The Springer Farm is a historic farm located at Hockessin, New Castle County, Delaware. The property includes four contributing buildings. They are a stone house (c. 1798), a stone and frame bank barn (c. 1820), a stone spring house, and a braced frame corn crib, both dated to the 19th century. The house is a two-story, gable-roofed, fieldstone structure on a coursed fieldstone foundation.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

They are a stuccoed brick house with frame Gothic Revival style additions, a stone bank barn (c. 1830), and three late 19th century outbuildings: a braced frame corn crib, a braced frame machine shed, and a two-story granary covered with corrugated metal siding. The house is a two-story, three bay, brick building with an added central cross-gable, and a frame wing extending from its west endwall. The barn walls are constructed of large, dark fieldstones with large, rectangular quoins, and in places is covered with a pebbled stucco.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

Public School No. 29, also known as Lamborn Library, is a historic school building located at Hockessin, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built in 1870 as a one-room school; a second floor and classroom was added about 1890. is a two-story, brick building on a stone foundation with basement. It has a gable roof and features fish-scale shingles and Stick style detailing on the gable ends. It was occupied by a school until 1932, after which it was used as a library and community center. The library moved to a new building in 1994.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

It is a single span, 47-foot-long (14 m), built up steel plate girder bridge. The bridge was constructed in 1910, and features stone abutments and wingwalls.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.The bridge has been closed since May 6, 2011, due to its deteriorating condition.

Joseph Gregg House is a historic home located in Kennett Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. The original section was built about 1737. Additions were made about 1820, about 1860, and in 1986. The original section is a 2+1⁄2-story, three bay, brick Colonial farmhouse with a gable roof. It is a rectangular structure measuring 20 feet by 30 feet and sits on a stone foundation. The 1820/1860 addition is constructed of rubble fieldstone.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.

Brackenville is an unincorporated community in New Castle County, Delaware, United States. Brackenville is located at the intersection of Brackenville Road and Old Wilmington Road, east of Hockessin.In 1809, William Brackend bought land along the road running from Wilmington to Lancaster. With the opening of the Wilmington Turnpike (Lancaster Pike) in 1818, he opened a hotel named the "Peace and Plenty". The hotel stood on the northwest corner of Old Lancaster Pike and Brackenville Road; it was demolished before 1937.
