Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg

The Club der Visionaere is a nightclub in Treptow-Köpenick, the biggest borough in Berlin. Situated at a distributary channel for flood water in a former boathouse and opposing the border of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, it came to fame for its focus mainly on Minimal music and dj-sets by Ricardo Villalobos and Richie Hawtin. More recently, it has gained a worldwide reputation as an Afterhours club. It is part of the Arena Berlin complex in which the Badeschiff, Hoppetosse and Glasshaus are located. A small part of the wooden outdoor area of the club was destroyed by a fire on June 15, 2019.

The Badeschiff (in English, "bathing ship") is a floating public swimming pool in Berlin, the capital city of Germany. Situated in the East Harbour section of the River Spree, the Badeschiff allows citizens to swim in a sanitary environment near the river. The Spree itself is far too polluted to permit safe swimming.The Badeschiff opened in the summer of 2004 as an art project organized by the Stadtkunstprojekte (City Art Project Society) of Berlin. It was created by local artist, Susanne Lorenz, with Spanish architects AMP and Gil Wilk, to enliven city life along a long-neglected stretch of the Spree.The pool was converted from the hull of a vessel measuring eight by thirty-two metres. It is open to the public daily from 8am to midnight. Disc jockeys commonly spin records outside the pool entrance where there is also a bar.

Stralauer Tor (Osthafen as of 1924) was a Berlin U-Bahn station in Berlin-Friedrichshain. It operated between Warschauer Straße and Schlesisches Tor stations on today's U1. Following its destruction in World War II it was never rebuilt and remains to this day one of Berlin's two U-Bahn stations (the other was Nürnberger Platz, which was closed and demolished in 1961) to have been abandoned after having previously been in service.

Matrix is a club in Berlin which opened in 1996. Located at Warschauer Platz 18 in ten basement vaults of the Warschauer Straße railway station, the discothèque houses up to nine bars and five dance floors. The venue has an overall size of 2,100 square meters, and is one of the biggest clubs in Berlin. The club has 4 dancefloors & one outdoor area. Between 1996 and 2002 many international known discjockeys like Marusha, Chris Isaac, Westbam, Underground Resistance, Josh Wink, Lords of the Underground, Lady B, Sven Väth, Paul van Dyk and other exponents of electronic music performed in the Matrix. Since 2003 the programming is enlarged. Artists who have performed in recent years are Sabrina Setlur, Ne-Yo, Georges Morel, Vibe Kingz, DJ Size and others. About three years the club had an own truck at the Berlin Love Parade. The venue is also used for showcases and filmsets.

The Oberbaum Bridge (German: Oberbaumbrücke) is a double-deck bridge crossing Berlin's River Spree, considered one of the city's landmarks. It links Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg, former boroughs that were divided by the Berlin Wall, and has become an important symbol of Berlin’s unity.The lower deck of the bridge carries a roadway, which connects Oberbaum Straße to the south of the river with Warschauer Straße to the north. The upper deck of the bridge carries Berlin U-Bahn lines and , between Schlesisches Tor and Warschauer Straße stations. The bridge appears prominently in the 1998 film Run Lola Run. The bridge also appears prominently in the TV Series Berlin Station.

Tabor Church (German: Taborkirche) is the church of the Evangelical Tabor Congregation, a member of the Protestant umbrella organisation Evangelical Church of Berlin-Brandenburg-Silesian Upper Lusatia. The church building is located in Wrangelkiez in the Berlin borough of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. The church was named in memory of the Transfiguration of Jesus, which allegedly took place on Mount Tabor הר תבור in today's Israel. The parish's district belonged to the Congregation of Emmaus Church (part of today's Emmaus-Mount of Olives Congregation). Due to the high number of parishioners the district was divided into subsections by 1904, which were provided their own prayer halls. The future Tabor parish then used to be called Emmaus North.

The Treptow Arena (pronounced [tʁɛptoː], with a silent w) (also Arena Berlin) is an indoor hall, that hosts concerts, parties and special events, such as car presentations. It can hold up to 7,500. It is located in Berlin, Treptow next to the Spree.

Warschauer Straße is the eastern terminus station of lines U1 and U3 of the Berlin U-Bahn.

Warschauer Straße station is an S-Bahn and U-Bahn station on Warschauer Straße on the northern bank of the river Spree in the Friedrichshain neighborhood of Berlin, Germany. The two train stations as well as the trams that terminate adjacent to the U-Bahn station together accommodate over 85,000 passengers daily.

Edge East Side Tower is a 36-storey, 142 metres (466 ft) skyscraper in the Friedrichshain district of Berlin, Germany. It is currently the tallest multistory building in the city, until the completion of the Estrel Tower. It was completed at the end of 2023 and was designed by Bjarke Ingels Group.

Bonjour Tristesse (officially referred to as Wohnhaus Schlesisches Tor) is a building in Kreuzberg, a borough of Berlin, designed by architect Álvaro Siza Vieira and completed in 1984. It was the architect's first completed building outside of Portugal. Before the building's construction, the site held several single-story retail stores. The building was constructed as social housing, primarily for Turkish immigrants to Germany. The name of the building translates from French to "Hello Sadness".

The Ramones Museum is a museum dedicated to the American punk rock band the Ramones, located in the Kreuzberg borough of Berlin, Germany. While the Ramones are most closely associated with their hometown of New York City, bassist Dee Dee Ramone grew up in Berlin, and the city, and Germany as a whole, was mentioned in numerous Ramones songs. Originally opening in 2005 in Kreuzberg, the museum moved to Mitte in 2008, then moved back to Kreuzberg in 2017. It is also used as an occasional concert venue.In 2014 the museum started releasing records, the first being a split between the Zatopeks and Dee Cracks.
