The Armista Apartments, known also as the Waldorf Apartments, at 555 East 100 South in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States were built in 1927. They were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.The building is significant as representing the urbanization of Salt Lake City during 1890–1930, a period in which more than 180 "urban apartments" (apartment buildings) were built. Urban apartments were a new and important type of housing, that "document[ed] the accommodation of builders and residents to the realities of crowded living conditions and high land values", as opposed to suburban style architecture that would signify denial of urbanization.: 4 The apartment building was built for about $80,000 and its apartments were advertised as "'Splendid 3-room apartments, equipped with electric ranges and electric refrigeration. $40.00 to $42.00. One of the most modernly equipped and conveniently located apartments in the city.'": 4–5 The apartments were renovated in 2007.

Cornell Apartments is a historic three-story building in Salt Lake City, Utah. It was built in 1910 by W.C.A. Vissing, an immigrant from Denmark who became "one of the most active developers of apartment buildings in Salt Lake City during the pre-World War I period". It was designed in the Colonial Revival and Classical Revival styles. Vissing sold the building to Blanche Castleman in 1912, and it belonged to the Bergerman family from 1923 to 1934. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since October 20, 1989.

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977.It is significant for its association with Emanuel Kahn, an immigrant from Germany, who was one of the first Jewish merchants in Utah. And it is significant as an outstanding Queen Anne style house.Its architect, Henry Monheim, was one of the first "Gentile" (non-Mormon) architects in Utah.A contributing building in the South Temple Historic District, it now houses a bed and breakfast called The Anniversary Inn.

The Salt Lake Regional Medical Center is a 158-bed hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. Salt Lake Regional Medical Center was formerly known as Holy Cross Hospital, which was one of the few Catholic hospitals in Utah for over a century. The hospital was sold by the Sisters of the Holy Cross in 1994 to the for-profit, HealthTrust and renamed. Due to antitrust concerns raised by the Federal Trade Commission, the hospital was sold to Champion Healthcare Corporation in 1995. The facility changed hands again in 1998 when Champion merged with Paracelsus Healthcare Corporation. It was operated by Iasis Healthcare from 2001 until September 2017, when Iasis Healthcare was acquired by Steward Health Care.

Its architectural style has been described as a transitional "Pre-Victorian, neo-Greek Revival" type, having obvious characteristics of grandeur and power.: 2  It has pilasters, window bays, and a classical Greek entablature.: 3  The house is significant primarily for its association with Simon Bamberger, an immigrant who was elected as the fourth governor of Utah in 1916. Bamberger was the first owner of the home.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.
