The Milu Park, or Milu Yuan (Chinese: 麋鹿苑; pinyin: Mílù Yuán), is a large public park located in southern Beijing, China named after its captive breeding herd of milu or Père David's deer. It was once called the Nanyuan Garden or Nanhaizi Garden, which was the imperial hunting grounds for Ming and Qing emperors. The gardens, palaces, forests, rivers, marshes and grasslands used to be enclosed by walls and gates. Milu Yuan is now a public park and an ecological research center that serves as a natural park for animals in Beijing. Among the attractions are the Père David's deer or milu a deer that became extinct in China toward the end of the 19th century during the Qing dynasty. The deer was re-introduced to Beijing from Britain, mainly the Whipsnade Wild Animal Park, in the 1980s. On March 18, 1999 the park celebrated the birth of a Père David's deer, the first wild birth in centuries. As of 2010, Milu Yuan had the highest population of Père David's deer worldwide.

Yizhuang Area (simplified Chinese: 亦庄地区; traditional Chinese: 亦莊地區; pinyin: Yìzhuāng Dìqū) is an area and a town of Daxing District, in the southeast suburbs of Beijing, located just outside the 5th Ring Road. Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (BDA), the biggest economic and technical area is located here. There are a lot of high-tech research centers and joint ventures. As of 2020, It had a census population of 108,255.

Ronghua Subdistrict (simplified Chinese: 荣华街道; traditional Chinese: 榮華街道; pinyin: Rónghuá Jiēdào) is a subdistrict located on the north of Daxing District, Beijing, China. It is within and under the administration of Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area. Ronghua borders Shibalidian Township and an exclave of Yizhuang Town to the north, Taihu and Majuqiao Towns to the east, Boxing Subdistrict to the south, and Yizhuang Town to the west. The name Ronghua literally translates to "Glory".

The China Aerospace Museum (Chinese: 中华航天博物馆) is a museum in Fengtai District, Beijing. It highlights the technologies of the Chinese Space Program. The museum has an area of more than 10,000 square meters. The museum was founded in October 1992. Jiugong (simplified Chinese: 旧宫地区; traditional Chinese: 舊宮地區; pinyin: Jiùgōng Dìqū; lit. 'old palace') is an area in northern Daxing District, Beijing, located just inside the 5th Ring Road. It borders Huaxiang and Nanyuan Subdistircts to its north and west, Xiaohongmen and Yizhuang Towns to its east, as well as Yinghai and Xihongmen Towns to its south. As of 2020, it had a population of 189,300 under its administration.During the Ming and Qing dynasties, this area hosted a palace that served as temporary adobe for the emperor. After the fall of Qing dynasty, the palace was destroyed by armies of the Fengtian clique. The region was given the name Jiugong (Chinese: 旧宫; lit. 'Old Palace') as a result.

Beijing Nanyuan Airport (IATA: NAY, ICAO: ZBNY) was a military airbase and a secondary commercial airport of Beijing. Located in Fengtai District, 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) south of the 4th Ring Road and 13 km (8.1 mi) from Tiananmen Square, Nanyuan Airport was first opened in 1910, making it the oldest airport in China. It was the main hub of China United Airlines, which was also the airport's sole airline.Nanyuan Airport ceased civil operations on 25 September 2019, after all commercial passenger flights (operated by China United Airlines) were moved to the newly opened Beijing Daxing International Airport. It remained operational as a People's Liberation Army Air Force military base until 30 September 2019, when the Beijing Nanjiao Airport (known as "New Nanyuan Airport" during construction, adjacent to Beijing Daxing Airport) opened.

Yizhuangqiao Station (simplified Chinese: 亦庄桥站; traditional Chinese: 亦莊橋站; pinyin: Yìzhuāngqiáo Zhàn) is a Subway station on the Yizhuang Line of the Beijing Subway. It opened on December 30, 2010, together with the other stations on the line.
