Eccles Avenue Historic District

The Ralph Bristol House is a home in Ogden, Utah built c. 1912 by businessman Ralph Bristol. It is located at 2480 Van Buren Avenue. The wrought iron porch roof is said to have been a gift from a French political figure. It is also rumored that Leroy Eccles built his larger and more stately house at 1029 25th Street in response to Mr. Bristol's house. (Mr. Eccles previously resided at 2555 Eccles Avenue.)

Avon Apartments is a historic three-story building in Ogden, Utah. It was built in 1908 for investor Ella Georgeanna Lewis Van Why, and designed in the Romanesque Revival style. It was purchased by Dr. Edward I. Rich in 1914, and he added front porches designed in the Prairie School style. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since December 31, 1987.

The Gustav Becker House is located at 2408 Van Buren Avenue, in Ogden, Utah, United States. It was built around 1915 based on Frank Lloyd Wright's "A Fireproof House for $5,000" published in Ladies' Home Journal in April 1907. It was designed in detail by Salt Lake architects Ware & Treganza.

McGregor Apartments is a historic apartment complex comprising three buildings in Ogden, Utah. They were built between 1924 and 1926 by McGregor Bros. Construction, and designed in the Prairie School style. They are each three-story high. The complex been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since December 31, 1987.

Ogden High School is an Art Deco secondary school located in Ogden, Utah, educating students in grades 10–12. Operated by the Ogden City School District, Ogden High enrolls approximately 1,250 students each year. The graduation rate has increased dramatically over the past three years. The school houses an International Baccalaureate Programme, a Project Lead the Way program and a thriving Life Sciences/Pre-Med program. OHS also offers a dozen AP classes and the AVID program. Ogden High has most recently earned state championships in both marching band and girls soccer. Both teams won state championships in 2019 and 2021. The Ogden High mascot is the Tiger. In 2012, Ogden High School began offering International Baccalaureate courses and in 2014 graduated the first IB Diploma Programme class.

The Heber Scowcroft House is a historic two-story house in Ogden, Utah. It was built in 1909 for Heber Scowcroft, an immigrant from England who moved to Utah with his family in 1880 after converting to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Scowcroft later worked as the vice president of John Scowcroft and Son, a wholesale dry goods company founded by his father and based in the Scowcroft Warehouse. The house was designed in the Colonial Revival style by architect Moroni Charles Woods. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since December 13, 1991.

Fontenelle Apartments is a historic three-story building in Ogden, Utah. It was built in 1924-1927 by the McGregor Bros. Construction Company, and designed in the Spanish Colonial Revival and Prairie School styles. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since December 31, 1987.

Arvondor Apartments is a historic three-story apartment building in Ogden, Utah. It was built in 1925 for investor William T. Pickett, and designed in the Prairie School architectural style. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since December 31, 1987.

Hillcrest Apartments is a historic three-story building in Ogden, Utah. It was built in 1923 for investor Charles Reveliotis, an immigrant from Greece who became a wrestling and boxing impresario in Ogden. Reveliotis, also known as Revell, was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and a high priest of its Webster Heights stake; he died in 1960. The building has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since December 31, 1987.

The Andrew J. Warner House is a historic house in Ogden, Utah. It was built in 1890 for Andrew J. Warner, a realtor who later moved to Los Angeles, California before Utah became a state, and it was designed in the Queen Anne architectural style. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since December 13, 1977.

The Madison Elementary School in Ogden, Utah, USA is a building built in 1892. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.It was designed by architect Francis Charles Woods.

The John L. and Elizabeth Dalton House is a historic two-story house in Ogden, Utah. It was built with bricks in 1886, before Utah became a state, and it was designed in the Second Empire style. John L. Dalton had two wives: Elizabeth Mary Studer, with whom he had 11 children, and Amy Edgley, with whom he had two sons. Dalton married his second wife in Mexico and later lived in Pocatello, Idaho with his second wife and their two sons, while his first family remained in Ogden. The house has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since March 11, 1987.
