Dabuy-ye Shomali Rural District (Persian: دهستان دابوئ شمالي) is in Sorkhrud District of Mahmudabad County, Mazandaran province, Iran. At the National Census of 2006, its population was 7,745 in 2,112 households. There were 8,110 inhabitants in 2,531 households at the following census of 2011. At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 9,015 in 3,045 households. The largest of its 16 villages was Zangi Kola-ye Olya, with 1,583 people.
