Belmont is a historic home located at Bensalem, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. It was built about 1850, and is an "L"-shaped, 2 3/4-story, stuccoed stone dwelling in the Greek Revival style. It has a hipped roof and features a one-story, wraparound verandah. The home was built for mill owner Paul Townsend on a farm property in 1850 and owned until his death in 1890. The home is across the street from Neshaminy Mall on Bristol Road. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

Trevose was formerly part of Feasterville-Trevose, but was split into two separate CDPs for the 2010 census. U.S. 1 runs through the town as well as the Pennsylvania Turnpike, but Trevose's main road is Brownsville Road, which is the dividing line between the two townships. As of the 2010 census, Trevose had a population of 3,550.The community is named after the home of settler Joseph Growden and itself after Growden's homestead in England (Growden was Cornish; Trevose is from the Cornish word Trenfos for farm.).

The area has been separated into two CDPs in the 2010 census, Feasterville and Trevose. The Feasterville-Trevose CDP referred to by the U.S. Census Bureau encompasses a portion of Lower Southampton Township, but other sections of the township to the west and south are commonly considered parts of Feasterville, while the community of Trevose extends into Bensalem Township. Lower Southampton Township to the north and is serviced by the Langhorne Post Office. The CDP is actually a relatively densely populated residential area between the two communities' central business districts.

In FY 2013, Trevose station had a weekday average of 283 boardings and 275 alightings.The previous station depot at Trevose was built in 1888 by the Philadelphia & Reading Railroad. The former station house was torn down in March 1970 and replaced with a small shelter to protect commuters from the elements.

[[ ]] Concord Park is a residential neighborhood in the Trevose section of Bensalem Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, originally established as an intentional racially integrated community in 1954 by Morris Milgram, a pioneering social activist and civil rights trailblazer who believed Black people should have the same access to housing as whites.Concord Park Homes were "the first planned open occupancy homes for sale by a builder determined to build only integrated housing; 139 three and four-bedroom homes were sold and occupied by 55 percent white families and 45 percent Negro families." Some of the early homeowners included interracial couples, communists, and other nonconformists.The community's origin and history were featured at Bensalem Township's 325th anniversary in 2017 at Growden Mansion and on the Mayor's Show.
