Amherst Street is a Buffalo Metro Rail underground station located at the corner of Main and Amherst Streets. From May 18, 1985 to November 10, 1986, due to construction issues at LaSalle station, Amherst Street station served as the northern terminus. The station has been referenced by rapper Westside Gunn numerous times.

The George F. Barton House was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, built 1903–1904, and is located at 118 Summit Avenue in Buffalo, New York. The Barton House is part of the larger Darwin D. Martin House Complex, considered to be one of the most important projects from Wright's Prairie School era.

Middle Early College High School is a magnet high school located in the City of Buffalo, New York. The school opened in September 2004 and has approximately 305 students. The current principal is David Potter.

Bennett High School was an American high school located in the University Heights section of Buffalo, New York. It was named for Lewis J. Bennett, who donated the land for the school and for All High Stadium. Bennett High School formerly was a magnet school with three college prep programs: the Academy of International Law (similar to pre-law), Business and Computers (similar to information systems), and Education and the Arts.

The Lewis J. Bennett High School of Innovative Technology (formerly known as Computing Academy of Technological Sciences and C.A.T.S.) is an American high school located in Buffalo, New York. Opening in 2016, the school focuses on computer science education to students. Presently, the school is housed at the Bennett High School campus. The current principal is Mr. Carlos Alvarez, and the current assistant principals are Mr. Jamie Barden and Mr. Martin Buchnowski.

The Darwin D. Martin House Complex, also known as the Darwin Martin House National Historic Landmark, was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and built between 1903 and 1905. Located at 125 Jewett Parkway in Buffalo, New York, it is considered to be one of the most important projects from Wright's Prairie School era, and ranks along with The Guggenheim in New York City and Fallingwater in Pennsylvania among his greatest works. Wright scholar Robert McCarter said of it: It can be argued that the Martin House Complex ... is the most important house design of the first half of Wright's career, matched only by Fallingwater over 30 years later.

All-High Stadium (Robert E. Rich All-High Stadium) is a football stadium in Buffalo, New York. It was opened in 1926, and received a Memorial Day dedication on May 29, 1929. The stadium was modeled after classic European soccer stadiums of the time. It is part of the Bennett High School complex. It is bounded by the high school and Main Street to the northwest, Manhattan Avenue to the northeast, Hill Street to the southeast, and Mercer Avenue to the southwest.

Buffalo Meter Company Building is a historic daylight factory building located in Buffalo, Erie County, New York. It was designed and built by the Lockwood, Green & Co. engineering firm in 1915-1917 and is a four-story, reinforced concrete building faced in red brick. It has a fifth floor penthouse, raised basement, a large three story addition built in 1945, and two story office addition built in 1949. The building measures 284 feet by 82 feet. The building was built for and housed the Buffalo Meter Company until 1969–1970, after which it was acquired by the University of Buffalo. It was renamed Bethune Hall, after prominent local architect Louise Blanchard Bethune and housed the Department of Art. It is being redeveloped as the Bethune Lofts.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2012.

Parkside East Historic District is a national historic district located at Buffalo in Erie County, New York. The district is architecturally and historically significant for its association with the 1876 Parks and Parkways Plan for the city of Buffalo developed by Frederick Law Olmsted. It consists of 1,769 contributing structures (1,109 principal buildings, 659 outbuildings) developed from 1876 to 1936, as a middle class residential neighborhood. The district largely contains single-family dwellings, built in a variety of popular architectural styles, and located along the irregular and curvilinear street pattern developed by Olmsted. The district is located to the east of Buffalo's Delaware Park and includes the Walter V. Davidson House and the separately listed Darwin D. Martin House, both designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

The Walter V. Davidson House, located at 57 Tillinghast Place in Buffalo, New York, was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and built in 1908. It is an example of Wright's Prairie School architectural style. The house is a contributing property to the Parkside East Historic District, a neighborhood laid out by renowned American landscape architect Frederick Law Olmsted in 1876, and also a City of Buffalo landmark.

LaSalle is a Buffalo Metro Rail underground station located at the corner of Main Street and LaSalle Avenue and is one stop from the northern terminus. Original drafting plans had the station used as a turnout between the current Metro Rail line and three proposed extensions; the Tonawanda Line, which would extend service into the cities of Tonawanda and Niagara Falls; the North Buffalo Line, which would extend service to Elmwood Avenue on an abandoned railroad right-of-way between Hertel and Kenmore Avenues; and the East Buffalo line, to connect the Main Street line with the proposed Airport Line, carrying passengers to the Buffalo-Niagara International Airport. The only visible sign of the turnout is located below ground by way of partially finished tunnel just west of the LaSalle station platforms. From May 20, 1985 to November 10, 1986, due to construction issues at LaSalle station, Amherst Street station served as the northern terminus. Since November 10, 1986, University station serves as the northern terminus.
