The Cross Keys, Covent Garden

The Hospital Club, later renamed the H Club, was a members' club for people in the creative industries in London, England. It housed a television studio (h Studio), recording studio, screening room, live performance space, restaurant, lounges and gallery over seven floors. The club was located at 24 Endell Street, Covent Garden, on the site of an 18th-century hospital. The Hospital Club was used by the rock band Radiohead to record parts of their 2007 album In Rainbows and the 2008 live video In Rainbows – From the Basement.In 2017, the Hospital Club opened a second location in the former Redbury Hotel in Hollywood, California. In 2020, both clubs closed permanently due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and other "extenuating circumstances".

The St Paul's Hospital was a medical facility at Endell Street in London.

The British Lying-In Hospital was a maternity hospital established in London in 1749, the second such foundation in the capital.

Kell Brothers were engravers and printers in Castle Street, Holborn, London, who specialised in lithographic prints. They were active from 1860 to the early 1870s.

Endell Street, originally known as Belton Street, is a street in London's West End that runs from High Holborn in the north to Long Acre and Bow Street, Covent Garden, in the south. A long tall narrow building on the west side is an 1840s-built public house, the Cross Keys, Covent Garden.

Shorts Gardens is a street in the St Giles area of Central London. It runs eastwards from Seven Dials to Drury Lane, crossing Neal Street and Endell Street. The Covent Garden district is located just to the south. The western stretch, one of the prongs that runs off Seven Dials, was known as Queen Street until 1903. The eastern stretch was named Shorts Gardens after William Short, the gardener of Gray's Inn who purchased the land in 1590 when it was still open countryside outside London and was owned by his descendants until 1690 when it was sold off for development. The western end featured houses built in the late 17th century and intended for the rich, but during the following century this became a slum as part of the rookery of St Giles. The eastern stretch had poorer inhabitants from the beginning and at one point became a centre for Italian organ grinders. This gave way over time to warehouses servicing the fruit trade in nearby Covent Garden market. When built, it was residential; it is now largely commercial. Neal's Yard runs off the street as does Nottingham Court. At Seven Dials on the corner between Shorts Gardens and Monmouth Street is The Crown pub, dating back as tavern to at least 1700.

Food for Thought was a vegetarian restaurant in the Seven Dials district of London's Covent Garden. Founded in 1971 in a former banana warehouse, it later closed in 2015 due to rising rents.

Space NK became a Manzanita company in 2002 and as of August 2021 the brand has 76 stores across the UK and Ireland. In 2020 Space NK repositioned its US business into Wholesale+; a fully serviced wholesale model offering prestige skin, hair and make-up brands across over 50 Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's stores. In August 2021 Space NK launched in Canada with HBC on line and in selected stores. Space NK offers a range of products, including skincare, cosmetics and gadgets. Endell Street Military Hospital was a First World War military hospital located on Endell Street in Covent Garden, central London. The hospital was substantially staffed by suffragists (women who supported the introduction of votes for women). The medical pioneers Flora Murray and Louisa Garrett Anderson recruited enough medically trained women to staff an entire hospital in France at the beginning of the war that was in operation from 1914 to 1915. Drawing experience and staff of this hospital, the Endell Street hospital was established in London as a RAMC hospital under the War department in May 1915 by Murray and Anderson. The Endell hospital had 573 beds, allowing for some 26,000 patients to be cared for during the five years it was active. The hospital closed shortly after the end of the war in December 1919. The hospital adopted the motto, "Deeds not words", which was also the motto of the WSPU. Despite scepticism by the RAMC in the women's medical staff ability to run a hospital, Endell Street received high feedback from patients, recognition in professional medical journals, and the successful treatment of a large number of soldiers during its operation.

The Donmar Warehouse is a 251-seat, not-for-profit theatre in Covent Garden, London, England. It first opened on 18 July 1977. Sam Mendes, Michael Grandage and Josie Rourke have all served as artistic director, a post held since 2019 by Michael Longhurst. The theatre has a diverse artistic policy that includes new writing, contemporary reappraisals of European classics, British and American drama and small-scale musical theatre. As well as presenting at least six productions a year at its home in Covent Garden, every year the Donmar tours one in-house production in the UK.

The Roxy was a fashionable nightclub located at 41–43 Neal Street in London's Covent Garden, known for hosting the flowering British punk music scene in its infancy.

London Film School (LFS) is a film school in London and is situated in a converted brewery in Covent Garden, London, neighbouring Soho, a hub of the UK film industry. It is the oldest film school in the UK.LFS was founded in 1956 by Gilmore Roberts as the London School of Film Technique (LSFT). Originally based on Electric Avenue in Brixton, the school moved to its current premises on Shelton Street in 1966, after a brief parenthesis in Charlotte Street, and changed its name to London Film School in 1969. From 1974 to 2000, it was known as the London International Film School (LIFS), and reverted to the name London Film School in 2001. LFS offers various degrees at postgraduate level: an MA in Filmmaking, an MA in Screenwriting, and, in partnership with the University of Exeter, an MA in International Film Business and a PhD in Film by Practice. It also offers a range of short and part-time professional development courses under the LFS Workshops banner. LFS recruits students from all over the world and is specifically constituted as an international community; around 70% of its students are from outside the United Kingdom. LFS is one of ScreenSkills' recognised training providers. In recent years the school has been named one of the top international film schools by Variety and The Hollywood Reporter.The school's current interim director is Peter Holliday and chairman is Greg Dyke.
