Manassas Park is an independent city in the U.S. state of Virginia. As of the 2020 census, the population was 17,219. Manassas Park is bordered by the city of Manassas and Prince William County. Manassas Park is a part of the Washington-Arlington-Alexandria, DC-VA-MD-WV Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Osbourn Park High School is a Prince William County, Virginia public high school in a small county island between the cities of Manassas and Manassas Park, southwest of Washington D.C. Osbourn Park serves the mid-part of the county. The community consists of business, professional, U.S. Government and military residents. Osbourn Park has also been designated as The Biotechnology Center and houses two other unique programs: Allied Health and NJROTC. It has at various times had a student population ranging from 1900 to 3200, but it is currently around 2500 grades 9-12.

Seton School is an accredited, private, co-educational Catholic junior & senior high school located in Manassas, Virginia founded in 1973 by Anne Carroll, wife of Dr. Warren Carroll. According to its website, Seton teaches orthodox, traditional Catholicism in harmony with the Magisterium of the Catholic Church and its leader, Pope Francis. Its mission statement emphasizes Catholicism in the classroom as well as the importance of discipline. It was awarded a place on the Cardinal Newman Society's Catholic High School Honor Roll in 2012, and again in 2014

Conner House is a historic house located in Manassas Park, Virginia. The main section was built about 1810, with a later wing added in 1855. It is a two-story, gable-roof, stone residence. The Conner House served from July to November 1861 as the headquarters of General Joseph E. Johnston, commander of the Confederate Army during the first several months of its existence. In 1973 the Town (now City) of Manassas Park purchased the house and yard.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1981.

The Mayfield Fortification is a historic American Civil War earthworks at 8401 Quarry Road in Manassas, Virginia. It is one of a series of fortifications constructed by the Confederate Army to defend the critical Manassas railroad junction in 1861. The fort consisted of earthworks with log revetments, and was built by local Confederate troops and slave labor. After 1862 the fort was sporadically occupied by Union forces.The site was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989. It is now a city park.

The Manassas Water Tower is a historic water storage facility at 9000 Quarry Street in Manassas, Virginia. It is a steel structure 147 feet (45 m) in height, and is typical in style for its 1914 construction date, with a steel trestle supporting a tank with a hemispherical base and conical roof. It has a capacity of 75,000 US gallons (280,000 L; 62,000 imp gal). It was built near one of the city's six water wells, and is one of six water towers in the state with a hemispherical bottom. It is also the oldest water tower in the region.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2016.

Prince William County Courthouse is a historic courthouse located at 9248 Lee Avenue, Manassas, Prince William County, Virginia. Rehabilitated in 2000–2001, it currently houses some offices of the Prince William County clerk, and the historic courtroom upstairs can be rented for events.

Manassas Park station is a Virginia Railway Express station in Manassas Park, Virginia. The station serves the Virginia Railway Express Manassas Line, and shares the right-of-way with Amtrak's Cardinal and Crescent trains; however, no Amtrak trains stop here.

The Bureau of Economic Analysis includes both Manassas and Manassas Park with Prince William County for statistical purposes. Manassas contains several historic sites dating from 1850 to 1870. Manassas surrounds the 38-acre (15-hectare) county courthouse, which is located on county property. Manassas is part of the Washington-Arlington-Alexandria, DC-VA-MD-WV Metropolitan Statistical Area and is in the Northern Virginia region.
