Construction began in 2014.The 48-story skyscraper, designed by the architecture firm Pickard Chilton, listed United Airlines as its anchor tenant. From the freeway, it "appears a handsome, shiny, elegant guy. Maybe my favorite view of it happens when I'm heading south from the Heights on I-45, as the building emerges almost shyly between the new Market Square Tower and JPMorgan Chase."
