The Roman Catholic Metropolitan Archdiocese of Nanjing (Latin: Archidioecesis Nanchinensis) (Jiangsu) is an ecclesiastical territory or diocese of the Roman Catholic Church in China.

Shanghailu station (Chinese: 上海路站; pinyin: Shànghǎilù Zhàn), is a station of Line 2 of the Nanjing Metro. It started operations on 28 May 2010 along with the rest of Line 2.

The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception (圣母无染原罪始胎堂), commonly known as Shigu Road Cathedral (石鼓路天主教堂) to the locals, is a late 19th-century church in Nanjing that serves as the cathedral of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Nanking. It is located in the centre of the city at 112 Shigu Road. First built in 1870 during the Qing dynasty, it was later severely damaged during the Northern Expedition War and had to be rebuilt by the Chinese government in 1928. Since the 1930s it has served as the cathedral for the Archdiocese of Nanjing and is the only Catholic church within the city of Nanjing today. In 1982 it was also listed as a Jiangsu Provincial Historic Site.

Christ's Church, Mochou Road (Chinese: 基督教莫愁路堂; pinyin: Jīdūjiào Mòchóu Lù Táng) is a Protestant church located in Qinhuai District, Nanjing, Jiangsu, China.

Nanjing Jinling High School (Chinese: 南京市金陵中学; pinyin: Jīnlíng Zhōngxué, or Jin-Zhong/金中 for short) is a public high school located in Gulou District, Nanjing, Jiangsu, China.

Librairie Avant-Garde (Mount Wutai Branch) is a bookstore opened by Qian Xiaohua in 2004, now regarded as the most representative bookstore in Nanjing, China. It has become a cultural icon of the city, and because of the adjacency to Nanjing University and the popularity among students, it is dubbed as "the second library of Nanjing University". The bookshop is hidden in a former government parking lot underneath Wutaishan Stadium, which has been used as a bomb shelter. Covering 3780 sq meter, it provides a large volume of social science and humanities books that have been recognized by the literati and history, ranging from literature, history, philosophy, movie, music, photography, dance, drama, architecture, art, cartoon and advertisement to social science, business and journalism, while excluding reference work and other practical books.

Xinjiekou station (Chinese: 新街口站; pinyin: Xīnjiēkǒu Zhàn) is an interchange station between Line 1 and Line 2 of the Nanjing Metro. It is located in Xinjiekou, the central business and commercial district of Nanjing. The largest and busiest station in the system, Xinjiekou station has 25 officially marked exits. On 30 September 2016 the station served a peak volume of 130,500 passengers. Trains here stop for 55 seconds, the longest stop at a non-terminus station in a mainland Chinese metro system.

Nanjing Medical University (NJMU; 南京医科大学) is a provincial public university in Nanjing, Jiangsu, China. It is affiliated with the Province of Jiangsu. The university is part of the Double First-Class Construction. The school was originally established in 1934 in Zhenjiang, but subsequently relocated to Nanjing in 1957. The university has two main campuses: Wutai and Jiangning, both of which have international student apartments. In 2020, 4icu ranked it 1082 in the world and 108 in China. It started an English taught Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) program from 2005, as approved by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China (MOE).

Nanjing University Business School (NUBS, Chinese：南京大學商學院, Hanyu Pinyin: Nánjīng Dàxué Shāngxuéyuàn, colloquially 南大商學院, Nándà Shāngxuéyuàn) is the school of business of Nanjing University, which founded the first professional Chinese university business school. NUBS's disciplinary areas consist of economics and management. According to the report released in 2009 on class 1 disciplines overall level evaluation during 2007~2009 by China Academic Degree & Graduate Education Development Center of The Ministry of Education, NUBS ranks within top 5 nationwide in both theoretical economics and business management, while business management ranks No.1 in south area of China.

The John Rabe House (拉贝故居), located at Xiaofenqiao No. 1 (小粉桥1号) in Nanjing, China, was where John Rabe stayed during the Nanjing Massacre and protected more than 600 Chinese refugees in this house, and within its garden, from Japanese persecution. Today it accommodates the “John Rabe and International Safety Zone Memorial Hall” and the “John Rabe Research and Exchange Centre for Peace and Reconciliation.” The John Rabe House is located in the center of Nanjing, at southeast corner of Gulou campus of Nanjing University. John Rabe, former Siemens China Representative and Chairman of the International Committee for the Nanking Safety Zone, resided there from 1932 to 1938. It was also in this house where he wrote the famous “Diaries of John Rabe”. For almost half a century, Rabe's former residence in Nanking (as it was spelled then) received little recognition until its location was publicized by the publication of Rabe's diaries in December 1996 by his granddaughter Ursula Reinhardt. When German president Johannes Rau visited Nanjing University in 2003, he expressed concern about the dilapidated condition of John Rabe’s former residence. After Rau’s visit and with his great encouragement to renovate the house, the project kicked off successfully in 2005. The Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Shanghai, together with Siemens Ltd. China, Bosch-Siemens Home Appliances signed an agreement with Nanjing University to renovate the house and construct the “John Rabe and International Safety Zone Memorial Hall” and “John Rabe Research and Exchange Centre for Peace and Reconciliation.” The German side was to provide financing while Nanjing University was responsible for the renovation and maintenance of the John Rabe House as well as for the establishment and management of the Memorial Hall and Research Center.

Deji Plaza (simplified Chinese: 德基广场; traditional Chinese: 德基廣場; pinyin: Déjī Guǎngchǎng) is an upscale office and shopping mall complex in Xinjiekou, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. The shopping mall is one of the largest in Nanjing and features flagship stores of numerous luxurious brands, including Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, Louis Vuitton, Bvlgari, Cartier, Dior, Hermes, Chanel, prada, Tiffany & Co., among others. It also include an Ice Rink and an IMAX theatre.

The Chaotian Palace (Chinese: 朝天宫; pinyin: Cháotiān Gōng, lit. "Palace of Heaven Veneration"), is located in Nanjing, China. It was built as an imperial palace in the Ming dynasty, and today it is known as the Nanjing Municipal Museum. Chaotian Palace area has the largest preserved traditional Chinese architectural complex in Jiangnan.
