Prempeh II Jubilee Museum

Centre for National Culture, formerly known as the National Cultural Centre, is a culture centre in Kumasi, located in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. It was established in 1956. It's the location of the Prempeh II Jubilee Museum.

The Kumasi Zoo (Kumasi Zoological Garden) is a zoo located in the heart of Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. The zoo occupies a 1.5-square-kilometre (370-acre) area between the Kejetia Bus Terminal, the old race course and the Kumasi Centre for National Culture.

The Central Business District of Kumasi includes areas such as Adum, Bantama, Kejetia, Asawasi, Pampaso, and Bompata (popularly called Roman Hill), with a concentration of banks, department stalls, and hotels. Economic activities in Kumasi include financial and commercial sectors, pottery, clothing weaving, Weaving of basket and textiles. There is a significant timber processing community in Kumasi that serves the domestic market. Bantama High Street and Prempeh II Street in Bantama and Adum, respectively, are the business and entertainment hubs in Kumasi.

The Kumasi City Mall (KCM) is a shopping mall located in Kumasi, Ghana. It is the first of its kind in the city. The Kumasi City Mall cost $95 million and took 24 months to complete. Kumasi City Mall provides a convenient and highly accessible shopping destination to the entire city. The tenant mix caters for the broadest possible sector of the market. The mall is one of the biggest malls in West Africa. The property is owned by Delico Kumasi Limited, which is a fully owned subsidiary of Delico Property Investment Ghana limited, the same group that owns the Achimota Retail Center and is the Majority shareholder of West Hills Mall in Accra.

Adum is suburb of Kumasi. Kumasi is the regional capital of the Ashanti Region of Ghana. Adum is a commercial area with some residential areas. It is in the centre of the regional capital. Adum is a town in the Ashanti Region and it is the central business area of Kumasi. Adum is located between Bantama and Nhyiaso. Most people refer to Adum as Kumasi.

The Kumasi Nurses' Training College, now Kumasi Nursing and Midwifery Training College is public tertiary health institution in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. The college is in the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly. The school is located at the premises of the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, Kumasi.

Wesley Methodist Cathedral is a Methodist cathedral located in Kumasi, Ghana. Wesley is the largest Methodist church in the area, and is the center of the episcopal area in Adum, Kumasi. The cathedral is named after John Wesley, one of the founders of the Methodist church.

The Kumasi Central Market (also known as Kejetia Market) is an open-air market in the city of Kumasi. The Kejetia market is the largest single market in West Africa. The Armed Forces Museum, also known as the Kumasi Fort, is a military history museum located in Kumasi, Ghana. It was established in 1953.

Wesley College of Education is a teacher education college in Kumasi, Ashanti Region in Ghana. It was initially established for the training of teachers, catechists and ministers. It was founded by the Methodist Church, located between New Tafo and Old Tafo towns. The beginning of Wesley College of Education goes back to 1918. Following the signing of the lease, the college was named, and the foundation stone of the present site was laid in 1922. The courses offered in the College have gone through upgrading from 2-year Cert ‘B’; 4-year Cert ‘A’; 2-year Post-Secondary Cert ‘A; 3-year Post-Secondary Cert ‘A’; and now Diploma in Basic Education (DBE) by the passage of a Parliamentary Bill, Education Act 778 on 6 January 2008. Currently, Wesley College of Education offers special programmes at the Diploma in Basic Education level. These are Science, Mathematics and French. The college participated in the DFID-funded Transforming Teacher Education and Learning (T-TEL) programme. It is affiliated to the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology

The St. Peter's Cathedral Basilica is a Roman Catholic cathedral and basilica dedicated to Saint Peter located in Kumasi, Ghana. The church is the seat of the Archdiocese of Kumasi. The church was dedicated on 2 June 2004.
