Limerick Museum, previously known as the Jim Kemmy Municipal Museum, is a city museum in Limerick, Ireland.

Bedford Row (Irish: Rae Bedford) is a shopping street in Limerick, Ireland. The street is named after John Russell, 4th Duke of Bedford who was Lord Lieutenant of Ireland from 1757 to 1761. The street starts at a junction with O'Connell Street and continues westwards forming a junction with Henry Street and continues between Dunnes Stores and the Augustinian Church and ends at Howley's Quay. Bedford Row has seen extensive investment and redevelopment in the past few years. The street has been pedestrianised between O'Connell Street and Henry Street and the south facing end of the street has been completely redeveloped into a new modern shopping street. The street was also the location of the 1,000 seater Savoy Theatre until 1989, when it was demolished to make way for a new cinema complex. This has since been demolished and transformed into the 5 star Savoy Hotel. A Methodist Church was once on Bedford Row but is now closed. The front facade is retained in The Gallery and The Edinburgh Woolen Mills.

Sarsfield Street is a street in Limerick, Ireland. The street commences at Sarsfield Bridge (which crosses the River Shannon) and continues in a south east direction forming a crossroads junction with Liddy Street (to the north) and Henry Street (to the south). The street continues towards its junction with O'Connell Street where it ends. Sarsfield Street along with William Street forms an overall thoroughfare that bisects Limerick City Centre from west to east. O'Connell Street in turn bisects the city centre from north to south. The street prior to the construction of the Limerick Southern Ring Road and the Shannon Bridge was the start of the main N18 road between Limerick (and the south & south east) and Galway. The street was originally known as Brunswick Street until the early 20th century. It was renamed after Patrick Sarsfield the first Earl of Lucan and who was the Irish Jacobite leader in the Siege of Limerick (1690). Sarsfield arranged the subsequent Treaty of Limerick.In the early 21st century, Sarsfield Street has seen a number of shop closures. Dunnes Stores, which had a large shopping complex on the street, closed it in 2008 and moved to nearby Henry Street.

O'Connell Street is also the main street in Dublin, Ennis, Sligo and in various other towns around Ireland, and also the main street of North AdelaideO'Connell Street (Irish: Sráid Uí Chonaill) is the main thoroughfare of the city of Limerick. It was previously known as George's Street (after George III) until it was renamed after Daniel O'Connell. The street runs in parallel to the River Shannon and forms part of an overall thoroughfare, along with Rutland Street and Patrick Street, that bisects Limerick City Centre in a north east to south west direction. The street is about a mile in length, starting at the Arthurs Quay / Denmark Street junction and ending at The Crescent. A monument to Daniel O'Connell stands at the centre of The Crescent overlooking O'Connell Street. The street is noted for its Georgian architectural heritage.

The Strand Barracks (Irish: Beairic na Trá) is the former army barracks on Clancy's Strand in Limerick city, Ireland.

Patrick Street (Irish: Sráid Phádraig) is a street in central Limerick, Ireland. The street forms part of the main central thoroughfare of the city which incorporates Patrick Street, Rutland Street and O'Connell Street. The street is named after Patrick "Patt" Arthur (1717–1799), a member of the prominent Arthur family at the time. The streets of Francis Street, Ellen Street and Arthur's Quay are also named after the Arthur family. The street was renovated in the early 1990s during the construction of Arthur's Quay Shopping Centre which forms the west side of the street. The shopping centre is mainly inward facing, which does not add much to footfall on the street. The east side of the street was part of the planned Opera Centre development. As a result, much of this section of the street lay derelict with no business activity for some time.The Victorian-era soprano, Catherine Hayes, was born at 4 Patrick Street in 1818.

Cruises Street (Irish: Sráid an Chrúisigh; also spelled Cruise's) is a main shopping street of Limerick, Ireland. The street takes its name from Cruises Royal Hotel, the once well known Limerick landmark that stood where Cruises Street is now. Cruise's Hotel opened in 1791 and for over 200 years provided a focal point and an entertainment venue for Limerick people and visitors to the city for generations. The hotel was very well known throughout the country which fronted onto O'Connell Street. Daniel O'Connell, the famous Irish political leader in the 19th Century stayed at the hotel. It also had a presidential suite as Presidents and dignitaries who visited Limerick, regularly stayed there. The Hotel was demolished in 1991 to make way for the new pedestrianised street which opened in late 1992. The street is relatively plain in layout and starts at a junction off O'Connell Street and runs in parallel to Denmark Street to its north and William Street which is to its south. At the centre of the street is a small square called Quimper Square. The street terminates at Chapel Lane which runs perpendicular to the street and connects to Denmark Street and William Street. A small laneway (Todd's Bow) also connects to William Street and Denmark Street from Quimper Square. In recent years due to the economic downturn and the increase in shopping facilities in suburban areas of Limerick has resulted in a number of shop closures and a sharp reduction of footfall has occurred on the street which has caused some concern. Although most retail units remain filled, a sizeable number of units on the street remain unoccupied. Ormston House is a contemporary art gallery and cultural resource centre, in Limerick, Ireland.

Henry Street (Irish: Sráid Anraí) is a street in Limerick, Ireland. The street is named after Edmund Henry Pery, 1st Earl of Limerick who had a house on the street which is now occupied by the Hibernian Insurance Company. The street runs parallel to the River Shannon (to the west) and O'Connell Street (to the east). The street was part of Edmund Sexton Pery's plans for Newtown Pery however much of the street remained undeveloped in comparison to other areas of Limerick at that time. The Bishop of Limerick had his residence on the street. Limerick's old General Post Office is located opposite the former Bishop's Palace. The Franciscan Church is located on the street and is a fine imposing structure near the junction with Bedford Row although it is currently closed. A Presbyterian Church was also located on the street near the junction with Mallow Street although this has been converted into offices. In recent years Henry Street has seen some investment especially in comparison to other Limerick streets. A lot of new high rise office blocks and apartments have been built along the street. The old illustrious 1000 seater Savoy Theatre that occupied the block between Bedford Row and Shannon Street has been demolished and been replaced by the more modern 5 star Savoy Hotel. Across the road from the Savoy a new modern development in which Dunnes Stores are now located has replaced Spaights. There is a plaque dedicated to Seán South outside his birthplace on Henry Street.

Thomas Street (Irish: Sráid Thomáis) is a street in central Limerick, Ireland. It is reputed to be named after Thomas Unthank a prominent 18th century Limerick merchant, however there is no definitive proof for this. The street begins at a junction off O'Connell Street and continues eastwards towards Wickham Street. At about midway there is a junction for Catherine Street. Thomas Street has seen major improvement works and re-modelling in recent years. This included the pedestrianisation of the part of the street between O'Connell Street and Catherine Street and the widening of footpaths from Catherine Street to Wickham Street. Shops on Thomas Street include Brown Thomas, Carl Scarpa and Sextons. There are also a wide variety of cafes on the Street.

Riverpoint is a two-tower mixed-use building complex located in Limerick, Ireland. Standing at 58.52 metres (192.0 feet) it is currently the eight-tallest storeyed building in the nation, the sixteenth-tallest on the island of Ireland and the third-tallest in Munster after the Cork County Hall and The Elysian, both in Cork. The Riverpoint tower is 5.52 m (18.1 ft) taller than the nearby Clarion Hotel Limerick, which at 53.0 m (173.9 ft) is the tallest hotel in Ireland. The Riverpoint development as a whole forms most of the block surrounded by Henry Street (N20), Lower Mallow Street, Russell's Quay and Mill Lane. The only other buildings on the site are an apartment building on the corner of Lower Mallow Street and Henry Street, and the Eircom building on Henry Street.

Belltable (formerly the Belltable Arts Centre) is a multi-disciplinary arts venue located at 69 O'Connell Street, Limerick, Ireland. The facility houses a 220-seat theatre/cinema, art gallery, box office, stage, meeting rooms, rehearsal studios and offices. Through "Belltable:Connect" it aims to support the professional development of theatre artists. This includes the hire of rehearsal spaces, hotdesking facilities, office and meeting room spaces, workshops and mentorship programmes.
