Laguna Sur metro station

Barrancas is an underground metro station on Line 5 of the Santiago Metro network in Santiago, Chile. It is located underneath the junction of Teniente Cruz Avenue and General Bonilla Avenue on the border of the communes of Pudahuel and Lo Prado, between Laguna Sur station (1140 meters away) and Pudahuel station (990 meters away). It also lies parallel to the Route 68 highway which connects Santiago with Valparaíso and Viña del Mar, and the highway crosses over the underground metro line. The station has disabled access.The station was opened on 3 February 2011 as part of the extension of the line from Pudahuel to Plaza de Maipú.

Las Parcelas is a metro station on the Line 5 of the Santiago Metro, in Santiago, Chile. The station was opened on 3 February 2011 as part of the extension of the line from Pudahuel to Plaza de Maipú. It is one of the three stations built on a viaduct on the expansion. Along with the other two elevated stops, this station features a double decker skyway, which connects the platforms to a cylindrical building. The walkway on the lower deck leads to the westbound platform, while the higher walkway crosses over the tracks and connects with the eastbound platform via two stairways and a two-stop elevator.

Pudahuel is a rapid transit station on the Line 5. It is located underneath the junction of San Pablo Avenue and Teniente Cruz Avenue, underneath the border of Pudahuel and Lo Prado. The station was opened on January 12, 2010 by president Michelle Bachelet, as part of the lLine's extension from Quinta Normal to Pudahuel, and was the Line's western terminus until 3 February 2011 when the line was extended southwest towards Plaza de Maipú.In the surrounding area can be found the Pudahuel municipality building, a supermarket, a share taxis stop and several bus stops. After Pudahuel, Line 5 makes an abrupt turn to the southwest towards Maipú, right under the commune hall. This bend can be seen from the platform (see the photo gallery).

Neptuno is a metro station on the Line 1 of the Santiago Metro, in Santiago, Chile. It is located close to the main maintenance facility for the Metro of Santiago. It has a moderate-low flow of passengers, located in a residential place with no big attractions. The station was opened on 15 September 1975 as part of the inaugural section of the line between San Pablo and La Moneda.The Neptuno depot, which serves the Line 1, is near the station.

Monte Tabor is a metro station on the Line 5 of the Santiago Metro, in Santiago, Chile. The station was opened on 3 February 2011 as part of the extension of the line from Pudahuel to Plaza de Maipú. It is one of the three stations built on a viaduct on the just mentioned extension. The platforms and tracks are enclosed by a steel-framed structure. The portal frames are rectangular in shape with rounded corners and have different heights, which creates an undulating pattern along the platforms lengthwise. The structure base is overlapped by an arched tensile membrane structure. This portion of the station is laterally covered with sandwich-structured composite panels of aluminum. The station features a double decker skyway, which connects the platforms to a cylindrical building. The walkway on the lower deck leads to the westbound platform, while the higher walkway crosses over the tracks and connects with the eastbound platform via two stairways and a two-stop elevator.

Pajaritos is a metro station on the Line 1 of the Santiago Metro, in Santiago, Chile. Ruta 68 and General Bonilla Avenue run parallel to the station. The station was opened on 15 September 1975 as part of the inaugural section of the line between San Pablo and La Moneda.It has a moderate flow of passengers, being placed in a residential-industrial area. The flow of passengers has grown since 2004, due to a nearby intercity bus station serving Valparaíso, Viña del Mar, Quilpué, Curacaví and the Comodoro Arturo Merino Benitez international airport. Near the station there are the Chilean Investigations Police school, and the grounds of an old amusement park, Mundomágico, which has become the Cultural Center of Lo Prado city. In 2009, one of the platforms was partially demolished to make way for a third track, which made necessary the partial rebuilding of the station east of its original location. The project included an additional street-level mezzanine. The central track is currently used for reversing the direction of trains.

San Pablo is a rapid transit complex in the Santiago Metro, located in Lo Prado. Lines 1 and 5 stop there, being the western terminus of the former. Opening on 15 September 1975 for the Line 1, as part of the inaugural section of the line between San Pablo and La Moneda, San Pablo is one of the oldest stations in the system, and the Line 1 station is the only one in the system located in a short open cut section ending at each platform's end. The Line 5 station was opened on 12 January 2010 as part of the extension of the line from Quinta Normal to Pudahuel.On October 19, 2019, in the framework of the protests in Chile, the station corresponding to line 1 suffered a fire that severely charred it, including an NS-2007 that was parked on the platforms. The station for line 5 was reopened on December 30, 2019, while the station for line 1 was reopened on July 25, 2020.

Lo Prado is an underground metro station on the Line 5 of the Santiago Metro, in Santiago, Chile. The entrance to the station is located in front of the town hall of Lo Prado. The station was opened on 12 January 2010 as part of the extension of the line from Quinta Normal to Pudahuel.The station consists of three cylindrical volumes. The platforms and tracks are in a NATM-built tunnel, which is perpendicularly intersected by a second volume. At that point, a bridge connects both platforms, which is supported at each end by the shaft structures of two elevators. The upper levels are contained within a cut-and-cover volume, which has a helical internal layout. The walls at platform level are paneled with rectangular slabs in orange tones. The length of the platforms is 135 m (443 ft).

Del Sol is a metro station on the Line 5 of the Santiago Metro, in Santiago, Chile. The station is named for the nearby Autopista del Sol. The station was opened on 3 February 2011 as part of the extension of the line from Pudahuel to Plaza de Maipú.At 17 metres (56 ft) below the surface, the lower level of the station has two side platforms and two tracks, and above these there is a full-length mezzanine. The platforms are 170 m (560 ft) in length. Large rectangular pillars support the upper levels. The station features a caterpillar-shaped street-level bus area, which is covered by a fiberglass-reinforced PVC fabric membrane roof. It is 120 m (390 ft) long and 25 m (82 ft) wide.

Las Rejas is an underground metro station on the Line 1 of the Santiago Metro, in Santiago, Chile. It was built in cut-and-cover method. The station was opened on 15 September 1975 as part of the inaugural section of the line between San Pablo and La Moneda.Stairways at each corner of the concourse mezzanine connect with the platform level. The mezzanine is accessed from ground level via four entrances, two on each side of the Alameda Avenue. Each pair of entrances converge into a single corridor that leads to the mezzanine. The station features an exposed concrete beam ceiling and its walls are decorated with blue-gray ceramic tiles, which replaced the original mosaic covering. Curved blue panels over the platforms form a sort of large cove molding. This station has a moderate flow of passengers, increasing in the peak hours by the crowds commuting with Transantiago buses here.
