Dast-e Khezr (Persian: دستخضر, also Romanized as Dast-e Kheẕr; also known as Kheẕr) is a village in Kaftarak Rural District, in the Central District of Shiraz County, Fars province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 5,540, in 1,401 families.

Qaṣr-i Abu Naṣr (Persian: قصر ابونصر, lit. Abu-Naṣr Palace), Qasre Abunasr, or Takht-e Sulayman (Persian: تخت سلیمان, lit. Throne of Solomon) is the site of an ancient settlement situated in city of Shiraz in the Fars province of Iran. According to archaeological studies the fortress was built during the Parthian period, and was an important and strategic location in the Sassanid Empire. Archaeologists have found various artifacts and coins belonging to various historical periods, such as the Achaemenid, Seleucid Empire, Parthian and Sassanid. This site is recorded in an Iranian historical list from 1932 as "Takht e Sulayman" ( Throne of Solomon). When Muslims invaded Iran, and conquered it, they called this palace "Father of Victory" (Qaṣr-i-Abu Naṣr)

Nasrabad (Persian: نصراباد) was a village in, and the former capital of, Kaftarak Rural District of the Central District of Shiraz County, Fars province, Iran. The rural district is currently administered from the city of Shiraz.

Shiraz International Airport (IATA: SYZ, ICAO: OISS) (Persian: فرودگاه بین‌المللی شیراز) is an international airport located in Shiraz, Iran. It is the main international airport of Fars province as well as the largest airport in the southern region of Iran. After undergoing renovation and redevelopment work in 2005, it was identified as the second most reliable and modern airport in Iran, after Tehran Imam Khomeini International Airport, in terms of flight safety, including electronic and navigation control systems of its flight tower.

The Tomb of Saadi, commonly known as Saadieh (Persian: سعدیه), is a tomb and mausoleum dedicated to the Persian poet Saadi in the Iranian city of Shiraz. Saadi was buried at the end of his life at a Khanqah at the current location. In the 13th century, a tomb was built for Saadi by Shams al-Din Juvayni, the vizir of Abaqa Khan. In the 17th century, this tomb was destroyed. During the reign of Karim Khan Zand, a mausoleum of two floors of brick and plaster, flanked by two rooms, was built. The current building was constructed between 1950 and 1952 to a design by the architect Mohsen Foroughi and is inspired by the Chehel Sotoun with a fusion of old and new architectural elements. Around the tomb on the walls are seven verses of Saadi’s poems.

Delgosha Garden (Persian: باغ دلگشا) is a historical garden near Tomb of Saadi in Shiraz, Iran. It belongs to the pre-Islamic Sasanian era. During the 18th century, between the reign of Nader Shah and the rise of the Zand dynasty, it suffered a lot of damage and was subsequently rebuilt during the reign of Karim Khan Zand. The water that flows from the aqueduct spring of Saadi's tomb passes through this garden Delgosha Garden is located in the northeastern part of Shiraz, on the southern side of Tang Ab Khan, at the foot of a mountain.

Valiasr Metro Station is a station on Shiraz Metro Line 1. The station opened on 22 August 2017. It is located along Valiasr Square. The station is the closest to Shiraz Inter-city bus terminal.

Valiasr Square (Persian: میدان (فلکه) ولیعصر) is one of the main squares in Shiraz, Fars, Iran. Valiasr Square is the terminus of Salman Farsi (Pirnia) Boulevard, Zand Boulevard and Modares Boulevard. There is an urban bus terminal and a subway station which is under construction in this square.

Soltanabad (Persian: سلطان اباد) is a village in, and the capital of, Qarah Bagh Rural District of the Central District of Shiraz County, Fars province, Iran.

Adel Yazdi Gallery House is located in the historic district of Shiraz, in the Qavam House neighborhood. This gallery house was founded by Adel Yazdi, an Iranian artist and sculptor, with the aim of transforming the city's old texture into a cultural center and promoting art. Qavam House (also widely called, Narenjestan-e Ghavam) is a traditional and historical house and garden in Shiraz, Iran, built between 1879 and 1886. During the second Pahlavi era, the House became the headquarters of Pahlavi University's Asia Institute, directed by Arthur Upham Pope, and later Richard Nelson Frye. The house and gardens are now a museum and are open to the public.

12 Farvardin Square is a square in southern Shiraz, Iran, where Jannat Street (Shishegari) and Artesh Boulevard meet each other. Fahmideh Square is to the west, and Rahmat Highway to the south.
