120 Wall Street is a skyscraper in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan in New York City. It was completed in 1930. The building is 399 ft (122 m) tall, has 34 floors, and is located on the easternmost portion of Wall Street, and also borders Pine Street and South Street. The architect was Ely Jacques Kahn of Buchman & Kahn.The tower is tiered on three sides, forming the classic wedding-cake style outline emblematic of post-1916 Zoning Resolution New York skyscrapers. The setbacks recede in shallow formations from a large 16-story platform. Red-granite panels frame wide-paned commercial windows at street level as part of the five-story limestone base.The building has 615,000 square feet (57,100 m2) of space and occupies a 23,000-square-foot (2,100 m2) lot.

Success Academy Charter Schools, originally Harlem Success Academy, is a charter school operator in New York City. Eva Moskowitz, a former city council member for the Upper East Side, is its founder and CEO. It has 47 schools in the New York area and 17,000 students.According to the New York Post, Success Academy had 17,700 applicants for 3,288 available seats, which resulted in a wait list of more than 14,000 families for the 2018–2019 school year. The shortage of seats can be at least partly attributed to New York state educational policy. Robert Pondiscio, author of How The Other Half Learns (2019), which chronicles the structure and achievement of the Success Academy, believes that Moskowitz would quickly expand the system to 100 schools if the charter sector was not "hard up against the charter school cap in the State of New York".Two documentary films, The Lottery and Waiting for "Superman", record the intense desire of parents to enroll their children in Success Academy and charter schools like Success Academy.

Wall Street Skyport, also known as Downtown Skyport and later as Wall Street Seaplane Base, was a seaplane base in New York City, located on the East River near the foot of Wall Street adjacent to Pier 11. The building leans 3 inches (76 mm) to the north as a result of the method used to construct its foundation. The tilting is the subject of a law suit between the developer, Fortis Property Group, and engineering firm Pizzarotti. The building topped out in September 2018.In 2017 an employee of a subcontractor working on the site died after falling from the building's 29th floor.

The Fly Market or Fly Market was an outdoor market located at the base of Maiden Lane, off the East River in Manhattan, New York City. The market ran from 1699 until the early 1800s, selling meat, country produce and fish under its covered roofs.

32 Old Slip, also known as One Financial Square, is a skyscraper in the Financial District of New York City. Completed in 1987, the building has 36 floors and stands at 575 ft 0 in (175.26 m). It is home to Daiwa Capital Markets USA, Inc. Convene, the New York Regional Office of the United States Census Bureau, and the ground floor houses the New York City Fire Department (FDNY) Engine Company 4 and Ladder Company 15.

75 Wall Street is a 43-story mixed-use building in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan in New York City. It contains Hyatt Centric Wall Street New York, a hotel with 253 rooms managed by Blue Sky Hospitality.Designed by Welton Becket & Associates and developed by London & Leeds as an office building, 75 Wall Street was announced in 1984 as the North American headquarters of British bank Barclays. After the building opened in 1987, several firms leased space in the building. JPMorgan Chase acquired 75 Wall Street from Barclays in 2005, and the Hakimian Organization and Peykar Brothers Realty purchased the building later that year. The upper floors were converted to 346 residential condominiums in 2009, while the lower floors opened as the Andaz Wall Street hotel in January 2010. Navika Capital acquired the hotel in 2022 and rebranded it as Hyatt Centric Wall Street New York.

The Tontine Coffee House was a coffeehouse in Manhattan, New York City, established in early 1793. Situated at 82 Wall Street, on the north-west corner of Water Street, it was built by a group of stockbrokers to serve as a meeting place for trade and correspondence. It was organized as a tontine, a type of investment plan, and funded by the sale of 203 shares of £200 each. The May 17, 1792, creation of the Buttonwood Agreement, which bound its signatories to trade only with each other, effectively gave rise to a new organization of tradespeople.

80 South Street is a proposed residential skyscraper in the Financial District of Manhattan, New York City, that has been planned since the early 2000s. The original proposal for the skyscraper, released in 2003, was designed by renowned Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava, and was canceled in 2008 as a result of a declining real-estate market. A new shorter design was planned to be finished in 2016, and China Oceanwide Holdings Limited acquired 80 South Street in March 2016. However, following the collapse of Chinese real estate conglomerate Evergrande and associated contagion, in October 2021 China Oceanwide began marketing the property at an aggressive discount of more 190MM below its original acquisition cost in order to raise funds for its parent entity.
