Selma Schricker House

The Riverview Terrace Historic District is a 15.2-acre (6.2 ha) historic district in Davenport, Iowa, United States, that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. It was listed on the Davenport Register of Historic Properties in 1993. The neighborhood was originally named Burrow's Bluff and Lookout Park and contains a three-acre park on a large hill.

The Elizabeth Pohlmann House is a historic building located in the West End of Davenport, Iowa, United States. Elizabeth Pohlmann was the widow of Herman B. Pohlmann, and she had this house built in 1896. The Pohlmann's were part of the German-ethnic community that lived on the northwest side of Davenport. The house features the hip roof and gable projections typically found in the Queen Anne style. But it also includes full cornice returns, which create pediments, and light colored brick typical of the Colonial Revival style. The 2½-story residence also features a main entrance framed by sidelights and an art glass transom over a plate glass parlor window. Both the front and the back of the house are missing prominent porches that were originally part of the structure. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1984.

Wolters Filling Station is a historic building located in the West End of Davenport, Iowa, United States. Alfred Wolters built this building to house his filling station in 1930. His son, Dick Wolters, took over the business and operated it as a Standard franchise. The gas pumps were eventually removed and it has been used for other commercial enterprises, including a hair salon. The station was built in an English Cottage style. It features polychrome brick, metal casement windows, a stone-arched doorway, half-timbered gables, and rustic posts and bracings on the drive-thru. The domestic character of the building was typical for filling stations built in the same era. The filling station was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

The J.C. Peters House is a historic building located in the West End of Davenport, Iowa, United States. While he was probably not the original occupant of the house J.C. Peters and his family lived here from 1884 into the 1890s. Peters, who had been a farmer, was of German descent and represents the ethnic makeup of this northwest Davenport neighborhood. The house itself is a Greek Revival structure, which is one of the original architectural styles used in Davenport. It pre-dates most of the other houses in the neighborhood. The 1½-story, brick house, follows a rectangular plan. It features a three-bay front, a rectangular bay on the east side and an addition off the back of the house. The entrance vestibule on the front of the house is also an addition. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1984.

St. Mary's Academy is a historic building located in a residential area of the West End of Davenport, Iowa, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. The building was built as a school building for St. Mary's Catholic Church, which is listed separately on the National Register.

The 2-story Late Victorian style residence features a three-bay façade with a side entrance and a front gable. An enclosed porch was added in the re-entrant angle. Stone hoods that sit flush with the exterior wall decorate the tops of the rectangular windows. The light pink brick structure rests on a stone foundation that has subsequently been covered with cement. Joachim Plambeck, who was the first occupant of this house, was a German immigrant and worked as a woodworker. The house has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1984.

The Claus Untiedt House is a historic building located in the West End of Davenport, Iowa, United States. It and the neighboring Joachim Plambeck House are replicas of each other, although the Plambeck House has more alterations. The 2-story Late Victorian style residence features a three-bay façade with a side entrance and a front gable. Two-story porches on the front and back of the east wing feature an Eastlake character. Stone hoods that sit flush with the exterior wall with drip lintels decorate the tops of the rectangular windows. The dark red brick structure rests on a stone foundation that has subsequently been covered with cement. The main entryway may have been altered and its porch may have been removed. The house has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1984.

The Albert Kiene House is a historic building located in the West End of Davenport, Iowa, United States. Albert Kiene was the first person to live in this Second Empire style residence. He worked for the Ferdinand Haak Company, a prominent local cigar manufacturer. This house, and the nearby Meadly House, are unusual because they are single story, brick residences with a high pitched Mansard roof that features prominent gabled dormers. The house also features a three-bay symmetrical front and a projecting entrance pavilion with a small Eastlake porch. The double-door main entrance has a transom. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1984.

The Patrick F. McCarthy House is a historic building (as of 1984) located in the West End of Davenport, Iowa, United States. Patrick McCarthy was the president of McCarthy Improvement Co., a local construction company that specializes in building and paving streets. Patrick and his wife Alice had the house built in 1905 and lived there into the 1950s. The Tudor Revival style residence sits high on a hill above Marquette Street. The first story is covered in dark red face brick, and the second and third floors sport the half-timbering for which the architectural style is known. Another architecture feature is that the upper floors protrude above the floor below. The semi-circular bay is another defining feature.
