F. H. W. Briggman House is a historic house located at 156 Amelia Street in Orangeburg, Orangeburg County, South Carolina. The house originally served as the home of Frederick Briggman, the first mayor of Orangeburg.

The (Old) Orangeburg County Jail, also known as The Pink Palace, is a historic jail located at Orangeburg, Orangeburg County, South Carolina. It was built between 1857 and 1860, and is a two-story, rectangular, cement-covered brick building in the Late Gothic Revival style. It features a crenellated main tower and corner turrets. General William Tecumseh Sherman’s troops burned the building in February 1865; it was subsequently restored.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.Orangeburg County inmates are now kept in the Orangeburg-Calhoun Regional Detention Center.

Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church is a historic Baptist church building at 310 Green in Orangeburg in Orangeburg County, South Carolina. It was built in 1903, and is a one-story, brick Romanesque Revival-style church building. It features a prominent corner tower.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

Hotel Eutaw, also known as the East Russell Street Inn, is a historic hotel located at Orangeburg, Orangeburg County, South Carolina. It was designed by architect G. Lloyd Preacher and built in 1926–1927. It is a seven-story, steel-frame with brick veneer, skyscraper with an L-shaped plan. The front façade features a projecting one-story, six-bay, cast stone entrance block.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

Williams Chapel A.M.E. Church is a historic African Methodist Episcopal church located at 1198 Glover Street in Orangeburg, Orangeburg County, South Carolina. It was built between 1915 and 1925, and is a one-story, brick Gothic Revival-style church building on a raised basement. It features two towers on the facade with pyramidal roofs and Gothic arched stained glass windows.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

All-Star Triangle Bowl (formerly All-Star Bowling Lane) is a former bowling alley located in Orangeburg, South Carolina, United States. The 16 lanes in total are a historic fixture of the community. The original owner was Harry K. Floyd, and originally housed both AMF's Magic Triangle systems and 82-30 pinsetters. All-Star Triangle Bowl is most known for its fundamental role in the Orangeburg Massacre, which was sparked as a result of Floyd refusing to allow people of color to bowl at the privately owned bowling alley (which was then called All Star Bowling Lane). He owned and operated the alley until his death on July 12, 2002, following which his son, Harry K. Floyd, Jr., took over. Due to financial difficulties, the Floyd family closed the bowling alley in August 2007. The All-Star Triangle Bowl remains on the National Register of Historic Places. In September 2020, an Orangeburg nonprofit purchased the property with the plan of turning it into a memorial for the Civil Rights Movement in the city, to be called the Orangeburg National Center for Justice.

Dixie Library Building is a historic library building located at Orangeburg in Orangeburg County, South Carolina. It was built about 1850, and is a one-story, frame Classical Revival style building. It has a small rear addition, a pedimented and low-pitched gable roof, and colonnade of Tuscan order piers. The building was moved in 1912 and 1955.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

The district encompasses 12 contributing buildings in a residential section of Orangeburg. They include large, two-story frame houses constructed in the late-19th and early-20th century. The houses are in a variety of popular architectural styles including Victorian, Queen Anne, Classical Revival, and Colonial Revival.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

The Church of the Redeemer is a parish of the Anglican Diocese of South Carolina, affiliated with the Anglican Church in North America, in the city of Orangeburg, South Carolina. The first Anglican church in Orangeburg Township was established in 1749 by the Rev. John Giessendanner, and a chapel at Orangeburg was later provided by the Act of 1768, which created St. Matthew's Parish in Ft. Motte, South Carolina. Following a long dormant period, the Church of the Redeemer was organized. The current building was erected between 1854 and 1855 on Boulevard Street, near the corner of Amelia, where the cemetery remains. The structure, which features Louis Comfort Tiffany stained glass windows, was moved to its present site, improved and renovated in 1895.In November 2012, the congregation, along with other churches in the Episcopal Diocese of South Carolina, left the national Episcopal Church of the United States, and in June 2017, formally joined the Anglican Church in North America.

Orangeburg, also known as The Garden City, is the principal city in and the county seat of Orangeburg County, South Carolina, United States. The population of the city was 13,964 according to the 2020 census. The city is located 37 miles southeast of Columbia, on the north fork of the Edisto River. Two historically black institutions of higher education are located in Orangeburg: Claflin University (a liberal arts college) and South Carolina State University (a public university).

Orangeburg City Cemetery is a historic African-American cemetery located at Orangeburg, Orangeburg County, South Carolina. It was established in 1889 and is a five-acre tract containing approximately 300 to 350 burial plots. Most burials date from about 1890 to the 1960s.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.
