Corbit–Sharp House

Odessa Historic District is a national historic district located at Odessa, New Castle County, Delaware. It encompasses 82 contributing buildings in the central business district and surrounding residential areas in the shipping and trading center of Odessa. It includes a mix of commercial and residential buildings primarily dating to the 18th and 19th century. The oldest building is the Collins-Sharp House (c. 1700). Other notable buildings include the Judge Lore House (c. 1830), Brick Hotel (1822), the Davis Store (1824), Cyrus Polk House (1853), Zoar ME Church (1881), Wilson-Warner House, Academy building (1844), Red Men Lodge (1894), and Old St. Paul's Methodist Episcopal parsonage. Also located in the district and separately listed are the Appoquinimink Friends Meetinghouse, Corbit-Sharp House, and Old St. Paul's Methodist Episcopal Church.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1971, then increased in 1984.

Old St. Paul's Methodist Episcopal Church is a historic Methodist Episcopal church located on High Street in Odessa, New Castle County, Delaware. It was designed by noted Philadelphia architect Samuel Sloan and built in 1851–1852. It is a two-story, brick building in the Greek Revival style. It measures 45 feet by 65 feet and has a low-pitched gable roof. The building ceased use as a church in 1955 and houses a local museum and cultural center.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Odessa is a town in New Castle County, Delaware, United States. The population was 364 at the 2010 census. Founded as Cantwell's Bridge in the 18th century, the name was changed in the 19th century, after the Ukrainian port city of the same name. Today a significant part of the town is a historic district list on the National Register of Historic Places.

Appoquinimink Friends Meetinghouse, also known as the Odessa Friends Meetinghouse, is a very small but historic Quaker meetinghouse on Main Street in Odessa, Delaware. It was built in 1785 by David Wilson and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1972. Members of the meeting, including John Hunn and his cousin John Alston, were active in the Underground Railroad and Harriet Tubman may have hid in the meetinghouse. Measuring about 20 feet (6.1 m) by 22 feet (6.7 m), it may be the smallest brick house of worship in the United States.

Fairview, also known as the Mayor James Moore House, is a historic home located in Appoquinimink Hundred, southeast of Odessa, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built about 1773, and is a two-story, single pile brick dwelling in the Georgian style. It has a gable roof, original rear kitchen ell, and has a center-passage plan.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

Old Drawyers Church is a historic Presbyterian church on U.S. 13 near Odessa, New Castle County, Delaware. The congregation was founded by Dutch and Swedish immigrants, though by the time the church was built the congregation was largely made up of Scottish immigrants.It was built between 1769 and 1773, and is a two-story, five bay brick building in the Georgian style. It features an elaborate Georgian doorway and gable roof. The interior features an ornate soundingboard, suspended over the open pulpit.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

Odessa High School is a public high school in unincorporated New Castle County, Delaware. It has a Townsend postal address, while its name refers to nearby Odessa. It is a part of the Appoquinimink School District. The ducks are the mascot. It is a part of the Fairview K-12 Campus, which is on a former corn field and also includes the Old State Elementary School and Spring Meadow Early Childhood Center. It shares its building with Cantwell's Bridge Middle School.

Duncan Beard Site, also known as the Duncan Beard's House and Shop, is an archaeological site located near Odessa, New Castle County, Delaware. It was the site of the house and shop of a Delaware lock-maker of great distinction and silversmith. He lived and labored here for about 30 years until his death in 1797. He was a prominent member of Old Drawyers Presbyterian Church and made a contract with State of Delaware in 1776 for the manufacture of gun locks.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

It was built about 1790, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, five-bay brick dwelling with interior brick chimneys at both gable ends. It has a gable roof with dormers. The house measures approximately 48 feet by 19 feet and has a center passage plan. It is in the Federal style.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

Williams House, also known as Woodlawn and Cross House, is a historic home located near Odessa, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built in 1859, and is 2+1⁄2-story, five-bay, brick dwelling with a gable roof in the Georgian style.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

David W. Thomas House is a historic home located near Odessa, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built about 1820 and is a two-story, three-bay brick dwelling with interior brick chimneys at both gable ends. It has a gable roof with dormers. There is a contemporary kitchen wing with a laundry room addition. The house measures approximately 32 feet by 19 feet and has a hall and parlor plan. It is in the Federal style. Also on the property is a contributing 19th century ice house.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.
