The Criminal Investigation Bureau (CIB; Chinese: 刑事警察局; pinyin: Xíngshì Jǐngchájú) is the agency of National Police Agency under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of China.

The United Daily News Office Building, also known as UDN Building (Chinese: 聯合報辦公大樓; pinyin: Lián Hé Bào Bàngōng Dàlóu), is a mixed-used skyscraper building located in Xinyi District, Taipei, Taiwan. The building was completed in 2018, with a total floor area of 60,147.43 m2 (647,421.5 sq ft) and a height of 145.6 m (478 ft) that comprise 34 floors above ground, as well as 5 basement levels. It houses the corporate headquarters of United Daily News. The first to 20th floors of the building are offices whilst the 21st to 34th floors are used for residential apartment units.

The Taiwan Design Research Institute (TDRI; traditional Chinese: 台灣設計研究院; simplified Chinese: 台湾设计研究院; pinyin: Táiwān Shèjì Yánjiù Yuàn) is an art organization based in Songshan Cultural and Creative Park, Xinyi District, Taipei, Taiwan.

The Taipei Railway Workshop (Chinese: 臺北機廠) was the largest railway workshop of Taiwan Railways Administration. For decades it manufactured and maintained thousands of railway vehicles. The workshop was established in 1935 to replace the original workshop, which had become inadequate. It was the largest railway workshop ever built in Taiwan. The Governor-General of Taiwan recognized its establishment as a celebration of the Empire of Japan's rule of Taiwan for 40 years.The 16.82-hectare site on Civic Boulevard was the largest and oldest of its kind on the island. It closed in 2012. It was constructed in 1930 and features distinctive structures such as a 168-meter-long train assembly shed. The operation was transferred to TRA Fugang Vehicle Depot (Chinese: 臺鐵富岡基地). The workshop was recognized as an "official national historic site" in 2015. The government of Taiwan says it is planning to transform the facility into a railway museum.

The Taipei Dome (Chinese: 臺北大巨蛋; pinyin: Táiběi dà jùdàn; Wade–Giles: T'ai2pei3 ta4 chü4tan4; lit. 'Taipei big egg') also known as the Farglory Dome (遠雄巨蛋), is a multi-purpose domed stadium under construction located in Xinyi, Taipei, Taiwan, that was originally scheduled to start construction in 2007 and be completed in 2011, although the start date had been delayed until October 2011. In addition to the stadium, there will be a complex that will include commercial facilities such as a shopping mall, movie theater, hotel, and office space. Once completed, the stadium will be used mostly for baseball games, but it will also be used for other sporting events such as football and softball. It will be located at the corner of Zhongxiao East Rd. and Guangfu South Rd. Additionally, it was previously planned to be the main stadium of 2017 Taipei Summer Universiade. In May 2015, the Taipei City Government ordered a suspension of construction.

The Taipei Municipal Song Shan Senior High School (SSSH; Chinese: 臺北市立松山高級中學; pinyin: Táiběishìlì Sōngshān gāojízhōngxué; Wade–Giles: t'ai2 pei3 shih4 li4 sung1 shan1 kao1 chi2 chung1 hsüeh2) is a Taiwanese high school, located in the Xinyi District, Taipei.

The Farglory International Center (Chinese: 遠雄國際商務中心) is a 26-story, 105 metres (344 ft) skyscraper office building completed in 1989 in Xinyi District, Taipei, Taiwan. The building is similar in design to 50 Fremont Center in San Francisco, USA and housed the corporate headquarters of Farglory Group before the completion of Farglory Financial Center in 2012.

W Taipei is a five-star hotel in Taipei, Taiwan, owned by Taiwanese retail conglomerate Uni-president. It occupies the 8th to 31st floors of the Taipei City Hall Bus Station offering a total of 405 guest rooms. It started trial operations in February 2011, and official operations in March 2011.

The Taipei City Hall Bus Station or W Taipei (Chinese: 市府轉運站; pinyin: Shì fǔ Zhuǎn Yùn Zhàn) is a mixed-used skyscraper complex located in Xinyi District, Taipei, Taiwan. The architectural height of the building is 150 m (490 ft) and it comprises 30 floors above ground.The lower floors of the building serves as a transportation hub for bus and metro, with the metro's Taipei City Hall Station incorporated into the basement. The 8th to 31st floors of the building house the W Taipei, a five-star hotel operated by W Hotels. It offers a total of 405 guest rooms. It started trial operations in February 2011, and official operations in March 2011.

The Farglory Financial Center (Chinese: 遠雄金融中心) is a skyscraper located in Xinyi District, Taipei, Taiwan. It is the eighth tallest building in Taiwan and the fourth tallest in Xinyi Special District(after Taipei 101, Taipei Nan Shan Plaza and Cathay Landmark). The height of building is 208 m, the floor area is 61,147.58m2, and it comprises 32 floors above ground, as well as 4 basement levels.
