Congregation Kol Emes (Hebrew: קהילת קול אמת ד'ריטשמאנד, lit. 'Voice of truth'), also known as Young Israel of Richmond, is an Orthodox Jewish synagogue located at 4811 Patterson Avenue, in Richmond, Virginia, in the United States. Constituted and founded in 1964, it is one of the oldest active Jewish congregations in Virginia, the fourth oldest active congregation in Richmond, and housing the oldest active mikvah in Richmond. It is a member synagogue of the National Council of Young Israel and the Orthodox Union.It is a very small congregation, compared to the larger and more successful congregations in the city, such as Keneseth Beth Israel.

John Rolfe Apartments is a historic apartment building located in Richmond, Virginia. The building was built in 1940, and is a two and three-story, ten-unit, International style brick building. The rectangular building has concrete copings at the edges of the staggered flat roofs. The building's sloped setting is park-like with a heavy buffer of trees to the south and an open lawn and trees along the north property line. The building is considered a rare and early example of International Style residential architecture in the city of Richmond and the region.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.
