceptable and contravenes international law. It represents the collective punishment of the Palestinian people in Gaza."

The London Bridge is a bridge over the River Dodder in Dublin, Ireland. The current bridge was opened in 1857 with an unknown engineer designing the structure. A previous bridge was built at some point between 1798 and 1837 based on historical maps of Dublin. The bridge connects Bath Avenue to Londonbridge Road on the R111 road. Traffic across the bridge is limited to one lane by traffic lights at each end.
