CFPL-FM

CHST-FM is a Canadian radio station, broadcasting at 102.3 FM in London, Ontario. The station uses the on-air brand and format Jack 102.3. CHST broadcasts from the CFPL-TV tower in Southwest London. Due to CHST's low ERP relative to some London area radio stations, its broadcast signal covers only Middlesex, Elgin, and Oxford counties. The station's coverage to the west is impeded by co-channel WGRT in Port Huron, Michigan.

CFHK-FM is a Canadian radio station licensed to St. Thomas, Ontario, serving London and Southwestern Ontario. The station transmits at an effective radiated power of 22,000 watts (60,000 watts peak) at 103.1 MHz. Owned by Corus Entertainment, the station broadcasts a hot adult contemporary format branded as Fresh 103.1. It's studios and offices are located in downtown London while its transmitter is located on the CFPL-DT tower in Southwest London.

CFPL Television Tower is a 1,034 ft (315 m) tall guyed tower for television broadcasting at London, Ontario. The structure was built in 1961 and was the second supertall TV tower to be built in Canada and the second tallest structure in Canada at that time. Only the CHCH Television Tower in Stoney Creek was taller. The current tower replaced the original 576-foot (176 m) CFPL Television Tower completed in 1953.

The Hyland Cinema is an independently owned and operated, single-screen cinema located in London, Ontario, Canada. It's located on Wharncliffe Rd S on the West side of London's historic Wortley Village. Hyland Cinema and its building has changed names and ownership several times since it was built in the 1930s. Since 2004 it has been operated as Hyland Cinema Inc. by wife and husband Moira and Ali Adlan who co-own the business.

German Canadian Club of London Field is a multi-purpose stadium in London, Ontario, Canada. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of German Canadian FC and FC London (League 1 only). The stadium holds 1,000 spectators. The stadium field meets all FIFA standards and is comparable to size of most fields in the German Bundesliga. The stadium has a daily maintenance program, change rooms, food and beverage services, and a large licensed patio. The soccer facility can also accommodate 4v4, 7v7, and 9v9 youth soccer pitches.

Wortley Village is a neighbourhood of London, Ontario, Canada. It was originally a suburb of London and was annexed to London in 1890. Wortley Village is home to many heritage properties. The homes in the neighbourhood range from cottages and ranches to mansions. The village is home to the London Normal School, an Ontario heritage building and former teachers' college that now serves as the regional headquarters of the YMCA in Southwestern Ontario and the village's central and most iconic landmark. The main thoroughfare through the Village is Wortley Road, along which many businesses are situated. The village is known locally for hosting the annual Gathering on the Green, a popular festival in which vendors set up stands in the park at Normal School, commonly referred to as the Green.

Saunders Secondary School is located at 941 Viscount Road in the Westmount suburb of London, Ontario, Canada. It is named after William Saunders. William Saunders was a Canadian pioneer and an authority on agriculture and horticulture. Grades offered are 9–12. Saunders' school colours are red and gold and its mascot is a sabre-tooth tiger. Saunders Secondary School is the largest high school in the Thames Valley District School Board with close to 2000 students and 120 teachers. As of 2008, Saunders is also the site of new credit summer school for the TVDSB.

Westmount Shopping Centre, also referred to as Westmount Mall or Westmount Commons, is a shopping centre located in London, Ontario. It is located at 785 Wonderland Road South at the northwest corner of Wonderland Road and Viscount Road.

The London Children's Museum is a private, not-for-profit museum located in London, Ontario, Canada. It was the first children's museum established in Canada, founded in 1975 by Carol Johnston two years after visiting Boston Children's Museum during a family trip. As of 2021, the museum receives 88,000 visitors each year and has an operating budget of approximately $1.2 million. Its current executive director is Amanda Conlon.The original museum was based in the old City Centre. After several moves in its early days, it acquired the building of the former Riverview Public School in 1982 with a grant from the Richard Ivey Foundation. In 2014 it sold the Wharncliffe Road building to a London developer, but will remain a tenant until at least 2021.The museum will move to a former and refurbished Kellogg's cereal plant in the city's east end factory district at 100 Kellogg Lane. The museum will occupy the building's fourth floor, which has 25-foot (7.6 m) ceilings. After the move, the museum plans on creating new exhibits. In 2018, the museum hired an Oakland, California company to design the exhibits in the new building. These include eight "immersive and interactive areas for children and their families", among them a garden patio, a main street-themed exhibit, a river-themed exhibit, and a room dedicated to archaeological discovery. It will also include a large rooftop playground.Exhibits include Bellina, a whale skeleton suspended in the atrium, an arctic exhibit, and a dinosaur exhibit.

London South Collegiate Institute (also known as S.C.I., or simply South) is a public high school in London, Ontario, Canada. South is administered by the Thames Valley District School Board. Approximately 600 students attend the school from grades 9-12. It offers a co-op program and a program for gifted students called the Academy Program. The school colours are garnet and grey and the school mascot is the lion. South is known for its academic rigour, sports teams, and the strength of its arts program, which includes drama, visual arts, music, and dance. The South Collegiate Alumni Association, established in 1999, organizes the school's reunions and alumni events, including annual homecoming events since 2007. South is one of the only high schools in Canada to host a homecoming with football games and a tailgate party.From May 24 to 26, 2013, South celebrated its 85th year at the Tecumseh Avenue location with a reunion. It commemorates the 100th anniversary of its original founding on May 26, 2023.

His Majesty's Canadian Ship (HMCS) Prevost () is a Canadian Forces Naval Reserve Division (NRD) located in London, Ontario. Dubbed a stone frigate, HMCS Prevost is a land-based naval establishment for training part-time sailors as well as functioning as a local recruitment centre for the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN). Prevost reserve sailors serve on all classes of ship on both coasts and the Great Lakes and have served on many occasions overseas on UN and NATO tours of duty, along with harbour defence units.

Gaetano Alberto "Guy" Lombardo (June 19, 1902 – November 5, 1977) was an Italian-Canadian-American bandleader, violinist, and hydroplane racer. Lombardo formed the Royal Canadians in 1924 with his brothers Carmen, Lebert and Victor, and other musicians from his hometown. They billed themselves as creating "the sweetest music this side of Heaven." The Lombardos are believed to have sold between 100 and 300 million records during their lifetimes, many featuring the band's lead singer from 1940 onward, Kenny Gardner.
