Magok Railway Bridge

Yangcheon Hyanggyo Station is a railway station on Line 9 of the Seoul Subway. This station is named from near this station, Yangcheon Hyanggyo, the only hyanggyo in Seoul.

The Banghwa Bridge crosses the Han River in South Korea and connects the Gangseo-gu in Seoul and Goyang in Gyeonggi Province. The bridge is a part of the Incheon International Airport Expressway. At over 2.5 km in length, it is the longest bridge to cross the Han River. Though mostly a girder bridge, the middle 540m section is an arch truss, resembling the shape of an airplane taking off.

Heojun Museum is a municipal museum in Gayang 2-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, South Korea to commemorate the legacy of Heo Jun (1546–1615), a court physician during the reign of King Seonjo (r. 1567 – 1608) of the mid Joseon Dynasty of Korea.

The Battle of Haengju took place on 14 March 1593 during the 1592–1598 Japanese invasion of Korea. The Japanese attack failed to overcome Haengju fortress.

Magok Station is a subway station of Seoul Subway Line 5. It was opened in 2008, much later than the rest of Line 5, because the area underwent a significant redevelopment transforming a previously largely residential area into a completely new core city with the headquarters and R&D centers of major multinationals such as LG and Lotte, Seoul's first botanic garden, a major Ewha Womans University hospital and large apartment complexes.Initially opened with only one exit, the station now features seven exits and is right next to a major BRT bus stop.

The National Institute of Korean Language (NIKL; Korean: 국립국어원) is a language regulator of the Korean language based in Seoul, South Korea. It was created on January 23, 1991, by Presidential Decree No. 13163 (November 14, 1990).It has previously gone by a number of names, including the Academy of the Korean Language (국어연구소) when it was first founded as a non-government organization in 1984, and the National Academy of the Korean Language (국립국어연구원) when it became a government agency in 1991.
